Went down for the Christmas Festival.. not impressed, $15 to get in and there wasn't much available for under $5, opposite of what I expected for Christmas knickknacks. Learning experience but it was cool to see everything offered. Worth going if you have money to spend and you enjoy buying gifts for those you love.

Great place to stay, especially if you can get the view of the harbor. Parking for $36 seemed steep, but from what I can tell, this was the average. If you want to be close to the tourist stuff, this hotel isn't it
Convenient and easy to get to from the Silver Line. Close to both the Boston Convention Center and the World Trade Center. Well maintained lobby and helpful staff.
A very nice and convenient hotel in Boston's Seaport district. Close to The World Trade Center, great restaurants and the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion. Which is one of Boston's best concert venues. It is seasonal. As it is open and right on the waterfront.
I was only at the hotel for a meeting about their applicant tracking system. The HR team was very accommodating, and offered us some popcorn on our way out. Beautiful lobby.
I would highly recommend looking alsewhere as the rooms are extremely overpriced. There is no hot tub on the premises and the view is, well, non existent, even after UPGRADING to a room with a "view". The restroom vent fan was broken and so was the shower sprayer and coffee maker. The blankets on the pullout bed had a noticeable stained spot. The concierge waved my "upgrade" fee but said they could do nothing about my room since I paid in advance. This is absolute nonsense and I will never be staying here again. I can't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone as there are much more reasonably priced hotels in the area with plenty more amenities.
They also charged my card $50 as soon as a checked in and didn't mention anything about it. The charge is still pending so we will see if that gets refunded or if that's just an additional tax they don't tell you about. I came here for the experience, and left with regret.
Went for 3 nights (8/15-8/18/2014) with my husband and 3 kids. It was my son's birthday so they went to a Red Sox game. I dropped them off at Fenway & they took a Cab back to the hotel ($15). Since we have a 2 year old, my daughter and I ordered room service the 1st night after we dropped the boys off at the field. Food was great and I think the prices were very competitive. I don't think the restaurant would have been that much cheaper and so we ended up ordering room service for the bulk of our stay. Everything we has was great (cobb salad, chicken fingers, ham croquettes, breakfasts, burgers). The staff is amazingly helpful and courteous. Any request was taken care of almost immediately (extra coffee, blankets, towels, etc). I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and hopefully the level of service continues to stay where it currently is. The view was beautiful and we will make it a point to stay here whenever in Boston. It is about a 15 minute walk to Faneuil Hall and a maybe 5 minute walk to James Hook Lobster Co (delicious!). It was about a 10 minute walk to Papagayo (amazing margarita snowcones!).
Overall excellent stay. One odd complaint, but in the morning housekeeping came into the room. I had to politely tell them the room was still occupied.
I made a reservation there for 1 night for my boyfriends birthday. We had arrived a little early (around 230 check in was at 3). I went to the front desk and asked if we could be checked in early and the young lady said the room wasn't ready yet, which was fine, we were early. About a half hour later, around 3 she came over and gave both of us complimentary breakfast cards and apologized for the wait even though we were the ones early. The hotel is very clean and very beautiful. The bed was the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Over all the hotel was great. Great customer service. I will for sure be coming back and would recomind this hotel to anyone
I was here for PAX East. The event was crazy. The staff was great and the place was clean. There was many police outside to help people get across the street.
Attended for a formal event in one of the ballrooms. Room was spacious and the dinner provided was good, but not great. Staff was pretty gracious with behavior until event closing time, when we were pretty much kicked out.
Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Nice and friendly staff, the rooms and views are beautiful, great experience! I don't know the price because it was paid for me, but it's great otherwise!
Plenty of amenities to choose from. Gorgeous rooms.. and I mean emacculate. Prime location between both the Convention Center and World Trade center. Convenient access to the "T" and Harbor Cruises.
Only met some colleagues here so I didn't get to interact too much with the hotel, but it's a beautiful property with what appeared to be nice accommodations and friendly service.
Great view, nice and quiet rooms. Especially liked the in-house breakfast (Aura restaurant) with a 'hive' laid out that you can scoop honey out of. The room service menu was very expensive, but that is to be expected at these hotels.
I recommend this hotel with no hesitation. We got warm welcome and quick check-in. The room service is punctual and professional. Everything is cleaned up daily. They even brought us a microwave immediately after we ask for it. The view of our room on 16th floor is also fantastic.
Attended one of the microbrew invitational events at the Boston WTC, had a great time. Space was wide and well organized, with plenty of bathrooms (even for a bunch of folks who exclusively were there to drink) and easily navigated entrances and exits (important, for the above reasons.) Staff were friendly and attentive, brewers seemed happy to be there and well supported. Would go again.
Very loud for a hotel... It was difficult to sleep. Housekeeping allowed the doors to slam while they were cleaning the rooms ( started at about 7am each day). Friendly staff and the rooms were clean. Wouldn't recommend for light sleepers.
The flower show was a complete waste of money, time and space. It was great diasappointment and should be the last one if it continues to be like this. What a sham. We paid to go shopping is basically what this was all about. Mostly everything was unrelated to gardening and flowers. Horrible
Clean spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed on floor 7. Parking was reasonable. Starbucks in the hotel was nice. Location was nice and a few good restaurants near by.
