Best pillows ever! A little pricey for the size of the room. Great location, and nice staff. Would stay again depending on the discount.

Amazing Venue and Hotel. Second year in a row we have worked the N.E Home Show and stayed at the Hotel. Awesome experience.

Modern hotel with nice convention space in the heart of Boston's Seaport district. Ample onsite parking at reasonable (for Boston) fees. Connected via an outdoor bridge to the convention center allowing for great access and walkability.

Venue is very large and spacious. It's great for large events!

TV was broken, bathroom light was broken, room service food is disgusting, room service staff are liars, no restaurants in area, 7-11 was best place for food.

The Spirit of Boston cruise turned out great! An hour into the lunch cruise, the ship lost all power. All was not lost. The captain and his crew were wonderful!!!!!

This is a business hotel. Everything is high quality and functional, but it's devoid of a lot of character. This location is directly across from the convention center and is in the financial/seaport district, so it's a little boring if you aren't there for an event. It's out of the way from the main Boston tourist attractions.

Two main things I didn't love: I paid specifically to use the pool (an amenity that matters to me!) And it was under renovation, so they advised I could use a different hotel pool, which is 2 blocks away. Not super convenient. Additionally, they are doing elevator upgrades and I had to wait over 10 minutes to have one show up in my floor. . . Or if 4 different elevators.

I web to the World of Wheels. The people in the Hotel were very nice.

The room was top notch. We had food and drinks in the restaurant and everything was great.

Stayed here with my family and had a great time, the restaurant is really nice and the staff are very welcoming, the kids even got free toys when we stayed.

Loved our stay! Samantha at check-in is the best! Big smile. Warm and welcoming. As was everyone we met. Our view if the harbor was beautiful. Beds and pillows really comfy. Trying to find out what pillows they use and can I buy some! Rooms quiet too.

Smart of them to offer umbrellas for the guests. In room. Or at the door. NE weather is unpredictable but the staff at the Seacrest are ready for anything!

Loved my stay here! The staff are great and really helpful. The rooms are clean and modern - they even have button operated lights in the room and a button operated privacy setting. Also, for any guests with long hair, you'll be happy to know that the hair dryer is actually good and will dry your hair - a novel concept for hotels :P The location is really fantastic as well, especially if you're attending a conference at the convention center. It's just a short walk across the bridge. Really convenient. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Parking was a little confusing but the actual hotel was nice and the food at the restaurants was very good.

Not the best venue for a conference. Catered meals were meh first day but pretty good second day. Speaker room size & quality varies too much.

Great service and staff, I attended for a community service event and they treated us very well.

I attended an alumni function here, it was a bit hard to find the proper location but the hotel itself was beautiful and the food was great!

Very convenient to the Silver Line. Was only there for the Taste of South Boston, so I didn't really explore the hotel.

I was hear for a beer fest. There was plenty of room. The place was nice and clean. And the staff was friendly

Love this hotel. Modern rooms, free wifi, and they even brought me a weighted blanket for free. The room was clean when I got there. They also have doorbells for each room. Being in a city that doesn't allow concealed carry means i was hesitant to even go on the trip, but the hotel elevator won't work without a room key. So security felt good. They also populated my name on everything.

Came for a conference. Big place, not close to the subway as I'd wanted to be.

Went for comic con 2016 and the seaport staff I interacted with were very helpful and knowledgeable with the building and local area.

The hotel was fantastic with all of our accommodations. Staff was very nice and the rooms were great. The only thing I disliked was the pool - it was very small.

Nice staff, very friendly, give quality advice and are easy to talk to. Good views from the rooms and a nice temperature, slightly small pool.

Staff at the front desk were all great and very accommodating, rooms were a little small but comfortable, fridge was a little small but fit all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Towels and linens were luxurious, shower could have used instructions though. Overall a great experience and a good value

The convention was put together well with reasonable amenities and ample space to navigate.

This is where you should have your convention, great behind the scenes staff will take care of You.

Friends stayed here and I visited. Place was nice and convenient to everything. Had issues with the elevator but other than that it was a great hotel.

Nice hotel with on site bar and restaurant. The hotel is a bit noisy (you can hear other guests closing doors pretty frequently).

I only went here for an event. But it is a nice looking hotel right in the middle of everything.

Perfect location to stay for events anywhere in the city but within walking distance from so much. Great food and service. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job the last few years when I ve stayed here.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were a disappointment, though - I was there for a conference, and was sent back and forth across the bridge THREE times because no one knew where my event was being held. Very frustrating.

Great location for the American Craft Brew Fest! Spacious enough to fit 5000 alcoholics! We're have a grand ol' time right now. =o)

Had a wonderful cruise but the parking cost is outrageous. Go for the 14$ parking down the street.

Excellent Hotel, non-tipping (takes some getting used to that all employees politely refuse a tip). Really nice large rooms. Excellent service. Competent and friendly concierge (got some Red Sox tickets on short notice). Pricey but worth it.
Very nice location, good walking into central Boston; nice seafood restaurant nearby. Would go again.

No vents in the bathroom. No microwaves to heat up food. Housekeeping threw out our food, or took it for themselves? The front desk didn't seem to care. They said they would let the housekeeping supervisor know and they'd be able to tell who cleaned our room, but didnt ask what room we were in, so it was clearly BS. "Dont you need to know what room we're in?" "Oh... yea..."
The front desk also gives out wrong information. I asked two different people for info, and both misinformed me. Also, just be aware that on Sundays, the SL1 doesn't begin until 615 am.
For over $200 a night, I expect MUCH MORE.

Everything about the hotel is great from people working up front and the room was amazing. It was very easy to find my way around and they gave me great instructions I rate this hotel 5 stars out of 5 .I would recommend this to anyone.

Rooms are clean and modern. Service is really good but the lo cation is not that great. It is far from almost everything
