I met with Steve about a posting on Autotrader. Steve had contacted me by email amd quickly responded when I sent a text. Steve was quick to set up a test drive and he was able to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle. The entire staff at Seaview Buick GMC was very professional and helpful through the entire process! I would highly recommend visiting Seaview Buick GMC when looking for a car. They have a wonderful selection of GMCs and Buicks. They also have a large selection of pre-owned vehicles from a wide variety of makes and models.

Thank you for making the purchase of our 2019 Sierra 2500 Denali easy and efficient. Sales price and value of my trade were right on point. CJ (sales), Joe (sales manager), Jay (F&I), Jason (service) and the gentleman who fueled up the truck were all wonderful to work with. Love the truck. All the best.

From start to finish Kathe Arambul and Brandon Kowalik made this a 5-star experience. Kathe is extremely helpful, responsive and organized. She responds very quickly to emails and makes sure everything is taken care of. Brandon was very organized with the financials and paperwork, making the process as easy and straight forward as it could be. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Great job and you definitely impressed us!

Kathe has been a wonderful sales person to work with as my husband and I have bought cars over the years. She always gives her best in making it a good experience and facilitating the process. We have found her honest and a pleasure to work with. She is the one we have always thought of when buying another car. Thanks Kathe.

My husband and I purchased a slightly used 2009 GMC Acadia from Seaview BuickGMC last night and had a great experience with Rob Pecina. We had been looking around for a 'new' 7-8 passenger vehicle since our 2nd daughter was born last October. The issue was price and the fact that we would have to buy used in order to get what we really wanted. Last Sunday we decided to finally go and just look inside and possibly test drive one. Well when Rob began walking towards us we were a little unsure as we always think, "salesman are so pushy!" Rob wasn't at all. He asked us what we were looking for and took us to the '09 Acadia. We looked at it and of course really liked it. He said we could load up the kids and take it for a drive. He even said for as long we wanted. Josh and I were so confused as we had never taken a car for a test drive without the salesman. It was so nice to just drive it and really just take in the car. We decided to think it over and look around still. After two days of talking and searching we could not find an Acadia we wanted for the price Seaview was offering. At 5pm Tuesday we got online looked at the Acadia again and put the info in for our trade-in. Rob called us back 15 min later and we were able to ask some questions and got all the answers. They offered a little more than KBB value for our Acura and we decided to go in. Rob greeted us when we got there, we looked at the Acadia again and decided we wanted it. They gave us a great price for the car and the trade-in which was great. They made the process so easy. My last experience buying a car was a 4 hour process. We got to Seaview a little after 7pm and were out the door before 9pm. Overall we had a great experience with Rob and Russ. When we are ready for another new car we will definitely go back. I really recommend Rob and Russ from the internet department. They are both great with customer service and I would purchase from them again.

I finally found a used 2013 F-150 that looked like...

I finally found a used 2013 F-150 that looked like "the one." I arrived to take a look at it and a nice gentleman brought the truck around. He then proceeded to try and up-sell the truck with a bunch of lies. He tells me that the truck had been there for only a month, was a local purchase/subsequent trade in and that the tonneau cover on the truck was worth $2000 w/ installation. First off no, it had been there for ~2 months based off of the Carfax and various other websites. Secondly, it's a truck from from Abbotsford, BC. Thirdly, it has a Backflip tonneau cover which retails just shy of $1000 and takes 30min to install with a socket wrench. So being the informed purchaser that I am I could tell what kind of car salesman this guy is.

I met Steve, my scheduled salesman, for the test drive and he gave me all of the time I needed to look through the truck and go for a test drive. Steve was great.

Everything looked in order, so we sat down to start talking numbers. First purchase agreement came out with an extended warranty, some acid etched stickers labeled as "passive sercurity" enhancements, and GAP coverage even though I was looking to do a cash deal. I had those removed and then put out a fair cash offer for the vehicle in question, knowing full well what they paid for it and what it's actually worth.

Unfortunately that same sleazy lying salesman from before comes over and turns out he's the Sales Manager in charge of making and approving the deals. His name is Gabe L. Avoid him as he will lie, bully, condescend and belittle you in order to try and force you into a deal. After an exhaustive few rounds of trying to come to an agreement, I determined that there was no reasoning with this abusive man. He continually belittled me saying that I was being "unrealistic", that I "didn't understand" how things worked and that "You shouldn't be purchasing something and worrying what it's value will be after you drive away with it" (i.e. immediately losing $10k in value)

I later found that their "Autocheck" report didn't mention any damage to the vehicle where as the Carfax report did on two separate occasions and at two separate locations. Curious that they would use something like "Autocheck" as opposed to the industry standard that Carfax has become.

So moral of the story, Steve is a decent fellow, Gabe is a greedy sleazeball who is looking to force you into a purchase that doesn't make sense financially.

Good costumer service, but you definitely want to make sure you're getting what you need. There's a lot of pieces and the store personnel can't know everything. If you've done your research, you're likely the well informed party.

Bought my car there which brings free oil changes as long as I own car. Made appointment online for oil change. The next day when I checked in I was told they would 'get to it as soon as they can' so I'm not sure why they let you schedule appointments online. Found that misleading. Oil change took 80 minutes, car smelled of horrible fumes inside, and grease finger prints left on outside, so now I get to spend more of my time cleaning it inside and out. Not sure I'll be back.

I worked with Rob on buying a truck for my son for his 16th Birthday. I live in Alaska so it was sight unseen and I wasn't able to meet Rob in person but he took great care of everything as if I was right there in the lobby.
He was able to get the price down to where I was comfortable, got me a good price for shipping and even delivered the truck personally to the shippers door.
Thank you Seaview Buick GMC and thank you Rob!!

I like not being treated like a number but rather a true customer. Excellent customer service and always a quick in and out experience. Comfortable waiting area and the recommendations if/when they find anything that isn't right with my cars. I can't imagine going any where else.

I just purchased my 2nd car from Seaview. Both times I had a great experience. I was able to view their inventory online, decide on what I wanted and discussed pricing with my sales rep, Kathe. When my first lease was up, they made the process of getting into a new lease very easy and convenient! I loved my first car and am very much enjoying my 2nd GMC from Seaview.

My experience at Seaview Chevrolet was positive all the way around. After inquiring on line about the truck I was interested in late on a Saturday night, I awoke to a prompt response from Rob Pecina first thing Sunday morning. By noon I was test driving the truck, next discussing the purchase. Helpful, honest, straight forward. Both Rob Pecina and Britta Olson have impressed me with their good energy in truth versus a detached sense of "just another sale". I am thrilled with my truck, but more so I am deeply appreciative to feel such a sense of confidence in my purchase. Rob Pecina and Britta Olson didn't just take care of me that day, they stand behind their word and product. Their actions spoke to this right out of the gate. Knowing that they are there to assist if something should arise, leaves me trusting without a doubt, that I made the right decision in going with Seaview Chevrolet.

I've been discussing the possible purchase of a ca...

I've been discussing the possible purchase of a car with this dealership since yesterday morning. After an entire day of negotiations he finally told me we had a deal. He ran my credit, and my father's credit, told me I was approved. Once we arrived and realized the car was not as advertised (was listed that it had remote engine start but it didn't actually have it) we were told that if I wanted to get remote start they were going to raise the price by $1500. When we told him that he told us we had a deal of $11,000 and he should stick to his word and sell to us by that price, he basically said screw you. Knowing full well we had to drive an 1 1/2 up to Lynnwood to buy this car which is why we did the negotiating on the phone the day before. The salesman I dealt with was Bill Conner, he told me over the phone that everything was set and all we had to was sign the paper. He wasted our entire day and gas on the drive. 1 1/2 drive there, spent 2 hours there, sat 2 hours in traffic on the way home, brought down my credit score and my father's credit score and couldn't have cared less. I spoke with Joe Jones, (the general sales manager) on the matter and apparently it was a miscommunication that they actually were going to do remote start for us only at the extra cost of what installing it would actually cost which was about $350. But Bill Conner told us $1500 and wouldn't budge with his smug attitude. He clearly was lying to us to get more money for himself.

If you go to this dealership I recommend staying clear of Bill Conner. But the owner Chris resolved our issue the best he could after Joe Jones also (apparently unintentionally) screwed us over, which is why I edited this review and added 2 stars.
