They are pretty slow with service, and a bit expensive but friendly and do the job right. I don't trust anyone else anymore. I've had service done elsewhere and these guys found and fixed the other guy's mistakes.

Pay the extra money to have peace of mind that it's fine right.

Gabe was an excellent sales guy to work with. We ended up not buying from here but he was super helpful and helped us figure out what we needed out of a vehicle. I ended up losing my wallet in one of the cars and Randy was so helpful and kind finding it after we had all ready left. Over all they are a great team and I would recommend this place for sure! AWESOME customer service!

Don't buy car from here. They lied about my payments, when billing was due set to collection with out ever get a bill, had to get back hatch fixed after have for a week because it opened on its own and was broken in to and would pay for it to be fixed. So basically lie to get to buy and hope you don't care if have to pay more and put $1000 worth of repair in under 30 days of owner ship.

Looking at and searching for a 2021 Canyon Denali, I kept coming back to the same truck, a long bed diesel, when I was thinking short bed gas. I drove the long bed diesel not realizing it was a diesel until I got back and was out of the truck.
The buying experience was a bit long to get the paperwork done, but they facilitated my wife s unwillingness to come into the building because of COVID-19. She hasn t been in any store since March, and I got decontaminated when I got back home. Such is life in your 70 s.

Being a college student constantly on the go I couldn't have asked for more from this dealership and it was amazing how easy they made everything for me! I knew what I wanted going in so it made the process pretty seamless. I wanted more for my trade in than I got but overall I felt I got a fair deal. Really liked our sales guy Joe. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and features not pushy just matter of fact. I wanted to go through BECU went it came down to financing. The financing manager ran it right through and I ended up saving 2 percent on my interest rate. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

I was not happy with the people that helped me. Car was finished and sat there for at least 20 minutes when I noticed it and went to counter without being called. Paper work was on counter service person was gone to lunch others had to do his work, papers were done wrong had to be done twice to fix. I couldn't believe service counter people were so bad that day. When Randy, Dave and the short stocky guy saw the problem fixed it got me out they were good.

I had been looking for a new car for several weeks...

I had been looking for a new car for several weeks, just couldn't find the right one. I was being picky on the color, features/options and of course the price. I found the one I wanted online, at Seaview Buick GMC. I called Rob Pecina about it on a Friday evening intending to look at the car on Saturday. He not only had this car ready for me (clean & shinny on the show room floor) but he allow me to take it home for the night to see if it was a "fit" for me.

I came back on Sunday (giving myself only a few hours of time before the Seahawks game) and intended to play hard ball. Instead, I got everything I asked for. The car needed new wiring for the map navigation, Rob set this up for me and took care of everything, even a loaner car and I got the payment that I wanted.

I made it home in plenty of time for the Seahawks game! It was a win/win day. Thanks Rob!

I called with no notice on a emergency repair needed on one of our company vehicles. The service technician, Mario, said to come right over and although they were backed up, they would work me in. He was nice enough to offer a loaner vehicle for the night. Mario called the next morning with a report of what they found, costs to repair and options. Because there are multiple items needing attention, I may look to Seaview to trade in my truck on a newer model. I opted to have just the emergency item repaired. Although the price what twice what I was hoping to pay, the convenience of getting right in and having a loaner car by far outweighed the cost.
I have finally found my go-to auto repair shop.

Excellent customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My husband and I had just been at the Toyota dealer and their service was horrendous. The Toyota thieves offered only 60% of the Kelly Blue Book Value for our trade in. At GMC we got the full Kelly Blue Book value for our trade in, plus an excellent pre-certified vehicle. We were 100% satisfied with GMC's service. The process to transfer our car loan was also super smooth. Kudos to Nick for getting the windshield fixed so quickly.

Beware. Dishonest and greedy.

Dealership had a rare 3/4 ton Yukon XL with low mileage. We have been looking for this vehicle for several years. We live six hours away. Struggled all day Friday trying to get the feedback we needed to make a decision. Once we settled on a price I put $2,000 down to secure it. When the purchase order arrived they snuck in a $609 anti-theft option. When I baulked at it the finance manager replied, It is already installed and included in the numbers. Not something I am adding on after the fact. Not true. Final price was $609 higher than the sticker price. They pre-install this on all new and used so why they aren t up front about it is puzzling. It s a nice add-on but not something we would have ordered. We planned on buying it regardless so we drove over. We finally got them to discount it to $169 after a lot of hassle. They also charged us $33 for the window sticker in addition to the negotiable $150 document fee. Excessive.

Their inspection report ( that took way too long to get ) did indicate it was missing the third row seat but failed to note the big cracks in the dash, missing cargo area floor mat and broken wiper washer sprayer. Hard to get that information from 350 miles away.

Lastly, while the salesman was pleasant to work with, surprisingly he couldn t explain the Stabiltrak and traction control features. A quick internet search explained this feature as a highly effective safety system that has been on all GM vehicles for years and should be a no brainer for a GM car salesman. There s a button for it on the dash, front and center. 90 day warranty they offer is nice but only if you have it serviced at their shop.

My wife and I considered buying a Buick for 6 months. After reading car mag reviews as well as Kelley Blue Book we asked Costco to help us get a fair price on a certified used 2012 Buick. They sent us to Rob Pecina at Seaview Buick/GMC.
I made an appointment to meet Rob one evening after work, and explained to him that I wasn't sure if I wanted a LaCrosse or Regal. He reviewed the two models with me, and I decided that I would like to test drive the Regal. He told me the price of this particular car, and then gave me the keys to drive the vehicle for 24 hours, with no obligation. I returned the car the next evening arriving with the decision to purchase it.
Rob asked if I wanted to finance it through my credit union (in CA) or through Seaview sources. He introduced me to Brita, who ran a credit check and offered me two banks that were under the 1.99% amount. I couldn't do better with my credit union so I decided that I would go with one of theirs. Brita got back to me with the information she was able to get the interest rate.39% lower than she quoted the first time. I have never been so happy with financing a car.

We are extremely happy with the whole purchase process and outcome. Rob and Brita never attempted to "upsell" us anything and treated us with the utmost respect, as if we were their friends.

Treated me fantastically! Have an 09 Saturn that developed tranny issues JUST BEFORE the warranty on the car gave out. Because my issue is a manufacturer issue, the dealer is fixing it. They loaned me one of their new 2018 cars. Felt very pampered.

This was our first my first time buying a car to dealership so I was a little unprepared for everything. They were very patient and understanding and they even helped us get all the paperwork that we did not have prepared filed it and turned in. They waited while we frantically made phone calls to figure everything out and didn't even mind our impatient 2 year old. Overall very good service and very helpful. Ended up with an amazing purchase, exactly what I wanted.

Everyone always seems to dread the car buying experience, it's a stereotype that'll never go away, understandably so. But wow was I blown away by the service I received by Derek and the manager Joe. I had an appointment to come look at a truck I really wanted, like most people I was sold on it and didn't want anything else. I had a suv to trade in, which was unbelievable how low kelly blue book valued it at, which was nothing to do with Seaview, they are running a business after all. I also don't have the best credit and bottom line, the truck I wanted was not going to happen. They had one brand new truck they could offer me with a very high monthly payment. It was something I didn't want or feel right about, i was in love with the other truck. It's hard though because you so badly want to leave in a new car. I declined the offer. There was literally ZERO, absolutely zero pressure from either of them, even the manager, to have me buy the second truck I didn't come down there for. Joe even gave me advice on the best way to get into a truck I want, just a bigger down payment and pay off a couple smaller collection bills to raise my credit slightly. I will 100% be back in 2-3 months. They seriously gained a customer for life and I will more than likely do any car shopping at their dealership forever.

What is the icing on the cake?! The unbelievable, and incredible full power train warranty forever they offer at no cost with all new purchases, literally as long as you own the truck, mileage does not matter. No deductible, nothing. Your engine and transmission blow up? You pay $0 and they fix everything for free! What other dealerships offers that?! Having that peace of mind is truly invaluable!

Thank you Seaview, Derek and Joe for making my potential car buying experience the best I've ever had! You will see me back there in a couple months!!

I've purchased 2 trucks from Kathe A. and each transaction has been nothing but a delight!! She works FOR YOU and hustles to get you the information you need to make an informed purchase. She is straight forward, fair, works hard, and has a wonderfully pleasant attitude...a true asset to Seaview and the GM brands!

My first purchase was a 2016 GMC Canyon SLT. After Kirkland GMC jerked me around for a month and claimed they had ordered my truck (when they had not placed the order at all), Kathe was able to get me an order confirmation the next day. She walked me through the process and would give me weekly updates on where the vehicle was in the assembly process.

My 2nd truck was a 2017 GMC Sierra SLT. In order to take advantage of a significant manufacturers rebate, we had to complete the purchase process within 4 days. Kathe was able to source a truck with my exact specs and options from another dealer in the region, have it brought up to Seaview, and had the entire process completed within the short timeframe.

Brandon in finance was also awesome to work with! He was a straight shooter and put in extra effort to ensure my financing went through my credit union and not another lender. While he gave sound advice on extended warranty recommendations, I never felt pressured at any point during the closing process.

All in all, I LOVE the Sierra and am grateful for the team at Seaview. It's a great feeling being happy with your new vehicle, but also a great feeling knowing that you were treated fairly and respectfully when acquiring your new investment.

I stopped by the dealership on 9/18/14 to finish making up my mind on what exactly I was going to be purchasing on the following Sunday. I was trying to decide on whether to buy a new or used Acadia. I wandered around for 20 min looking into windows of cars and reading the info sheets. After no one came out to greet me, I decided to go in to the show room. I figured it was probably lunchtime or they were all busy helping customers. Imagine my surprise to see the showroom full of employees- talking between themselves, sitting on the computers, and playing on their phones. I have never had this experience before, but then again, I've always gone with my husband. So I don't know if the fact that I'm a women had anything to do with lack of customer service, but I do know that instead of dropping $$$$ for a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali at Seaview, I spent my money at Clyde Revord in Everett where I was treated with some respect.

I just bought my second preowned car at Seaview, under the same circumstances: old car needed repairs that couldn't be justified by the value (we tend to drive them into the ground). Both times we found vehicles that worked in our budget, absolutely no pressure and lots of help, and an easy, quick deal and finish. Steve was a low-key, very helpful sales person, and Mr. Carr handled the financing as smoothly and as friendly as he always does (and is). We've used Seaview for auto repairs, too, and never been disappointed. This is once again a thoroughly pleasant experience.

Looked at a used Subaru today at Seaview. We were told the car was clean before we got there. As soon as I looked at it I noticed tape was still on front bumper, there was over spray from the front end being painted. Salesperson argued with me that car had not been fixed because it was not showing on "Autocheck".
It was very clear even when I pointed it out the car had been in some kind of accident and repaired very recently.
As I was driving away I saw the sales person with 2 other employees of Seaview looking at the front of the car.
We will never be back to this dealership!

I made an inquiry about a car I saw on line and got quick reply. From there I made an appointment with Rob Pecina for 5:30, I was able to get there an hour and half early and he saw me right away. We test drove the car I wanted and there were a few things I didn't like about it. So we test drove another one of the same model. There was no pressure and I actually like the second one better. He made me the same deal on the second car that I would have been getting on the first car.
No pressure what so ever and as a woman that goes along way in my book. I would come back to Rob and Seaview no questions asked.

Thank you Rob and Seaview for an outstanding experience. We purchased a 2013 GMC Acadia Denali last week, after 5 months of researching all makes and models of SUV's. Rob was wonderful, he was patient with my indecision and never put pressure on us. Once we decided on the Acadia, Rob worked really hard to find the exact colors and features we wanted. Work was done ok. Problem was that when my vehicle was done no one called me to say it was finished and I could pick it up. Waited all day Saturday and finally called them myself. Found out the guy who I was dealing with went home. Had to go through the sales department later to pick up my car. Amplifier was disconnected and not wired back up as well as being completely torn off of the floor. Seems like since I had already paid the bill in full that would be the end of customer service.

I called them and told them I would be there in about 45 mins and by the time I got there and bought it cash I was out the door in less than an hour. Awesome sales people and Marshall made sure we were comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend them!!!

Let me tell you a little bit about my experience. It was a Wednesday evening about 3:30 pm. I called Mario Lopez at Seaview Buick and GMC . I was traveling for work and was 50 miles outside of Seattle, WA. I told him I was having transmission problems and needed my truck back ASAP! He told me to arrive at 8:30 am Thursday morning. He said we have you on the schedule and we will take care of you . He had that transmission out in 1 1/2 days!! I couldn t believe it! I was back on the road by Friday afternoon !! This was the most amazing experience I ve had at a dealership thank you Mario!!

My last trip to the service dept. was disappointing. I understand that they charged me an hour for diagnostic. But to charge me an hour to splice a wire I am disappointed in the dishonest service. I will not be returning. $130 to splice a wire that's robbery.

Do not trust the Finance guy here. We went in pre-approved for a very low interest rate from Capital One. I told our salesperson and his sales manager. The finance guy kept us waiting for 2 HOURS -- we were never allowed to say a word to him -- and then when he finally saw us, he had all the paperwork DONE with another lender. Without a word between us. I told him it had to be with Capital One because of the pre-approval - they are one of the few eligible dealers with Capital One - and he still pulled a switcheroo. I'm going around with the finance guy now, we'll see how this works out. May have to return the car! AND they tried to get us to sign 2 separate papers agreeing to expensive "theft" insurance and gap insurance. If I hadn't looked carefully at the charges, I would have paid about $1000 more for the car.

Great Service!! After searching for a Z71 Tahoe for quite a long time I found the right one at Seaview GMC. There was a competing vehicle at another dealership but Seaview GMC beat their price by nearly $4000. Great sales staff and extremely quick financing! At my request they even switched out the Highway Tires with a brand new set of All Terrain tires for free! I would without reservation recommend them to Friends and Family.

I purchased an extended warranty from them 2 years ago. After I sold my vehicle, I try to contact them for partial refund. I contacted them many many times but after a few months, I still did not get the refund. They never replied my inquiries, emails, phones etc.

They are only interested in getting your money. They don't care you are losing money everyday. Stay away from them.

I like taking my truck here to get it serviced, because they always cover the warranty call-backs and provide a nice loaner vehicle. However, they are getting a 4 star because they are starting to get stingy with their loaner cars. I can understand if I'm just getting a quick oil change that i may not need a loaner but if I'm getting several things done, including a car detail and it's going to take a while then I do expect a loaner from an OEM dealer like Seaview.

They worked hard to make sure I could make a deal I would be happy with . I will be happy to deal with them as the year goes by. You can't beat oil changes for life.
So an update on the car I bought, already have to take to the dealer to repair the USB ports to the infotainment system that quit working, not a reassuring sign.
Another update, it would seem to be an intermittent problem. Parked the car for twenty minutes and low and behold it was working.

I've been here for several different things. Purchasing a vehicle f I'm them was easy and straight forward, but they didn't even fill up the gas tank. Their service is overpriced, and they charge more for parts than what their retail for. Generally, I would say be cautious.

Tried to give them a second chance with performing work on my vehicle. The goal was to just get a simple oil change done. Fortunately they had an immediate availability for doing the oil change. The pricing for the oil change was competitive. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Since my last experience with having an oil change and experiencing there multiple equipment failures first hand. I'm pleased to announce that they have officially moved there quick lube to a permanent location in there main service department. Experience with these changes were a major improvement. Take full advantage of the specials they offer for service. It's well worth the price.

After a failed attempt to purchase a new Acadia at "another" dealership (signed the purchase agreement and then later was told the car was not available) I called Seaview Buick GMC the evening of March 30th in a desperate attempt to utilize their "supplier" discount that ended the very next day. Britta Olson pleasantly answered my call, transferred me to Rob Pecina and he made it happen. Not only did Rob find my DREAM CAR that night, he had it delivered to their lot, and I got to drive it home that next day, March 31st. I am a very happy customer. I got a great deal, received friendly and effecient service (Britta handled all the paperwork with expert ease) and I absolutely love my new car. I recommend Seaview Buick GMC with the highest possible rating. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
