The dentist is average, does her job as any dentist should. The facility is very nice and new. Why 3 stars? Overpriced. I've been to multiple dentists as I've moved all around the country and my insurance always covers my cleanings and basic needs at EVERY dentist, except this one. She over charges and will have you coming back multiple times. Avoid her and her husband.

From previous dental experiences, I had come to develop "dental anxiety". I was referred to Dr. Schindler by a friend, at a time when I was facing some pretty hefty dental work. I am so glad I took my friend's advice & made that initial consult with Dr. Schindler! Upon first visit, I could tell I was in the best hands. She has a way of explaining the process that puts you at ease - and always making sure sure that I'm comfortable during the process. Dr. Schindler's work is stellar, and her entire staff is so wonderful. My dental anxiety has subsided by leaps & bounds, and I actually now look forward to going for my cleanings. Oh, and I must mention that aside from my needed dental work, she also completely cured my TMJ with an orthotic she made for me (such jaw relief)! I had to look up in my records how long I've been going to Dr. Schindler's office, and it has been since 2007 (wow, time flies). I have to travel a little over an hour to her office, but THAT is how much I adore Dr. Schindler and her entire staff. They are well worth it! And yet another aside, they seem to always run on schedule. No waiting, no chaos. I love that!

I moved here from Cleveland a few years ago and did a lot of research before finding the right dentist. Schindler Dentistry is like no other, truly exceptional in many ways. First, you are greeted by such friendly staff who excel in customer service and putting you at ease. I get the feeling that this is the culture of the office as every single staff member is so kind and caring, just like Dr. Schindler. The exam/cleaning is truly spa-like with many great features to add to your experience, it's enough that I just about fall asleep in the chair. Many people do not like going to the dentist and this is never the case here. I know that I will be treated very well, have a relaxing and enjoyable experience and be handled with great skill and care from every single staff member. It actually makes you look forward to your next visit and who ever says that about going to the dentist?!?! We are very blessed to have Dr. Schindler and her staff right here in Columbus.

I saw Dr. Schindler s practice in a magazine ad, and I m so glad I did. Dr. Schindler is very kind, and gentle. She is compassionate and really cares about the well-being of her patients. She makes going to the dentist a treat. I needed serious work done (after not going to the dentist for some time) and I m so happy I chose her to get me back on track. Before I even started my treatment plan, she had me come in for a consultation, then she put together a plan for me and then we started the plan as soon as I could! The plan was put together for my teeth, and I really appreciated all the work the office put in to make sure I was happy! Mark, the office manager, went over and beyond to make sure the treatment plan was explained thoroughly and very transparent cost wise. They gave me options for finance, and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I love that there were no surprises. Everyone in the office is wonderful, kind and very nice. Liz is wonderful, and did an exceptional job with my cleaning. I highly recommend this office to anyone!!

After some rough experiences with a dentist as an adolescent, I shied away from dental appointments in much of my adult years. I was encouraged to schedule an appointment with Dr. Schindler with the advice that she was different than many dentists. That was two years ago. I have been seeing Dr. Schindler ever since on a regular basis. She has replaced by aging fillings and performed other dental work on me. My teeth and gums have never been healthier, and the sensitivity I was having after so many years of neglect is now gone. I have renewed confidence in my dental health, and in dental health providers thanks to Dr. Schindler and her team. Her team exuded professionalism - they are warm and caring, gentle to the touch, and responsive to my needs. It's more like a spa appointment than a dental appointment! You will NOT be disappointed! As Arnold Schwarzenegger once said in a movie, "Go! Go now!". Seriously, go. Your mouth will thank you. :-)

My daughters and I refer to Schindler Dentistry as "the spa dentist" as the environment is so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Those are not words commonly used when you think about or talk about dental work! Besides the lovely atmosphere, the people are extremely professional, kind and patient. Dr. Schindler is a genuine compassionate, caring and excellent dentist. She worked on my daughter's teeth a few years back and did an excellent job. Her smile is spectacular. She is constantly being told what a beautiful smile she has. Well now it is my turn to have a beautiful smile and I cannot wait to see the finished product. I had to go to the best and Dr. Schindler is definitely the best.

For years I have been putting off getting an evaluation for my discolored front tooth. I finally made an appointment with Dr. Schindler and was extremely impressed. Mark walked me through the consultation process, took a few pictures of my smile and asked me what my expectations were for my teeth. Erika, the dental assistant was so gracious in making me feel comfortable just like I was at a Spa! I received a warm neck compress, a special massage dental chair, etc. Dr. Schindler was wonderfully welcoming and gave me a thorough evaluation. I look forward to my next appointment.

My experience with Dr. Schindler and her entire staff has been resoundingly positive. Everyone at the office is professional and courteous. The entire experience is tailored to someone seeking higher quality and more refined care. There are several small attention to detail items that the office has thought about when it comes to patient care, and makes for an enjoyable visit while at the office. Where I was really impressed is the amount of time each member of the staff spends with you, talking to you, hearing you out, and getting to know you and where they can help you. Dr. Schindler's focus and eye for detail translate into what I would call superior esthetic dentistry.

Office is very plush with bottles still & sparkling water. They put effort in to relieving anxieties with paraffin wax for your hands, soft music & sunglasses. Dr Shindler is very patient, kind & professional.

I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but still Schindler & her staff made me feel really comfortable and I m now able to get done everything I ve been putting off for so many years!

My previous experience has been that the dentist moved from patient to patient giving a shot, drilling a cavity, and quickly explaining the necessary procedure. On the other hand, Dr. Schindler gives you her undivided attention. She clearly explains everything and makes sure that you are comfortable in every way.
