Just across the street from the water, this is a beautiful hotel. Our suite was was comfortable and roomy and everything was great. The Seaport Hotel has a great feel to it.

Great place! Very nice attentive staff. Modern rooms with lots of USB connections and a good shower. Would definitely recommend..
Came here to run a half marathon; it was very spacious even with all the people who attended the event. It was easy to get to even with all the road closures due to the race.
I went here for Extreme Beerfest in February and found the facility to be really large and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the restrooms were, and how many of them there were. The staff were very helpful and polite as well.
Big place, didn't feel crowded. It got warm with all the people. Maybe it was because it was uncommonly warm outside for the winter. Waiting in line was a bit chaotic for the event inside the event. But that was tolerable.
Beautiful hotel at the seaport of Boston. Very personable and attentive staff, comfortable hotel room with all of the latest accessories, decor and accomodations.
Overall positive. There was no airport shuttle, which would have been nice. Great location. The coffee in the room was not the best.
Great view and location to consider if you are in the town for business
this hotel is in a great location on the harbor. the view was spectacular the service was amazing all around great experience.
Most beautiful hotel on the water front. All the staff are awesome!
The service is excellent- they strive to provide everything you neex
Fun event with Christmas bazaar! Nice area with beautiful water views!
Just walked through it as I was walking around boston with some friends, nice place would stay there if I was sleeping over inn boston
Beautiful views, super-comfortable mattress, nice staff.
Excellent location, only a short walk to some great seafood and beer. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the amenities were very nice
I was here for the Holly Ball, it was a wonderful night.
Great service, clean rooms, no issues. Recommended if you re staying in the area.
Great hotel in an area where it's easy to walk to restaurants and see the harbor. The whole hotel is service inclusive, so no need to carry cash to tip! The room had a very comfortable feel. And their room service was great! They have a lot of services they offer for their guests, so you feel well taken care of. Plus, it's just across the street from the convention center; so convenient if you're attending a conference there.
The hotel was beautiful. Everyone during checking was pleasant and helpful. The room was stunning - including the incredible harbor view!!
I parked at the hotel to attend a work event on The Spirit of Boston cruise.
The restaurant was great. Service was a little slow, but everything was delicious.
It was an awesome experience for my family. The rooms were clean, love the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no microwave in the room. But, this did not stop us to enjoy the amenities. The pool was great for kids. We had complimentary parking. Thanks for that. We'll surely go back. Great experien
Absolutely wonderful hotel, top rate staff, really enjoyed my stay!
Not sure about the actual hotel, but we launched from the port for a Harvard cruise party. Had a good time.
The room is spacious and clean. The location is perfect.
Great venue for a huge event. the Beer Advocate Extreme Beer Fest is what brought me, and I was not disappointed. Easy to get to (short walk from the Silver Line bus stop), and very easily handled several thousand people.
After only minor re-arrangements, I felt very much at home. I was able to be highly productive while remaining hydrated thanks to the conveniently provided Keurig and complimentary water (even though it was not from Fiji, and was therefore utterly inferior).
The bed was very comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly even while playing re-runs of "Antiques Roadshow" at max volume on the very generously-sized smart TV with which the room was equipped.
Ethernet port was conveniently placed, and infosec enthusiasts may also find the network topology to be of interest (bring your own cables!).
The bathrobe and towels were of superior quality with their respective levels of absorbency easily exceeding expectations.
They were so absorbent.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Good food served at meetings. Rooms are nice but definitely showing their age in some ways: MacBook Pro power adapter falls out of the plug on the desk because it's so worn out and the bathroom sink is nearly impossible to get to an appropriate temperature, it's either hot or cold. Beds are comfortable and there are some nice creature comforts like a nice little table radio with Bluetooth as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Decent view from room 1232.
Great hotel, not too much happening around it though.
Awesome stay in Boston. Super convenient transportation to and from Logan with the SL1 Word Trade Center Stop right behind the hotel. Trips into Boston were a little tricky, but that is more a limitation of the MTA than the hotel. Uber and Lyft were both great options to get to North Boston.
Great restaurants nearby including Legal Seafood the No Name and Yankee Lobster. Two free bottles of water in the room daily was an added bonus.
The only downside was the automatic gratuity of 18% that was added to my bar tab on the first night. It was my wife and I, and we only had a drink each. I was told the 18% was added to all bar tabs by default, regardless of order or party size.
Overall would stay again and would recommend to others.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Well maintained and updated facilities.
Great setting for a professional conference. Spacious, clean, and well-organized.
Rooms are a tad small and could use a lounge area with tables but thr staff was great and accomodating.
The Seaport Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Great views, wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, smart amenities, and an amazing location - if you can forgive all of the surrounding construction. The ship models displayed on the Mezzanine level were a neat touch to add to the Seaport atmosphere.
They have a policy I'm a little torn on. No tipping, as it's included in the rates and fees. On one hand, this is a nice feature where you have one less thing to think about. You're still paying gratuities and the like, but it's just rolled in. Overall I kind of like the system, but it did feel weird trying to leave a tip for the cleaning staff and seeing it still sitting on the desk when we returned to the room day after day.
That's no complaint, just a little different. My only two minor quips would be:
1) The streaming services they make available (Netflix, Hulu, etc) via their televisions would occasionally drop signal and stall shows. Better than not offering it, but my toddler was less understanding.
2) The on-site dining options were good, but not great. Breakfast was a bit superior to daytime options, but nothing wowed. Lots of great choices nearby though, so maybe the hotel dining just paled a little in comparison to nearby locations.
Those minor points aside, I really enjoyed the Seaport, and my family did as well. We would definitely stay there again on future trips to Boston.
We had a party of 12 for dinner drinks at Morton's Steakhouse. Food & service was top notch.
Good service and amenities, but was too busy to enjoy them.
I've stayed at Dozens of hotels and this is easily the best hotel I've been at. If anyone is looking to stay in Boston this is the hotel to be at. Every staff member is extremely friendly.
Great hotel and convention center, very attentive and helpful room staff.
Had dinner at the Tamo, great service and the food was delicious.
Was at the conference center for the Shine SSB event. The space could probably have been better organized but it was pretty good for what it was.
Beautiful property. Amazing attention to details. Electric outlets where you need them, refrigerator in room, bottled water, ample lighting, amazing shampoo & conditioner, and more. Best hotel room I have ever stayed in! Great location - close to convention center and great restaurants.
Great hotel and wonderful location for catching cruise
Very nice hotel in the new development very close to downtown and to many restaurants around. Recommended
I enjoyed the hotel and conference center. It was modern and hot great views of the water.
Great room, friendly staff, walking distance to most of bostons attractions what more could you want
Was there for a holiday party. Everything was awesome.
Very nice rooms with large shower in the bathroom. The staff is incredibly nice and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
It is in a prime location on the water. The staff was very attentive, and the amenities plentiful. My room was clean and well-maintained.
Located near the silver line and with cool views of the water. Didn't see any guest rooms as I was attending an event. Staff were professional and friendly.
Great venue, we had out company party here and had a great breeze off the ocean and had a great time. Parking was a bit weird to find at first, but just park at the hotel @ 1 Seaport Lane.
Very nice hotel with great access to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center!
Went for a professional event. It was nice enough although a bit daunting to navigate.
Great view of the harbor in the harbor side room, clean and well stocked with the usual supplies. Smart TV with all app usage was a plus!
