Excellent customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My husband and I had just been at the Toyota dealer and their service was horrendous. The Toyota thieves offered only 60% of the Kelly Blue Book Value for our trade in. At GMC we got the full Kelly Blue Book value for our trade in, plus an excellent pre-certified vehicle. We were 100% satisfied with GMC's service. The process to transfer our car loan was also super smooth. Kudos to Nick for getting the windshield fixed so quickly.
