Very close to the airport. Smart hotel room where you can cast your own device to the tv. Also have YouTube built in. The remote control is a pointer mouse with which you can navigate. Walking distance to the harbor and those fantastic seafood restaurants. Hotel interior is very nice and elegant with displays from Qing Dynasty emperor uniform to vessel models. Subway and bus terminal right across the street, easy transit to/from airport and downtown.

Single night staycation and we were treated like we had booked the penthouse for a year. Perfect service from ground floor up, convenient location, and luxury at a completely reasonable price. The only hotel to consider in this area.

I've only been inside the lobby to escape the rain and when I went to the 5000 jack-o-lanterns exhibit. Staff was friendly and helpful. The building was clean and well kept. Lovely experience.

They have thought of everything before you have, so you don't need to worry. Everything was clean, high standard and pleasant. Only issue I had was finding how to call room service. It wasn't clear on the room menu.

The location is what brought me here, but the concierge Danny helped me arrange thru email a car to be delivered for our second part of our trip. In fact any questions I had he took care of before we arrived. The room and beds are outstanding. The drinks in the bar a bit pricey. The bakery goods great. Great place to stay.

Loved everything about it besides a run in with a staff member I had: I was just about to enter in the main part of the event I was attending and decided to stop in the bathroom. As I was going in one of your staff members was coming out. He stops in the doorway, blocking it, and pointed behind me telling me the women's room is that way. I am very obviously male: I have scruff, adams apple, low voice, etc- Now I can understand that maybe some people can't tell sex/gender or whatnot. But regardless, when you are corrected you do not continue to block the doorway and check them out.

We are in Boston. Stop policing bathrooms, people know where they are peeing.

A shame this run in ruined my wonderful day.

Only parked in the garage for an event at the WTC. I parked in what I thought would be a good spot for my smaller car but then once the garage filled up I had to do a 6-7 point turn to get out of there. Not fun. Also crazy expensive!

This location is a little difficult to get to for most people in-town, but it's a nice venue with a good amount of space. The food there does include some vegan options, though don't expect anything fancy. That said, the whole building is essentially a big rectangle with chain hotel style accouterments, and not a changing table to be found (I heard there was one in a women's restroom, which is almost worse in that it's gender biased). It's certainly a large enough venue that it SHOULD have amenities geared toward conventions that include the parents of young children. There also wasn't an obvious garbage can except in the bathrooms and directly in front of the food court.

It's a new space that offers a great location but their services (not service) are pretty subpar. Coffee wasn't great, the location is hard to figure out for navigation, but it is convenient to get to.

Exceptional location, convenient to so much going on in one of the best parts of Boston. Easy walking distance to lots of great places to eat. If you are there for a conference, you cant beat the easy of access to the convention center. Would stay here again anytime I am in the area. Rooms were super clean, service here was spot on and the people were very helpful.

Stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend. We loved every minute of it! Every single last staff member was genuinely happy and generous w their service. They were so helpful and like I said, genuinely friendly and giving. We enjoyed talking to all of them.

The room was beautiful layed out, immaculate, brand new and attractive, w a stunning view.

The food:

The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. We ate out as well but didn't find food as good as in the hotel.

The breakfast service was top notch, fresh, and delicious. We opted for the buffet, eggs, egg white frittata, French toast, pancakes, grilled veggies/ benny, bacon/sausage/ cheeses, pastries. Excellent.

The facilities are top notch as well. The gym is all you ever need, and more machines you'll find anywhere w a gym membership. They have a decent pool too.

The clincher was the professional service. There was one guest next door who had too much to drink and was making some noise. The management took care of it discreetly and quickly.

I will always come back here

Phenomenal service, great staff and concierge was top notch and the whole system just worked well. Rooms are nice with smart controls and access to World Trade and subway system added to convenience. Ask for Danny he worked magic for us.

I attended and presented at a few workshop sessions for the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) Conference in this hotel in April of 2014. It is located within walking distance of the Boston Convention & Exhibit Center. The hotel felt a bit airy at times, as it was difficult to find staff on the upper lobby and mezzanine levels where the conference rooms were. I thought there would have been more going on there for it to be branded "world trade center". I probably would not stay at this hotel when visiting Boston again.

It is a very nice space. My only complaint and it is mostly personal, is I am alergic to down. Most places don't use down anymore because it is not animal friendly. But the staff is friendly and accommodate you. Strange covid rules like they can't hold your luggage for you.

Went for the Boston Globe Travel Show. They did not have much for signage to note where the show was from where we were (took tHD T to Wold Trade Center stop). We ended up walking to the Boston Convention Center where the security guard at the reception booth gave us directions and noted that they get people destined for the Seaport World Trade Center all the time. We turned around and walked the appropriate two blocks, and did have a great time and they had good facilities.
