The event space at this hotel is great, there's plenty of space for vendors and visitors, and it's not too hard to get around. The food at the venue is even fairly good, which is better than most convention spaces can say.

While attending a 2 day Harvard Medical School course @ Seaport Hotel & World Trade center I had the opportunity to explore this amazing building. They did it right! Auditorium was well lite and comfortable in both seating and AC temp.

Rip Off - Not Family Friendly

Rip Off - Not Family Friendly

For almost $600 per night we felt like we got ripped off. The hotel is not really family friendly as advertised. The pool is not heated as advertised and is one of the big reasons I choose this hotel was for the indoor pool. It was much too cold to keep a toddler in for any length of time. This spoiled a big part of our experience. The restaurants don't have children friendly menus. Tipping was forced at 18% so the servers had no reason to provide service above and beyond which may explain why we weren t given children s menus. The cafe one morning served us 3 burned breakfast sandwiches with cold middles. Our room, the so called "suite" was tiny. The only really positive thing I can say is the staff of the hotel was very friendly. This however was NOT the high-end experience I paid for. Before writing this review, I did give the hotels General Manager James Carmody a chance to make things right. He emailed me back saying he would have to research this and get back to me. Of course, he NEVER did get back to me. In the end we really did feel like we got cheated. If you are traveling with a family I would recommend you find someplace else.

One of the more affordable hotels in the Seaport. Staff were very nice and hotel was always clean and put together. The Bar made good drinks and the food was good as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room itself was just the right size.

Great location for multiple restaurants and a weekend stay but lacking any upkeep. Rooms not in use for months covered in dust and bathrooms that were not as advertised. Tv had to keep being unplugged and updated and yellow water in shower tubs made bathing time intensive

Such a nice hotel! Staff was very nice and able to check me in early. Concierge ordered tickets for us for the whale sight seeing cruise and suggested other fun things to do in the city. The room was spotless and the amenities were great. I had a great stay!

Seriously one of the best hotel experiences! Hotel is lovely, very modern but what makes it stand out above and beyond any other was the staff. There is no tipping, it is all included BUT the staff are the most friendly and helpful that we've ever experienced. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel is very comfortable with very good amenities (an indoor pool and a gym with luggage for cardio and musculature). Very close to public transport and accessible from the airport.

Our stay was wonderful. Staff were very accommodating. They had safe covid protocols in place. So we felt very safe during our stay as well. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Parking was easy and affordable.

The hotel rooms feel very modern. When I checked in, I was given a "pure" room. There was an air purifier in the room and there was no odor at all. Everything in the room was very clean as well. It has a boutique feel to it. If you don't like their pillows they have a bunch of different type of pillows you can request. The room was nicely furnished and had complimentary water in the fridge. I also felt it was a great size, especially for the city. It was very nice, I would stay there again.

The Seaport Hotel is a beautiful wedding venue! We photographed Lauren & Dave's wedding last year and it was such a gorgeous location.
Not only is there a beautiful view surrounding the hotel, inside the ballroom is also gorgeous, full of natural light, and has stunning view.

This hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the rooms to the cute little cafe! I was in town for a video game convention and they seemed to not react to a whole bunch of people who were not their normal clientele roaming around and asking questions. It was a very short walk to the convention center which was really nice. Parking was a very reasonable rate, which is hard to find in Boston. Also, it is right across the street from a 7-11 if you need anything that you forgot. If you stay here, you are in walking distance of many delicious restaurants. I told the person who usually books hotels for my group that he needs to try to get this hotel again next year. The bed was really comfy, the shower was large and had dispensers on the wall for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and they even provided 2 free bottles of water. I have no complaints at all about my stay.

Service inclusive and has many amenities available. Modernized rooms and keys along with free Wi-Fi throughout the area. Rooms are clean and bathroom is pretty nice (both normal showerhead and a detachable hand spout, plenty of shampoo and conditioner, towels for four stocked each night). I stayed for business but I would happily stay here if I visit Boston again. Within walking distance to downtown and across the street from the Silver Line (free from the airport)!

Beautiful hotel! The bed was probably the lost comfortable I have slept in. The room was very spacious. Since there is a doorbell for each room, the do not disturb button is next to the bed. Room service was fast and the food taste great.

One of Boston's best points of interest. Right by the ocean and the port makes for a beautiful walk in warmer days. In the heart of Boston and near many great restaurants and hotels (luxurious). There is always some kind of even happening so make sure to visit their website for updates.
