This is apparently the kind of company that is so poorly run that it can double-bill your account for months --collecting thousands of pounds it is not entitled to, despite numerous notifications--and then fail to issue a refund for several more months. The company has agreed multiple times in writing that this is entirely their error- however, they seem to be unable to work their own refund process. A wise potential office tenant can weigh for themselves what it could mean for their business to work with this kind of landlord. I am currently in month 5 of dealing with this issue. I will update this review if and when the situation is ever resolved. Importantly, the experience with the office space itself is good, so this review applies more to the company as a whole than to this particular facility.

Previous review was critical, but had to edit as could not post a new review more critical review. Have been advised passes are only for those who have a private office contract. Passes are required to open the majority of doors in the building and therefore, every time I use the toilet, I have to ask reception to open the office door for me again. Likewise if leaving the office for a coffee or lunch have to ask reception to let me back in. Definitely not worth the money, I will be searching for a new work space as soon as possible. The general team (security and cleaners etc) at this Spaces are friendly and helpful - but the wider company is hard to navigate, unhelpful and not good value for money.

So ironic that this office is branded Spaces when the offices are so lacking in space. What was billed as a 4-person office would be cosy for 2 whilst another office they showed us was so narrow that people would need to be seated in a straight line facing the wall in order to fit in! This might be acceptable if the office was priced as a budget option yet Regus were seeking a premium rate substantially higher than other, nicer offices nearby. The co-working area was also utterly ruined by constant, invasive on-brand background music. There are much better offices located in the area. This one is gimmicky and over-priced and absolutely one to avoid.

Worst co-working space we've ever been with poor, unclean facilities and non-existent customer service. Stay well away.
