Great hotel if going to the Boston convention center. Both the front desk and room service is very good and attentive. Price is slightly higher than other similar hotels since they have a no tipping policy.

I had an awesome time here at The Elderly Commission 28th Annual First Night Celebration. My grandson Jaidyn volunteered for the First Night Celebration. I also came here with my grandson for Christmas In The City. I love coming here!

A wonderful place to have the Leaky Con. (Harry Potter convention). It accommodated all the events that were happening. It was located on the waterfront, so nice to walk around and check the area out.

Beautiful hotel. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful in everyway. The rooms are beautiful, tho my favorite part is the bathrooms and the shower! The only problem is the complete lack of a front or back parking area, whoch makes needing valet a must.

Friendly, helpful staff. Especially the guy at the gym who spoke to me more than any other person in the entire city. Also very professional and clean, which is always a must when you're away from home.

We were there for a Gala event. The room was large and beautifully set up. Lighting and sound was great. The food selection was delicious as well. I enjoyed the salad, chicken entree, and chocolate Oreo cheesecake dessert. I'd eat there again for sure. All of the servers were very friendly. The restrooms are very clean and classy as well.

Stayed over last weekend. Nice location and premises. Most staff was decent with a major exception: We arrived into the room and was confronted by a strong Clorox (or another chemical) odor - it was suffocating to the point I had started getting migraine. It was burning my nostrils and tearing my eyes. My boyfriend (a farmer who is used to all kinds of odors) could not stay in the room neither. I phoned front desk to address the issue. Took me 15 minutes to get my point across that it was not acceptable. The front desk lady refused to give us another room or refund so we could go to another hotel claiming the chemical order is normal and if we wanted a room without chemical order we should have paid extra to get a pure room. It was anniversary get away from NYC, booked by my boyfriend - I had no idea there are options of pure room or not. Regardless, it was not the smell that you just clean a toilet bowl with Clorox bleach. It was penetrating odor of a standing pool of Clorox that was not going anywhere. She went on debating that the room has just been cleaned and it will air out smh and there is not other option. I would gladly air it out for them if we could open windows (dead shut) and doors. At that point I was so upset I wanted to go home. I insisted speaking to the manager even though the front desk claimed she was busy and would have the same answer. They did move us eventually to a room with double beds - had to sleep apart. No apologies neither from front desk not the manager. Anniversary trip was marred by the attitude of the front desk and complete disregard of the clients.
