People do not obey the social distancing lines but other than that gret experience. Rides are fantastic especially the theilling roller coasters and water rides. Hope this helps

The Ignite show at the end of the Electric Ocean Festival is freaking awesome, the rides were amazing, and the food was delicious. I dont think that there is a single bad thing i could say about this park, had the time of my life coming here, and i can wait to go back

Really good day out for the whole family. Plenty of food and drink on offer at various points. The rides are fantastic and the best part is the animals. Plenty of shows on throughout the day, would definitely go again.

The animals are so cute! It's great to see them in person, although they should be in the wild.

Security and parking situation is a nightmare trying to get through. Nothing like Disney in terms of customer experience either smh....

Loved it. Amazing experience for all family. Educational and recreational. Parking costs 25 dollars. Wheel chair friendly. Different options for dining and drinking.

We had a good time. There was not near the wait on rides that the timer said. It was not overly crowded. Plenty to do and see. Annual pass was worth every penny on the money saved in parking and throughout the park.

Great place. People always talk about how sad the animals are, but seeing all the good they are doing is wonderful. Many of their animals would not survive so they have a chance to live out their lives here. Family enjoys every time we go, and we all walk away learning a little bit more about the animals and this organization.

Let me start by saying I wasn t going to go as I m very pro animal and Sea World has had some bad publicity.

For starters they have lots of rides now and some of them are darn good. It s a very clean and tidy place and that always helps. Good atmosphere. I watched two shows. The seal show which was very funny and the right amount of tricks a seal should perform. Even when seal went wrong way the chap just said okay let s split up you go that way which made the show even funnier. Seemed quite relaxed and seals always rewarded. No pressure.

And then then dolphin show .....which I felt was quite inappropriate with loud dance music and pushing the boundaries which difficult tricks. When one went wrong the man made the dolphin do it again. I get tricks don t go right. But that s life. People just want to see them in as normal as possible not performing crazy tricks. It was really cheesy and typical American staging. It could be changed and made beautifully.

There was a lovely auditorium type venue that showed the life of a turtle and not all heroes where capes title where people should pick up rubbish in beach etc. Really powerful and needs further push.

I think that people want to see less animals caged and doing daft tricks. There s so much tech now and animatronics that people would love to get involved in.

Come on sea world. Think bigger and better. One example could be to get cartoon characters of animals like Madagascar or non other Disney and create worlds within sea world for people to come and see.

While the park itself is wonderful, i am giving it 1 star to bring attention to their annual passes for Florida residents. Florida residents beware of the annual passholder EZpay process. When it comes time for renewal, if you make any changes to your passes you must call them even though it gives you the option to renew online. If you don't call them, you will get charged for your old passes and your new passes. They will issue a refund but it takes forever. I have called 4 times about my refund and was told twice that they can't see anything about a refund on my account and then when I have spoken to a supervisor each time I am told it will be another week or two. This will be the last year we have annual passes with them.

Beautiful place filled with sea creatures, rides, shows and much more! Totally recommended

Rides here are better than Disney's. For a lower price you get shorter lines and thrilling coasters. Spent a Friday here with five minute lines. I'll definitely be coming back.

Had a great day surprisingly good some of the best roller-coasters in Orlando as good if not better than the ones in universal and Disney only complaint would be there was a few rides down for and alot of the stalls were closed all in all great day fun rides and well looked after animals

Lots of great deals at Seaworld. Good time as always. They do need to work on the entrance because the line took forever just to get to a parking booth.

Haven't been there since 2011 and were we in for a surprise! Like we did back then, we made sure we added all-day dining so that our experience would be even more enjoyable. And it was! The killer whale and dolphin shows were great and the interactions and feedings were as well. What really surprised us were the addition of Sesame Street and if I'm not mistaken four roller coasters! The option to eat every hour from 9am to 6pm really shone. Every place we decided to dine at offered delicious and tasty food and ice cold drinks. Ice water was available all day for free! The only downside I could mention was $25 to park. Aside from that, I enjoyed a memorable, fun-filled day.

This is absolutely one of the best parks in Orlando, the prices are way cheaper than the other parks, the attractions are absolutely amazing, my favorite was manta what an incredibly experience, the ticket cost about 100$ but if you buy an annual pass por 300$ you can get 50% discount on guest tickets so it s a really good deal. The shows are really good and the seven seas food festival was crazy good, not crowded like the other parks, about 20-30 min per attraction so you can see the whole park in one day, can t wait to go again.

So much fun. My little ones absolutely enjoyed the splash pad and I love the meal plan that's offered for an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely visit again.

Seaworld left me feeling a little uneasy - is it a theme park or a conservation/rehabilitation park? There's loud music piped everywhere round the park which must be stressful for the animals and so much general noise from rides and other attractions. Before we went, I was hoping the animal enclosures would be in a different part of the park, but no.
Some of the staff really didn't care - the lady on the meal deal kiosk near the entrance initially gave my 11 year olds children's meal wristbands (for ages 3-9) even though moments before she'd scanned their adult tickets, and blatantly told us they were the same meal deal as ours (even though a different color). When I asked another member of staff she told us they were the children's deal and changed them for the adult bands!
At the pretzel kitchen, we waited for 15 minutes for a member of staff (Gloria) to refill the hot chocolate machine only to find she'd left the pretzel shop and gone next door to the sweet shop without telling us! When I told her we'd been waiting for her, she wasn't the least bothered.
There were some staff who were happy, helpful and wanted to be there and they made such a difference.
Overall, my kids had a fantastic day and loved the rides and the animal enclosures.

Me and my wife enjoyed the shows bought fast passes for the rides and were disappointed when we found out they were not usable on the new water ride. Maybe let buyers know this when you sell them something otherwise great time.

Overrated, so much has changed for the worst. The restructuring of their business model has been to push conservation marketing. Which has just in turn, raised prices within the park. They shut down the real love of the place, which was closer interactions with the safe animals. They now charge extra fees to touch animals. Could not return the 2 day park tickets after the first horrible experience. The park was at maximum and all of the strollers made getting to every exhibit, exhausting. Getting the all day drinking pass was ridiculous, you still have to stand in a food like to receive a drink, which could take 30 min. And only two venues to choose from. Does not include the bottles beers which they don't tell you until after the purchase. It's just become a worse money trap, and the older orcas still have that depressed fin, where it flops to the side instead of standing straight up, showing the stress in the animals. Was hard to watch their Christmas show, started crying at the fact that I contributed money to this awful animal and tourist trap. The help desk manager tried to give us a run around until her lie was just called out and we had to accept the fact that this is actually just a heartless business trying to save itself.

I really enjoyed this place! The rides had very short wait times, the attractions were detailed and interesting, and the food was pretty good for the price point! There were also many interactive components everywhere in the park, which makes it more interesting for kids and adults alike. The shows were my favorite part. In particular, the dolphin show and Sea Lion High School (but prepare to get "Baby Shark" stuck in your head! Haha!). I would definitely have to recommend this for your trip to Orlando!

Excellent as usual.Went when not so crowded,so easy to get from one place to another. New sesame street was good and although new infinity fall's wasn't working it looked good.Got 14 day pass,so hopefully go again soon. Also good value for money if you buy multi ticket's

For our whole week of vacation in Florida, including going to Epcot in Disney world, this is the best place we have ever been. There is so many things to do! So many rides! So many animal encounters, and EVERYONE was nice!!!! I will def. be back!

A beautiful aquarium! The electric ocean show at night was awesome! If you don't like roller coasters, not a whole lot of rides for you, but still a really cool park!!

Been there for the first time. Ticket price is quite high, but overall worth the money.

We did all the shows, and they were amazing, entertaining and stunning. For the rides, we did start with the infinity falls, twice and came out soaked (as promised ;)) the we made it into the Atlantis ride and loved the variety of this ride. At the end of the day the lines for Mako, the Kraken and the Manta were only five minutes so I gave them a try and boy, they did deliver. Mako was "oh gosh how amazing"... But I liked the Manta the most. This ride lets me feel like I am Ironman and I can fly ;)

Overall a pricy but entertaining experience.

We took the whole family and we had a blast! The only thing that seemed off was part of the park was closed for the first hour of the park being opened and then part of it closed 30 minutes to an hour before the park closed. Why not have everything open the whole time? If prep or whatever takes that long for the next day just close the park a little sooner. Or open it a little sooner. We ended up having to back track more than once due to this, but other than that my girls had an awesome time! I would totally recommend the whole day meal deal thingy if you go! You can eat every hour from the time the food places open until they start closing. It was more than enough for sure! I would say that I wish their sandwiches and a few other things weren't pre-made. Some people don't like some things on their sandwiches.

Best park in Central Florida. Even when it's busy in Central Florida, you can still do things and see shows.

Paid full price, got half the attractions. I get it, COVID, but expected more.

Shows very good . Exhibits need updating. Adding new roller coaster ride to Sea Rescue park seems like a waste of money.

Love seeing all the sea lions, seals, penguin s .Slot of rides, stores and restaurant s. Can't wait to go back and see and do more there.

Has the best rides over Disney and Bush Gardens! We had an amazing time, the rides were very innovative and were Soo much fun! I recommend you go when your children get old enough to ride all of the rides! Such a wonderful time! And lines were nice and short!

I don't know why SeaWorld gets a bad rep because they've done more good than anybody can say they've done bad. I know there's an attack by leftist and Peta and environmentalist on SeaWorld due to certain movies that have come out over the past year or two, but when I saw was very pampered animals that they did have. They're very well take after well taken care of, very well fed, and will seem very happy. I think people forget that they're also a rescue. It was very clear to me that they are on a PR campaign to correct the false narratives that have been spread by leftist groups. My family had a great day there, the cumulation was was the firework show at the end. Right now they are not giving out paper maps but everything's with a QR code, which was difficult for me to navigate with my phone as I don't usually use that service. Know that certain times overlap with other shows, so if you want to see a sea lion show overlaps of the Dolphin Show. They're only doing two shows a day right now for the orcas, the day I went it was on at noon and the next time is 8 pm. I highly recommend getting the schedule ahead of time so you can plan better than we did. Otherwise it was a great time and it really is a great outing. We didn't ride the biggest roller coasters but we did do most of the rides there that were open. Some rides, like the one in Antarctica for example are not operating right now, you just walk down and into the penguin display.

Too many attractions shut down along with the rides

My family & I visited your park on September 30th & I just wanted to take the time to let your team know Cameron at the Sting Ray center was awesome! He spent about 20 mins with my boys showing them how to feed the sting rays, teaching them about sting rays, answering questions they had. Here in the picture he gave them sting ray teeth. The sting ray center was my boys favorite part of SeaWorld & it was because one employee went above and beyond and took time with them. thank you!

The shows are amazing, for the one ocean killer whale show you will get absolutely drenched in the first 15 rows, I'd recommend a change of clothes to make it through the day. Feeding the sea lions is fun we preffered that to feeding the stingrays. Rides are almost all a min 54 inch height requirement.

Was very nice, need to work on the dining all day though. Was not cooked completly and need to offer 2 side and dessert. Was misleading for the menu. Had BBQ ribs, the meat was tougher than the bone. Good flavor though.

Good park. Definitely worth a visit of you're in Orlando and looking for a place to take the family.

Be sure to get here early and wear good breathable clothing with the most comfortable shoes possible. Bring a back pack with the essentials for you and the little ones. Buy the refillable drink cup offer this way you can refill all day all you can drink anywhere in the park. The tickets for the rides are cheaper inside the park than anywhere online. Have a good breakfast and be ready to walk all day. I spend 6 hours and walk 10 miles. With all of that I will do it all over again.

Ppl were VERY rude. Everything in Spanish, maps, music etc. Had to go to information desk just to get an ENGLISH map. A LOT of rain delays...

Terrible experience almost all exhibits were closed and the park entry still costed full price what they should've at least done was tell us that things were closed in advance and also the mask wearing was terrible it's 93 degrees outside, and their strict with masks like cmon guys use ur brains first of all were outdoors second of all the mask is not helping anyway

It was lovely, beautiful, clean, amazing. I had a fantastic time. People were being safe, practicing social distancing.

Wonderful place to visit. Its totally worth money, no long lines and something to see at every corner of the park. Second time visiting and will definitely so again.

Wearing a mask outdoors while social distancing is ridiculous when you're allowed to take it off in a crowded dining Room with poor circulation makes no sense

For us to be living in this Covid world Sea World was still very fun. They kept my 2 year old busy and attentive thats all i could ever have prayed for!

Clean and well maintained. Passholders treated wonderfully with many discounts and perks! Great behind the scenes tours and something different to see each visit!

Greatest park in orlando and i was in 5-6 parks in orlando . The all day dining is great deal . Only make the alcohol option 5$ and not 15$ and you will be the best for edult and kids

SeaWorld is great, but in every way just seems to be lower class than Disney. Everything from parking to just the general appearance is just not quite as good. However the crowds are a lot smaller and the new Sesame Street is fun. Kids will want to bring swimming clothes they can run around the splash pad in, and if they are still in diapers need to have a swim diaper. Sesame Street is good for about half a day if you have little kids.

Great shows! Rides enjoyable, even for those of us that didnt go on roller coasters. Definitely will be back again.

SeaWorld is always a good place to go for a family trip. The animals are great. And the park apperance is always nice. So nice to see the Seasame Street area there and of course being local and loving their rescue and research. We will be back again.

Although there were a LOT of people due to the memorial day holiday, the employees were pleasant and helpful. The lines moved quickly and tips to stay hydrated and cool were posted throughout the park. SeaWorld continues to be a class act!

My favorite park by far! I've been a passholder since 1997. I'll always support their efforts. I'll spend all my money there!!!! We really loved Chris Young last Sunday. The Food Was amazing too!!

Great fun. Here a tip if you're staying all day get the meal pass. You can eat once an hour and get unlimited refills.

Seaworld is a great place to visit, even though it has a few delays here and there. The rollercoasters and rides and shows are great. I am usally very afraid when it comes to rollercoasters, but I went on the Cracken and the staff there was very polite and put is in the middle row, just as we had requested.

Really fun place. Beautifully decorated during special events. Especially during Christmas season. Fun food to try, fun coasters to ride and great shows to see. Very educational and aims to be environmentally friendly. They definitely care about animals, the world, the environment. I can't get enough of this place!!

This place is a wonderful place to visit. It's truly amazing to see the hard work and dedication of everyone here.

Not too big, not too small. Seaworld has a few rides but they are fun. Food is expensive! $52 for 2 kids and 1 adult to eat: 2 personal pizza's w/fries, small salad, fruit cup, and 3 drinks! $17 for 2 ice cream bars, popcorn, 2 drinks, and 1 water.

I took my God daughter and she had the best time. So many great areas to take photos, beautiful Christmas lights all over and the shows are amazing.

As a theme park it was good, good rollercoasters and zero queues. There was a big focus on being eco and how SeaWorld help animals... It all sounded like hype that I didn't buy, the dolphin show was good but elements a little uncomforting. While they do help animals I'm sure the bottom line is profit, not the welfare of the animals or the planet as they promote

It rained on us but overall it was a good start to the day. We will be back to finish the trip we started. Thank you for honoring our military .
