Seaport Boston Hotel & World Trade Center Reviews

This is my third time staying at this hotel. Nice rooms, quick walk to the convention center, and very close to the silver line.

Nice hotel, great service. Close to Harpoon brewery and Trillium brewery. Only gave 4 stars because the room was a little too small. Overall I would recommend.

Really great hotel but front end staff could be more friendly

The exercise area was awesome and the pool was revitalizing housekeeping was great and the front desk was very kind

I didn't stay here but meet friends there. Lovely staff. I will be back to stay a weekend.. Based on the front desk alone.

This rating is based on the convention center, never have been to the hotel. It's a pretty good location with ample spacing. Been here for both Boston Comicon as well as Extreme Beer Festival. Only complaint I have is the mile and half walk around the building to form the "line" to enter events. Other than that no real issues with this venue. They have 2 bathrooms, one in the front and on in the back (More upstairs if they open it up for your event).

I went to an event held at the trade center and it was well run and organized.

Great time at the Boston Wine Expo. They tried to accommodate the cold temperatures by even letting us in early.

Friendly staff. Close to all Seaport and Southie restaurants and bars.

I was only working outside on its infrastructure.......

Service at the conference was poor, breakfast didn't come out until after the first session started

Very small rooms and they made some strange charges to my card I had to get fixed.

Venue is very nice, as well as the view outside. Watch out for ice climber mains though, they lurk in dark corners.

Nice weather yesterday ... The area has great restaurants. The spirit of Boston offers daily cruise. Boston is building many luxury office and condo there at the moment

I was here for BeerAdvocates extreme beerfest. It was a pretty well run event and the venue was sized appropriately for the number of guests in attendance.

This is a WONDERFUL hotel! TO .. EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL, ITS COLORFUL ROOMS, ITS BATHROOMS ARE LARGE, TREMENDA VIEW TO THE PORT, HUGE TV, it has a refrigerator !! Very important for me, because I like to buy food for him to eat while I watch TV, he has a safe, he practically does not lack anything! .. eye! The air conditioning does not make noise as in other hotels, which during the night wake us up every time it is turned on ..

Stayed in a Pure Room on a no-pet floor and was very comfortable. I'm very picky about hotels I stay at but I did like this one. Free bottled water daily, friendly staff, nice fireplace sitting area near lobby. The hotel gym was huge because it is a regular gym during the day, so for hotel users it may be crowded during the day. I went at night when it was closed to members but open to hotel guests and it was empty every time. Hotel is within walking distance of coffee and food. Also, I parked on the street instead of the parking garage because it was much cheaper. When taking a shower, be careful, the water often gets momentarily hotter when someone flushes the toilet or for some other unknown reason.

Pretty rude front desk. Wasn't very helpful. Really didn't know the area well. Hotel was clean and nice. Location was beautiful.

The seaport hotels is amazing. Its placed not far from the expo and a bunch of great night spots. The restaurant's has a bunch of delicious to choice. The interior of the hotel is outstanding. We will be looking to come back the next we are staying in boston.

Top notch hotel in a perfect seaport location. Lots to see and eat within walking distance. So many little extras at the hotel that they cheerfully provide you with.

We didn't stay there but hung out in the area and enjoyed the location.

Very well maintained and located at the heart of the seaport development. Not much happening in the hotel other than a restaurant on the ground floor. Above average priced.

Great stay. Great room. Great service. Parking is 35 a night but there is a lot less than a block away for only 16 bux.

Really great facility for a pre-conference day for Inbound17 with a bunch of HubSpot partners! Great snacks and service in a big and modern setting with some classy accoutrements at the world trade center.

The staff members are extremely polite and remember who you are. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Their location provides great access to the waterfront and multiple amenities near by.

Nice commuter style hotel. Got a great rate and felt it was a good value. Clean, well maintained, with friendly staff.

This is a crazy expensive hotel, small rooms, with equally small beds. Expect to pay an outrageous fee for parking lot.

Nice hotel. Only complaint is you have to search forever to find vending machines and ice. They are not located on every floor only the lobby. Great location!

The beds are supper comfy and it's really close to the Boston convention Center for the fan expo so didn't have to walk far and the food / bistro/ breakfast restaurant in the hotel was amazing I'd give it 10 stars if I could
