I went here for Extreme Beerfest in February and found the facility to be really large and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the restrooms were, and how many of them there were. The staff were very helpful and polite as well.

Big place, didn't feel crowded. It got warm with all the people. Maybe it was because it was uncommonly warm outside for the winter. Waiting in line was a bit chaotic for the event inside the event. But that was tolerable.

Great hotel in an area where it's easy to walk to restaurants and see the harbor. The whole hotel is service inclusive, so no need to carry cash to tip! The room had a very comfortable feel. And their room service was great! They have a lot of services they offer for their guests, so you feel well taken care of. Plus, it's just across the street from the convention center; so convenient if you're attending a conference there.

It was an awesome experience for my family. The rooms were clean, love the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no microwave in the room. But, this did not stop us to enjoy the amenities. The pool was great for kids. We had complimentary parking. Thanks for that. We'll surely go back. Great experien

Great venue for a huge event. the Beer Advocate Extreme Beer Fest is what brought me, and I was not disappointed. Easy to get to (short walk from the Silver Line bus stop), and very easily handled several thousand people.

After only minor re-arrangements, I felt very much at home. I was able to be highly productive while remaining hydrated thanks to the conveniently provided Keurig and complimentary water (even though it was not from Fiji, and was therefore utterly inferior).

The bed was very comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly even while playing re-runs of "Antiques Roadshow" at max volume on the very generously-sized smart TV with which the room was equipped.

Ethernet port was conveniently placed, and infosec enthusiasts may also find the network topology to be of interest (bring your own cables!).

The bathrobe and towels were of superior quality with their respective levels of absorbency easily exceeding expectations.

They were so absorbent.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Good food served at meetings. Rooms are nice but definitely showing their age in some ways: MacBook Pro power adapter falls out of the plug on the desk because it's so worn out and the bathroom sink is nearly impossible to get to an appropriate temperature, it's either hot or cold. Beds are comfortable and there are some nice creature comforts like a nice little table radio with Bluetooth as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Decent view from room 1232.

Awesome stay in Boston. Super convenient transportation to and from Logan with the SL1 Word Trade Center Stop right behind the hotel. Trips into Boston were a little tricky, but that is more a limitation of the MTA than the hotel. Uber and Lyft were both great options to get to North Boston.

Great restaurants nearby including Legal Seafood the No Name and Yankee Lobster. Two free bottles of water in the room daily was an added bonus.

The only downside was the automatic gratuity of 18% that was added to my bar tab on the first night. It was my wife and I, and we only had a drink each. I was told the 18% was added to all bar tabs by default, regardless of order or party size.

Overall would stay again and would recommend to others.

The Seaport Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Great views, wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, smart amenities, and an amazing location - if you can forgive all of the surrounding construction. The ship models displayed on the Mezzanine level were a neat touch to add to the Seaport atmosphere.

They have a policy I'm a little torn on. No tipping, as it's included in the rates and fees. On one hand, this is a nice feature where you have one less thing to think about. You're still paying gratuities and the like, but it's just rolled in. Overall I kind of like the system, but it did feel weird trying to leave a tip for the cleaning staff and seeing it still sitting on the desk when we returned to the room day after day.

That's no complaint, just a little different. My only two minor quips would be:

1) The streaming services they make available (Netflix, Hulu, etc) via their televisions would occasionally drop signal and stall shows. Better than not offering it, but my toddler was less understanding.

2) The on-site dining options were good, but not great. Breakfast was a bit superior to daytime options, but nothing wowed. Lots of great choices nearby though, so maybe the hotel dining just paled a little in comparison to nearby locations.

Those minor points aside, I really enjoyed the Seaport, and my family did as well. We would definitely stay there again on future trips to Boston.

Beautiful property. Amazing attention to details. Electric outlets where you need them, refrigerator in room, bottled water, ample lighting, amazing shampoo & conditioner, and more. Best hotel room I have ever stayed in! Great location - close to convention center and great restaurants.
