Very pleased with my stay here at seaport. We had a very spacious room, clean and outstanding service from staff. Very nice dining room downstairs with a fireplace made it more then welcoming. Although i haven't sat at the bar believe me it is excellent. Parking is available, 3 level parking for $37 a night no restrictions on entering or leaving. I highly recommend the stay long or short .

Very comfortable hotel with easy check in. A few negative little niggles...no real space in the coffee dock area to eat, services listed in room guest directory not available. Had an early morning departure so checked breakfast times with reception, when I turned up the next morning breakfast was not being served at that time.

Clean, tidy rooms. Compact but efficiently laid out. Stainproof carpet, air filter, great ventilation and lots of places to charge phones and unpack. Sleekly modern aesthetic without being 'trendy'. Parking $37/night. Very quiet.

Disappointed in the process that this hotel handles it's guest. I had set up a phone on tripod in the window to timelapse the seaport & city streets while we were at the convention center. The housekeeper apparently reported it as a "recording device" so they decided to lock us out of our room. When one of us returned to the room the key didn't work so we asked for a new key and the front desk worker asked us to wait and went behind the office. Then they came out with the general manger and 2 escorts and proceeded to a room and began questioning in an akward manor. It seems the entire process could have been handled much better.

This was my second stay at the hotel and I enjoyed it just as much this time. It was perfect from beginning to end and the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs and answer my questions. I highly recommend it.

I had a great time at the Seaport. The event was fantastic the service was wonderful. My only complaint is that once I got off the T, I had no idea where to go. There were no signs showing where the Seaport was. Then once I found the Seaport, there were no signs showing where in the building the event was or how to get there.

Once I was there, I had an amazing time!

This hotel is located close to everything I love in Boston. The amphitheater, World Trade Center , No Name Restaurant and several other great land marks. It is a short walk to the Quincy market and Freedom Trail.

Clean facility; was only there to attend a training event in the ballroom, which was adequate. I would guess that the hotel quarters are in the 4 star range but cannot attest to the amenities, etc.

Did not stay here. Only used the parking garage which is conveniently located to a lot of things in the seaport district. Including the boston harbor and Provincetown cruises as well as a few restaurants and bars.

Overall, it was a nice hotel. Not huge, but not tiny either. The thermostat was not very accurate, the air wasn't turning on when the temperature was higher than the temp set for A/C. The staff was helpful and professional. I don't typically let the cleaners come in to clean the room. So we left the privacy light on to ensure no one would come in. However, we received notice that they would enter the hotel room no matter what as a security check. I thought this was very strange and we've never received this message at any other hotel. We had a quick breakfast at the small cafe station they have in the hotel. The person who prepared my bagel was NOT wearing gloves, yet was handling many different things with her bare hands. So they are not very sanitary.

The hotel's location was convenient in the seaport area, so we would consider staying here again, but there are also many other hotels we would rather stay at.

This hotel is so well run and is very family friendly. As you come in the receptionists are well mannered and can help with any requests you have , the rooms are a decent size and have a very good shower , t.v and very comfy beds. The only reason I didn't give this hotel a five star is because the little cafe that serves breakfasts was not well stocked. It had good quality food but not not enough choice. To resolve this problem there is a breakfast place called cosi across the road, next door to the world trade center. This has a good selection and lovely staff.

When we stayed over, my daughter left her favorite stuffed animal behind in the room. Panicked I called that even to be told he was found and would be mailed to us. To my surprise I woke up to an e-mail, the staff had put together a powerpoint with my daughters bunny showing all the fun things he was doing when he was left there! That personal surprise touch made a lasting impression with me.

Having a great weeklong stay at the Seaport Hotel + conference at the World Trade Center. The staff is exceptionally friendly (everyone will greet you, ask how you are) and accommodating, which is hard to find when you're on the road. Thanks for a great stay.
