Seaport Boston Hotel & World Trade Center Reviews

Had dinner here at the rataurant in the lobby. The burger was delicious. We had desert and sangria as well and it was very good. Price was fair for what we got and very reasonable for being at the hotel.

I stayed at the Second when I was in Boston for a work trip. The hotel was very nice and I was very comfortable there. The work staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar is a nice area to meet people and get some drinks. I would definitely stay there again!

Went for drinks as part of a Halloween event. Service was a little slow but they were busy.

The location is fantastic! There's so many stores and places to eat within walking distance and the view is simply gorgeous.

The location of the wedding expo was incorrect and I spent a lot of time wondering around the trade Center when it was across the street at the hotel.

Everyone was extremely helpful when we were having problems finding somewhere to park our truck and trailer.

Reluctant to give 5star ratings but Seaport Hotel deservedly earns it for us. Plenty of places for foodies, etc. Front desk very professional and room & beds comfy!

An amazing venue. The Lighthouse room is an excellent place to spend any occasion, like a party or a conference.

For a professional event. The chef staff along with waiting staff, bar staff, and support staff were all incredibly professional and diligent. Ready to answer questions if needed, fulfill guests requests or needs, and we're always there. Great presence by the presenters at the hotel. Venue itself was appropriately modern, with thorough amounts of technology for lighting and PA etc. The food provided was incredibly high quality, fresh, and served by the aforementioned great staff. I plan to return for longer next year.

I loved this hotel for all of its environmental initiates! Even had an organic bed. Very clean, spacious and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, nice rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Could be better if they had a free shuttle since the location isn't too close to anything.

- great location: 10 min walk to the Tea Party Ship and Museum. Also there are a lot of wonderful restaurants, new buildings, parks, sculptures in the neighborhood
- the hotel is new and very clean
- the price is admirably low for the hotel of that class
- the swimming pool is very nice
- front desk stuff is very friendly

Seaport hotel offers a great room directly off the port on the south side of Boston. Great walking distance to some wonderful locations; either for food or entertainment.

Visited for the microbrew festival. Conference room was spacious. Bathrooms nice and clean. Staff at the event was great! Can't wait to go again next year.

Watched the Patriots game on their big screen. Lunch was OK. Played a game of pool while we were there.

I did not go specifically inside it but I did the spirit of Boston cruise which was wonderful!

This was a wonderful place to host the MMS Annual Conference. Plenty of space and nice staff.

Was here for a corporate event. Food/catering was great, staff was friendly and professional, services worked perfectly. No complains at all.

Used the valet parking service, the staff were quick and courteous. I tried to tip the driver, but he refused.

I found dirty underwear in my room. They gave me a new room on a lower floor..

My wife and I stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon. We were upgraded to their Admiral Suite and absolutely loved the room, the service, the staff, and the views. It was everything we could have wanted from a hotel and they treated us like royalty. Thanks for the experience and memories!

I was at the hotel for my work's annual Christmas luncheon. Our experience is always lovely, and the food served is outstanding. Best of all is the coffee served afterwards. It is some of the best I have ever had!

This was my 9th year going to this Hotel for New Years .Love this place clean ,large rooms guest services are very professional .Restaurant and Bar near lobby food and drinks are excellent. Wish I hadn't had such a bad experience with the ship that docks in front of this hotel because now looking for another place to go on the first night .. If I ever need to stay over night in Boston this will be the Hotel to stay in .Thank you Seaport for another great stay and for the hospitality . Louie A.

Easily accessible location, in Boston. Rooms are plush and comfortable for one , two or more people. Staff is very accommodating.

Staff were attentive and room was great. Will be back next time I'm in Boston.

Visiting the WTC was amazing this year. Shine 2017 was the best smash event of the year

Very nice hotel. Rooms were nice, the restaurant/bar has good atmosphere, and the service was great. My only negative was it was a little weird not having a fan/air circulation in the bathroom, leading it to be stinky.

Food was great and a large selection of drinks. Great service for a large group as well.

Always dependable and a cut above the other options in the area.
