Please review your Klantservice department. I called on Saturday 1 hour after making an order. The guy said he will cancel it. I discover Monday it is being shipped to me. I send an email to the klant service. Then I receive multiple mails from different members of staff telling me different things.
Make 1 case file per customer complaint rather than letting different members of staff reply to the same complaint and make it clear what the process of receiving a refund is, as clearly it is not clear to the klantservics staff themselves.

Failure to meet agreements, fail to deliver on time and reject blame on other departments. Don't take responsibility and leave customers out in the cold.
Customer service can do nothing more than hear your story, email you a report and wait days for you to call again.
If you as a consumer do not contact you yourself, you will stay at the bottom of the complaints pile.

Praxis hides behind different departments and their retention of personal turnover.

Hierbij wil ik laten blijken dat ik erg teleurgesteld ben in het bedrijf Praxis.
Ik heb 2 deuren online besteld bij Praxis en vindt ze niet bij het bekijken niet de kwaliteit die ik in mijn huis wil plaatsen.
Ik neem contact op met Praxis dat de deuren weer retour opgehaald kunnen worden, want ze voldoen niet aan wat ik ervan had verwacht.
Zoals iedereen weet mag je internet aankopen, altijd en ook zonder reden binnen 2 weken retourneren. De klantenservice medewerker durft mij doodleuk te vertellen dat de deuren niet retour kunnen omdat de fabrikant van de deuren ze niet retour wil hebben doordat ze niet bewerkt zijn. Dit is echter niet het probleem van een consument maar dat van de Praxis. Dit hebben zij ook niet vermeld aan mij bij aankoop van de deuren.
Ten alle tijden ook al denkt een bedrijf als Praxis dat ze eigen regels kunnen maken is de consument beschermt om internet aankopen te retourneren.
Praxis klantenservice steekt zijn hoofd in het zand en geeft geen terug koppeling meer.
Hierbij ben ik genoodzaakt verdere stappen te moeten ondernemen, iets wat veel makkelijker opgelost kan worden door de firma Praxis.

Made several internet orders at Praxis and that has always gone very well. However, not this time. Praxis delivers only half of the order after a month. Inquiries show that the other half is no longer coming. Praxis promises to collect the items already delivered, but even after Praxis has now promised this three times, the posts are still there after three months and we now also receive collection costs for an order that has never been delivered. I will never order garden items from the Praxis again. What a nag.

Product was 20 lower than what I paid for it. The customer service then does nothing at all. Emailing calls, no response to anything, outrageous Praxis. So think before you order something online.
I recommend Praxis that the website does not work in Google Chrome, you get the advice use Internet Explorer but .......
I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 weeks, but cannot be reached in any way. Under the heading Corona crisis and busyness ... A little company responds to this. I had ordered a high-pressure cleaner via the webshop, instead of sending it to our home address, it was sent to praxis Purmerend. There the package was refused and returned. Final position money away and therefore no high-pressure cleaner. It's that I can't click 0 stars, downright bad.
