First issue was the kuerig exploding on my white dress shirt I was going to wear to strega. Room service was grwat until they forgot to place our breakfast order so we waited for 2 hours and it never arrived. There was no vent I the bathroom. There was limited drawers for clothing. The front desk forgot to give us our prepaid parking ticket to exit the garage. We ordered champagne glasses which never came. Overall the price of staying here was no worth it.

Will never book my room here again: My office reserved a room (2 double beds) for a dental conference which was being held in Boston. As the first to arrive, I was informed that I was not able to get the room which my boss had reserved without the credit card in which the reservation was held. This requirement was also never told to my boss when the reservation was made. After explaining to the host that my boss was not available to bring the card (as he has 2 small children) but he could call and verify the card and all information over the phone, they told me this was not a possibility. After calling my boss and informing him of the situation, he contacted the hotel and had my name added to the reservation and I was told by the staff I would need to leave my credit card information, that of which would not be charged or have a hold put on it. After much hassle and 3 times standing in line to get the issue resolved finally I was given the key to our room. When I entered the room I was surprised to find only 1 king sized bed....not what we asked for.

If this wasn't enough of a hassle the trip only got worse from there. When my colleague arrived to check in she was given the same treatment by the desk and was required again to leave a card on file.....her's which was also held only received a $50 hold charge...she also requested 2 cards for the room for herself and another colleague of ours. It was not until later that evening we became aware that the first 2 cards issued to myself were deactivated when they issued new cards to the second guest...

To top off this entire stay... as I was not needed at the conference for its entirety, I checked out a day early and my colleague remained on 1/30/13. I was angry to see that there was a charge on my debit card for $568, that of which was actually more than the actual cost of the room. This pending transaction was assured to myself and colleague would be resolved on 2/1/13. Being a renter, the 1st of the month is when my rent is due and every bit of money in my account was to be used for rent and bills. When I went to pay my rent on 2/1/13 the charge had not been removed as the Seaport Hotel had stated it would be. It was not until I spoke with the kind manager Malita on 2/2/13 that the issue was resolved. I was also told had I not called, it would have been up to 5 days until it was handled.....good thing I called....However, being that the issue was resolved a day later than I was initially told, I was unable to pay my rent on time and fell subject to a $107 charge via my landlord. I contacted management at the Seaport on 2/4/14 and was told by the manager she did not feel "comfortable" reimbursing me even though I could provide documentation from my landlord of the late charge due to the Seaports mistake....

After all was said and done, I was given inaccurate information, the wrong room, deactivated cards, was over charged, told my issue was resolved when it wasn't and still had to pay an extra $107 out of my pocket because of the issue the hotel caused. I have been told that a manager would be in touch but that "most likely it will not be paid."....if this is how the Seaport treats their guests, we will be sure to contact the convention (Yankee Dental) housing board to ensure the Seaport Hotel is removed from their preferred housing list for their yearly convention....

Good.

Above average standard hotel.

Above average standard hotel.
Large and bright rooms, very comfortable beds. The furniture is modern classic, new and well maintained. Excellent cleaning.
Useful details are the numerous electrical sockets with multiple USB ports.
Complete and quality courtesy kit.
There is a 40-inch TV with Internet connection, coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer, iron, safety deposit boxes.
Very friendly and professional staff.

average quality price ratio. quite expensive. well-appointed and sufficiently spacious rooms. spacious shower pity that the water suddenly came burning and then returned as set (with two children were screams, forced to take a shower with us adults). huge television with internet use. room with no possibility of opening the windows at least a small opening (too high up on the 10th floor? not even an air extractor in the bathroom, we were 4 two adults and two children the air was really flawed without the possibility of replacement) anyway, in my opinion the absurdity was the breakfast, oh well pay it, dear, eat only sausages and bacon. let it out absolutely (Flour at about 500 meters in a street on the right). the rest is the minimum wage for a 4-star hotel. friendly staff

If going to Boston convention centre it's the perfect location. But there's no getting around that it's expensive. It's facilities and amenities are nice. But I'm not sure it's quite commiserate with rates.
The staff are amazing and always helpful, so I guess that's what you're paying for.
Had a major issue with the Wi-Fi on mobile while visiting, and they (understandably but annoyingly) block router services that would allow ChromeCasting in rooms.

Great hotel, nice and friendly staff. Good location with easy access to major highways and airport. Only criticism is "thin" walls. I couldn't hear my neighbors much, but could hear everything that was going on in the hallway very well.

I stay here every year for one of the biggest conventions in Boston. The service and staff and quality of the hotel are unmatched. The food services both in restaurant and in room dining are amazing. I would not hesitate to book here every year for the foreseeable future.

Amazing!!! Everything was perfect and close to the blue hills bank Pavilion which made it easy to walk to my graduation!!! The room was comfortable and clean. I enjoy the door bell and privacy feature as well as the master light switch. Staff was always so nice and helpful when looking for places to go and/or eat. The Tamo restaurant within the hotel was the best meal I had while staying here. The silver line bus stop is at the world trade center across the street from the hotel making it convenient to get to from the airport. The trolley stop is there as well for sightseeing

Great

Nice stuff. Clean and big room.

Nice stuff. Clean and big room.
But it's ridiculous to pay $5 for getting a package shipped...if you pay $400 for your room
