#blackduck2017 great conference, great food, ice cream bar at 3PM was crazy delicious

Attended Boston Home & Garden Show... Polite Staff not very patient... Always expecting the worst. Great space and location though.

Convention Center is in a great location with easy access from downtown. Parking is expensive in the area, but understandable for Boston. Plenty of exhibitor space. Only one Cafe option for food.

Solid hotel experience. They do a lot of cool sustainability stuff (like having recycling in the rooms and implementing biophilia in their design.) You can also watch Netflix and other movie services in the room if you have your own account. They have a really nice gym and a lap swimming pool. It's conveniently located across the bridge from the convention center. It's give more stars, but the room service menu was outdated (so they didn't have what we wanted to order) and it wasn't vegetarian friendly. The wine was good!! Also, the food at the cafe downstairs was a bit unhealthy. For such a cool hotel, I think they could definitely up their game on healthy food selection.

Clean hotel, nicely appointed rooms have all the comforts needed for a night or a week in Boston.

Excellent all the way around. Further from downtown area then a lot of hotels, but is very conveniently located next to the World Trade Center subway station. A quick 5-minute ride and you're downtown. Also, the whole Seaport district is being built up and over the next couple years will be completely transformed. Definitely worth checking out!

Attended the BioIT World Expo. The event center was well maintained and worked great for a large Conference/Expo.

Lovely hotel! Came here for drinks. For guests, they have a toy chest that young ones can choose a gift from. Very clean bathrooms and nice staff. Would recommend for a drink or food.

Beautiful place! Was here for an event and although we didn't book a room the ballroom was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to do anything in Boston

What a wonderful experience my friends and I had at the Seaport Hotel last week. The hotel staff is amazing. Everyone was so pleasant, kind and friendly. Always a smiling face and great attitude from the front desk folks, to the restaurant Tamo, to valet!! The hotel is lovely. Our rooms were great, they were spotless and what a view!!

Fantastic hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed at!

Went to a wedding there on New Year's Eve. Very classy. A lot of fun. Great views. We also had a really nice room. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but very tasty at the same time.

In town for a conference. Breakfast provided by the hotel was very good, coffee throughout the conference was always fresh and hot. Hotel staff was very attentive.

Facility was nice, but feels like it is a few years overdue for a renovation. Food that was provided was odd; cold selection of beef, steak, and salmon. Seats in amphitheater were "cozy". Bathrooms were scarce.

A decent hotel. I liked the kitchen and free bikes. That said, it was $375 per night! I would not have stayed here if work wasn't footing the bill. Breakfast was bland.

I attended the 2017 Boston Travel Show hosted at the world trade center. The venue was properly heated on a cold winter night and was very comfortable without being stuffy. All staff were a pleasure and helpful when asked questions.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were professional and helpful. I appreciate the focus on keeping the hotel energy efficient, would recommend.

My wife and I were in for one night for the marathon. Although I would not recommend the restaurant inside the hotel (food was ok and service was not so good), the hotel staff was outstanding. The young lady at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful always with a smile. The valet service gentlemen were above par as well, which made our stay great! I would stay here again in a second!!
We stayed in a king room and it was very well maintained.

The staff were friendly. The view from my room was good. Amenities were acceptable. Kinda musty, humid smell in the hallways probably because of Florida weather. I would go back.

Attended a conference and gala dinner. Perfectly organized, delicious food. Spacious cocktail and dinner area separately organized. I really appreciated the venue and how greatly it was organized.

super helpful with directions and information plus the hotel is excellent in both looks and facality. Bostonions are so friendly stopping to give directions whenever we were lost going to a location. love this city.7

Wonderfully accommodating staff. The room was spotless, the linens were clean, very comfortable bed. The rooms usually have a small desk area which is great for catching up on work. The only thing the room was lacking was a mini fridge that could hold more than two water bottles and the wifi can be spotty.

Rooms were really dirty didn't do a good job cleaning them but wow the service was so good and the place was beautiful.

The location was great and the seaport world trade center was beautiful. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and all of the food was great.

It's a giant convention center...not much to say. It's a bit hard to get to via public transit if the weather isn't nice. The carpet is fine, building is nice, nothing dirty or broken.

We hosted a company event in the Plaza Ballroom. The space was neat and nicely set up, the food was good enough, and the staff was courteous.

Awesome view of the waterfront! The showers in the rooms are incredible as well. Not a fan of the $4 small bottle of water you need to pay for.

They have an eclectic menu and exceptional service for a hotel restaurant. We had a leisurely lunch after getting off the ptown ferry. It's a good place to chill. The decor is simple and light colored.

Great hotel in every way, would stay here again. Great view of the Boston harbor.
