Top hotel. Our room was on the 16th floor with a view of the harbor. It was shockingly quiet in the room, which is not always the case in hotels. Free WiFi throughout the hotel.
Very hard-working and courteous staff.

I stayed at this hotel with my sister on a recent trip to Boston and absolutely loved it. It provided an opportunity to walk and learn the waterfront without navigating downtown traffic, parking, and other travel challenges of a big city. It's pleasantly "around the corner" from the hustle and bustle of the North End, Fanueil Hall, and the cruises. I would definitely stay here again.

Price to performance here, this place isn't great.

It's not super quite, or comfortable. It's average at both. The hotel staff is super pleasent.

What you seem to get for the price is few to no children running around.

It's also right next to one of the convention centers in town, easy walk.

I have been to dozens of hotels and can honestly say I have never been treated better than I have been here. The friendliness of the valet, desk personnel, bartenders and all we came in contact with including,Joanna in the dining room this morning who could not have been more helpful and friendly. You might say, it is because they are working for tips, nope...tips are included in your total. First time I have experienced a valet or bellman refusing to take a cash tip. The rooms have all the up to date technology one would want, smart tv,free wifi, charging stations and much more. This hotel has now become my go to place to stay in Boston. One of the attractions, right on the waterfront.

Seaport Boston has always been my place to stay when attending the Boston Globe Travel Show. Across the street from the WTC, comfy rooms, nice decor, great service. Highly reccommended

Everything is good except for the sound insulation, can hear door closing /opening, people talking ... it is really disturbing especially in the early A.M..

Convention season house rate up to 300dollars per night.

Came to attend a talk for a professional meeting. About a 5 min walk from the convention center. The rooms were very nice and the customer reps were kind in providing directions. Enjoyed the meeting in the hotel

The Seaport Hotel was a beautiful experience for my friend and I. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful room that faced the water. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the staff was cheery and helpful, and the New Years Celebrations were great.

It was a work event so we didn't stay in the rooms, but the satff was very polite and knowledgeable about the surroundung area. We got great recommendations for food and drinks after the event!

The hotel is spotless and rooms are clean. If you re not high class, don t stay here. Came from Pittsburgh and got the side eye every time I walked into the lobby. Also the stay would have been 5 stars if it wasn t for the $350 SECURITY deposit. It s been a month since my stay and still haven t received my money back. I left the room in the same shape as when I arrived. When i call to talk to somebody they make it super confusing and never make it clear where my money went?

This place is 3 stars at best. The rooms were okay. They definitely need to update their decor. They had fake drawers on their furniture so we didnt realize we had access to a fridge the entire time. They didnt have a smart tv and they had disabled the ability to plug in a computer to the tv. There were tons of children running around. It just didnt feel like a 4 or 5 star hotel. The only nice thing was the gym and even the gym was a fitness center for the entire blocks employees. It was just odd. Also, there is about 1/2 an inch to an inch gap at the bottom of the doors to the rooms....so we got to enjoy hearing our neighbors bang all evening. Not a fan of this hotel certainly not a 4 star hotel-3 stars at best.
