I was leading a training session for a client here, so was at the hotel.Fantastic customer service without being snobby. The client have hot breakfast & lunches served...excellent, fresh, not overcooked sea bass, etc. The bedroom was spacious, bed very comfortable & you could order any type of pillow you preferred. Not inexpensive, but great view of the harbor#

My girlfriends and I have stayed at the Seaport multiple years in a row now for the Yankee Dental Congress. The hotel staff is always very accomadating; early check-ins, valet parking, dinner reccomendations, concierge. Amir, Alberto and the front desk trainee were all especially great!! The rooms are also fabulous and are always equipped with all the essentials for a great a weekend stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Was there for a conference. The only criticism I have is that the bathroom seemed small for a convention room. At times the line was pretty outrageous, and I felt like it was something that should have been considered.

Great way to get to the cape - only twenty people on the ferry built for 100. Double bonus: whale sightings on the way to Provincetown - nice! But beware when you disembark: everyone else from NYC and Boston is already at the cape (guess they drove). Still, the ferry ride was awesome.

The seaport hotel is pretty expensive for what it is, which is, at least to me, a pretty generic hotel. I haven't seen the rooms but based on the public area furniture and decor, I probably wouldn't be impressed. That being said it's still a relatively high end hotel and it's certainly got good service. The location is great now (wasn't even 5 years ago) with all the stuff popping up in the area with lightning speed. Close to the water, WTC (but not super close to the BCEC it's a little bit of a hike), blue hills Pavillion. I'm not sure how the price compares but I'd rather stay at the renassance or even the westin. I think they're both more modern and you'd get points!!

Pricey. Bad matress. Food in the restaurant was good but again pricey. But your in Boston so every place is a little more money. The room was smaller than the Renaissance and more money. Don't park in the garage if you drive a full size truck.(unless you like dents and scratches ) parking is not included with the price of room.

This hotel is in a great location. Stayed here for a little birthday get away with my boyfriend. The hotel is beautiful on the inside. The rooms are very updated and modern. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The gym is way larger than most and had tons of free weights and other equipment. Will definatly return for a stay soon!

Loved it. Like the location in the seaport - near loads of good and well known restaurants and attractions. All within walking distance. Rooms are lovely, service good. My only complaint is the expensive restraint for breakfast -$5 is too much for a single piece of toast.

Interesting views from this harbor side location with a lot great places to see in the area. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Both the food and the staff at the hotel were great.

Bed was disappointing, as it was either worn out or just too soft. We could hear some music playing late into the night, but just not loud enough to get up and complain about it. TV kept on freezing up, saw these complaints elsewhere. Parking is beneath the hotel at $36(?) a day.

Maybe we just had bad luck as this hotel seems to get good reviews.

Excellent hotel! Comfortable bed, the sheets were amazing. The service was also outstanding. Kudos for the no tipping policy. There are also good restaurants nearby. It's really easy to get to and from Logan airport.
