Seaport Boston Hotel & World Trade Center Review

Large function area. Seems like a decent spot for a conference. Staff were friendly and helpful. Layout is very confusing. Overall decent but a bit soulless.

An astounding venue for events and great staff at the restaurant.

Stopped at the seaport hotel as part of the CFA exams next door. Real handy being just across the street from the exam. Clean, got a good night sleep before the test Saturday. Price reasonable for being down in the center of the seaport.

Met Nancy Coan to plan my company Holiday Party at the Seaport Commonwealth Ballroom. Had an absolutely magical lunch. Experience was excellent from my arrival at the valet parking to my departure. Second year working with the Seaport and am still impressed.

Renovations are a bit of a bummer, but the amenities are nice and location is great.

Super modern hotel. Free internet access, apps on the TV, mirror with tv in the bathroom. Great workout facility.

Double beds only in entire hotel. Did not appreciate 18% gratuity attached to all food and drink. If you only have one drink it's 18%. $37 for overnight parking and i got charged $40. $47 for valet parking.

Amazing hotel. Staff are very attentive. Valet are superior to most hotels, and remembered me despite staying only 2 nights.

Dunkin Donuts and 7/11 are just across the street.

I loved the pillow library, and offer for additional mattress pillowtop. No sign in on the wifi and instructions for the remote (even though I dont use the tv,) I think this make the hotel a great place for in laws, elderly, or non tech people.

The elevator is quick, and always open and waiting in the lobby. Views are great on both sides of the hotel.

Beautiful accommodations. Perfect location for events at the blue hills pavilion. A lot of restaurants within walking distance to chose from.

The rooms are excellent. The location is fantastic. The overall experience has been great.

Loved this hotel. From time of check in to check out, superb service. Housekeeping staff did a great job. Food Service was excellent as was the front desk clerks. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Boston.

Very clean room, with complimentary water bottles. They have dawn pillows in the bed, but I requested to have foam pillows and they brought them righ up! I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend this hotel.

Roo.s are modern with many quality of life improvements over standard hotel rooms

Nice hotel. Parking is expensive and it's easy to get lost. Staff is nice enough.

I was at the hotel briefly for an event, but it was easy to find and the space was great.

Amazing hotel, especially for the price! Room was very nice and upscale, along with the rest of the hotel. Our stay was perfect and the hotel is in an amazing location near really good restaurants! Would highly recommend the Seaport Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Boston!

Awesome hotel. Big and spacious. The room I've stayed in are very business oriented! Lots of desk space and room to spread out. I'd recommend this for any business trip.

Attended the Seaport Hotel / WTC for a benifit dinner for veterans. Event and food were excellent thought I believe they were provided by the benefits committee. Though the location and parking were easy to use in Boston.

First, I would certainly stay here again! The room was comfortable. The desk staff had fantastic service and attitude. Cleaning was impeccable. This facility pays attention to security subtly, but certainly has it in mind. I did not make use of the amenities, but hope to my next time around.

Bar was good. The checkin experience for my friends was miserable. Pretty sure tip is automatically added to everything, also.

Rooms are clean, service great, walking distance to convention center is convenient.

This hotel is stunning! The staff is too notch from the time you walk in.

Perfectly situated for both the city and water taxi to the airport. A very comfortable stay and a great base to enjoy the last two days of our holiday in the USA. We would definitely return.

Love staying at the seaport. I've been able to stay at this hotel for my annual trip up for PAX East. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great too as it's just a short walk to the BCEC. Looking forward to more stays in the future!

We have a monthly lunch in the Tamo Lounge and the staff takes great care of us. Food is always different, seasonal, and imaginative.

Huge place to hangout.. can handle ~ 5000 people. Don't know about food as I didn't have any from the hotel.

I went to do some night photography and the place is great for it. I've never done anything else except shoot there.

Location is great, easy access by public transit via the silver line. Lots of great bars and restaurants to pick from nearby.

Excellent service. Very clean. Everything is handled very room. We brought our little one and requested a higher room with a great view. They were very accommodating

Stayed as family of 4 in exec suite. Initially thought room was too small, but actually suited us well and had everything we needed. Nice hotel touches like the fruit bowl and drinks station in the fitness area, children got to pick a toy at check in and complementary bottled water daily in your room. Pool area is nice and changing rooms are huge and well set up. Staff really helpful with anything we needed. Good housekeeping service. In total, no complaints and very comfortable stay.

Went to an event there this weekend. Staff was very friendly, facilities were clean and breakfast at the hotel was delicious.

Great experience at the ski and snow expo. Tons of vendors for beer, mountains, and ski/snowboard equipment.

Hotel is nice. The smart TV in the room is buggy and randomly came.on during the night.

Loved the room, service, and view. Bathrooms and beds are clean. Had an amazing view of the seaport and Logan. Watched the planes land and take off for a bit after a great night out on the town. Tons of great places nearby. You can even use your parking pass until midnight after checkout in case you still have some things you'd like to do before departing. Would definitely consider booking again. I must also agree with a few of you... noon checkout rocks!

Really nice hotel. Gym was good. Quite light and modern feel to it. Now on my list of good hotels in Boston.
