Stayed here recently for a company event and had a great stay.
It's a more traditional homey decor, but done really well so you don't feel like you're at grandpas house, but at the same time it has high tech features like touch button light and do not disturb switches.

There's even a phone next to the toilet in case you run out of toilet paper.

The did pretty good on the vegan options, had vegan eggs one morning.

Also if you're looking for food, checkout By Chloe near by.

Great hotel. I believe Fidelity Financial owns this hotel. Best place to stay. Has a no tipping policy, has free WiFi, has not resort fee. This is how a hotel should be. Within sight of the Boston convention center, great restaurants across the street. GREAT AREA. Wish Fidelity owned more hotels. Very well run. Stayed for a big NTI convention May 20 to May24.

The rooms are reasonably sized and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

I went to dinner at the restaurant in the lobby for the first time, and the food was really good. There's also a 7-11 across the street for something quicker and cheaper.

Room was nice. Was suppose to have a 3 pm check in. They said it was not ready and should only be 10 minutes. I waited 40 and went back to the desk, still not ready. After an hour and twenty minutes sitting in the lobby I got a call. Booked a king bed, got two fulls. It was all they had available despite having booked it. They advertise free WiFi, but in the fine print it says only in the lobby. Nineteen dollars a day if you want it in your room. It was clean and beds were comfortable, I slept in both. For the price though i would only rate it ok.

My wife and I attended Tamo for dinner while out in Boston. We were pleasantly surprised by the unique menu they had. We sat in the lounge area of the reataraunt, which was very comfortable and cozy, providing a fire place and comfortable seating.

Our first visit to Boston and our decision to stay...

Our first visit to Boston and our decision to stay at the Seaport Hotel was the best part of it.

Our check in was quick with an efficient staff that was pleasant and knowledgeable. The room was clean and well appointed. The room safe is large enough to hold our laptops and features a light so you can easily see your items. The room thermostat was easy to control and kept a/c running at a comfortable temperature. The light switch when you walk into the room turns on all the lights which was very helpful. Instead of a 'DO NOT Disturb" sign for our door, the hallway is illuminated with a doorbell that when privacy is wanted, press that button and the doorbell light in the hallway turns red so your not disturbed. Push the privacy button again, it lights up white and your room will be cleaned . It's a brilliant idea and I loved not having to put the tacky do not disturb sign on the door knob. The bathroom has plenty of counter space, great water pressure in the shower and very clean. The room offers lots of plugs for us to charge our phones and laptops. Each nightstand has a plug so you can keep your phone charging near the bed and close at hand.

I needed to print our boarding passes and I called down to the front desk and spoke to Ellis. He was kind enough to let me email him our boarding passes, he printed them out and then Robert brought them to our room. Our privacy light was on and Robert wouldn't knock on the door until Ellis called our room and asked us to open the door. It's against hotel policy to knock or disturb a guest when the privacy light is illuminated in the hallway. Very considerate and extremely professional!

The only reason I gave this a 4 star review was due to food service. We ordered a burger and a bowl of clam chowder on Saturday night from room service. It took a while to get the food and when we it did arrive it was cold. We were going to send it back but we were hungry and didn't want to wait another hour or so for the next order so we just sucked it up and ate it cold.

Other than that, the hotel staff has been fantastic and service excellent . I would definitely recommend the Seaport Hotel to anyone visiting Boston.

We had a great stay at the seaport hotel this weekend. Telma was the staff member who checked us in and she was great, super friendly and welcoming. Many food options within walking distance and the bar downstairs is surprising not too expensive. Definitely worth the price to stay here. Beds were comfortable, spacious room, plenty of amenities. 5 stars for the seaport hotel.

an affordable 4 star hotel (thanks Hotwire). Very professional welcome, spacious room, well equipped, but not like a room worthy of a 4 stars. ideally located to reach the airport, bus line very near (silver line). We reached the southern quarter on foot, to have a breakfast and then took the metro to reach the city center. We walked back to the waterfront.

The only hotel I ve been to where they don t clean your room during the day (which would have been nice given someone s used washcloth was still on the top of the shower curtain) and you re reason for being given the handicap room is you re the last one to check in . Yeah well, I reserved a King. Not a handicap, and over 6 months in advance. Maybe the last room should have gone to the person who reserved last, as showering with a curtain that doesn t close so you shave in the cold stinks....just saying.

This is a great hotel. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. My kids got to visit the treasure box, they offer a scavenger hunt for the kids too. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure and temperature were great. Concierge was very helpful too.

This is a pretty darn nice conference center! The rooms were good for presentations, and it was a comfortable place to navigate. Food provided by the conference center was good, but the coffee was terrible. I love how easy it is to get here without driving or working about where to park.

Really nice setting with responsive staff. The rooms were nice and spacious and met the needs of our conference. There were some problems with the av, but that may have been user error. The room temperature switched between comfortable and very cold quickly and often. Overall, though, the experience was great. The location is also great!

I was at the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center for a convention. The accommodations were great, and there was a stunning view of the harbor. The food was alright, but there's plenty of choices for restaurants nearby
