Great place to stay. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is ok it you don't mind a little walking. We visited during a snow storm and we're very comfortable with restaurants and places nearby. Had an excellent breakfast downstairs, best caramel banana belgian waffles.

Great hotel. No complaints. Thin walls, but can't really fault the hotel for this. Lots of amenities, and tips are all inclusive. Though I'm not the biggest fan of mandatory 18% (doesn't reinforce good service) service charge, it was convenient in not having to calculate the tips.

Although our company booked an event @ Teh Seaport & @ the World Trade Center, I did not experience the Seaport Hotel. The World Trade Center facilities were very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. The ballroom/dining hall was large enough for our group, and the staff was attentive and professional. The auditorium was spacious, comfortable, and had good AV equipment.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable with lots of nice amenities including a fitness center. Its very close to the Rockland Trust Pavilion so it's a great place to stay if you're in the city for a concert.
It's also within walking distance of many great restaurants and very affordable, especially compared to other hotels in the Boston area.

I attended the World of Wheels and the facility was clean and well laid out. The only issue was that the wait for the men's room was about 5 minutes. I can only imagine how long it was for the women's restroom.

I enjoyed a brief stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, and the rooms are fresh and clean. The food and service in the bar were fast a friendly as well. The menu was very nice. The staff arranged for a Town Car to take me to my meeting and everything worked as promised.

Loved this hotel. Staff is super friendly. Rooms were modern. Internet was decent for a hotel (didn't need any coupon codes or any of that crud) Beds are comfortable and pillows are great. Best hotel I've stayed at in Boston thus far.

We went for comic Con on a very hot day. The air conditioning was inadequate and the event was poorly planned. I've been to other events here that were much better ( PAX East, Microsoft ). They were not summertime events so the AC was not an issue.

The hotel is fantastic. Near water taxis, underground subway system, trolly bus system and easy access to uber and Lyft. Roughly 10 minutes from the airport. Rooms were comfortable and room service was terrific. Access to other restaurants on the Seaport street were nice. When we were there a nice gentleman at the front desk by the name of Aaron gave us an umbrella to walk with when it was about to rain. Very nice guy and a helpful concierge as well in the front. I highly recommend this place to all tourists traveling to the Boston area.

Extremely clean room. All staff we had contact with was pleasant without being fake. I love the fact there is a big effort to be green. The hotel provides shampoo and conditioner that is in a dispenser that can be refilled, as well as hand soap. Pool was clean and pleasant with nice music

The kissing star is because of overpriced in-room dining breakfast. $17 for one lemon danish + a glass of OJ and 2 x teabags, I would rather go downstairs to have the buffet for $23. Great in room entertainment system.

The hotel is conveniently located to many of Boston's attractions and waterfront. The rooms are well kept and clean. Ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and the buffet had a wide selection.

Nice convention center.

Nice convention center.
Area is not the easiest to get to via public transportation, but there is a parking lot across the street.

Very clean and Covid attentive. View was not special but we were on the 7th floor. Checkout at 12 but they offer an extra hour at no charge. If you are parking, try to park nearest the "G" row elevator because its the only one operational due to covid guidelines.

Higher end, but these guys have thought of everything and special requests for for sleeping comfortably are welcomed and anticipated. Only complaint was some burned toast with room service but when I called and asked for a new piece, they were kind, apologetic quick to make it right. Gratuities are considered inclusive so no need for tipping everyone individually. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Also, excellent location!

Nice hotel, quite expensive, but this is Boston. Walking distance to downtown, close to airport. Room was clean and well maintained. And there was an access to the gym open 24/7. Definitely recommended.
