Went to party/fundraiser in one of the ballrooms. Very nice and direct access outside making packing up quick

The staff were all very friendly. They switched my room to have a tub upon request, charged my iPad and so many other things that went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again

The room so beautiful the staff is amazing. Especially when we need to do a wedding they are very accommodating. Right in the heart of the seaport District perfect walk to restaurants.

Beautiful hotel, with beautiful views of the surrounding city and sea. Provides an easy walk to many of the revitalized south Boston waterfront, resturaunt and bar scene.

Beautiful hotel. Fast valet. Bed was comfortable and the ac was silent. If you're staying in the BCEC area you can't go wrong here.

This is a very nice hotel with of the Boston Seaport District. I like that they have a no tipping policy. The only thing those disappointing was the hotel restaurant. A nice feature of this hotel is that it is the second closest to the Boston Convention Center.

the holiday craft fair was great lines entering were unogranized but awesome time

The convention center side seemed a bit small. Walking there from the T station was a bit confusing and not much fun in the winter.

The hotel is great. I have no complaints. All my needs and requests were met with a smile. I stayed at this loction for a conference. I do not know if it was due to the conferences planning or the hotels conference center but the open conference facilites were lacking luster. Big conference space with very little tech. One screen for presentations in rooms set up to accomidate 300 or 400 people. They also had a lot of issues with PA system.

Terrible experience. No food after 11 (despite their guest Services binder claiming food until midnight). Given a room with double beds, despite reserving a king. Nice place, terrible service

Yessss!! Get in the Provistown 2 or 1 & go crusing, its very exciting & fun!! They have booze.

They accommodated our group with a pretty crazy request we needed at the last minute. I really appreciate their resourcefulness and we'll trained management dedicated to hospitality. Thank you, again.

very nice location. I didnt stay in the rooms, I was only there for a proffessional event but the view of the ocean was nice. It's right by the port so you can take a harbor cruise if you want.

The driver lied about his location. We walked around seaport hotel twice and he was nowhere to be found . Then i was told he left. Subpar

An all-inclusive hotel, the staff goes out of their way to help you with whatever you need. I've never had such excellent service at any other hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with freshly renovated bathrooms. A true home away from home.

Excellent Service, but pool hours leave a lot to be desired. Especially since we booked this specifically since it had a pool, we were very disappointed to find the hours were 9am -5pm !! For the positive: the front desk and all the staff were amazingly awesome!! Everybody that I talked to handled any sort of requests/questions we had with a smile! Comfortable rooms, great location. Work on those pool hours and it's a 5 star for sure!

Great location in Seaport right near the water, clean and good meeting space options.

The food is very poor. It would have been better to eat before getting to the conference. The conference rooms and general space is nice and the layout is convenient.

I love the special events. That they have there. Especially the Christmas festivals in the 1st week in the month of November.

I went for dinner and enjoyed it but they should allow for tipping instead of including it in the price. I typically tip more than 18% but was unable to do so.

This is definitely one of the wonderful places of Boston that any tourist has to visit ! I have been there, and it made my day brighter.

Dinosaur exhibit a rip off. You pay 12-17 dollars to get in, then additional money for all the rides in there. Everything you do inside is additional money.

I didn't enjoy the stay, they charge you're credit card with weird amounts that you don't authorize (well it happened to me). Rooms are way to small, it isn't as nice as you would think.

Location is right near the harbor Blue hills bank pavilion and restaurants

Convienent, a bit pricey, but a lot of places nearby in a walking distance. Rooms are nice, good service.

Attended a professional event at the Seaport Hotel recently, it was great as always. Clean surroundings, a beautiful view of the bay, ample parking, hip nightlife and high end eateries within walking distance...what more could you ask for!?
