I recently stayed in a king bedroom suite at the Seaport. Everything was amazing. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in my stay. We were certainly cared for and enjoyed our whole Seaport experience.

Kelcee Moore from the Seaport Boston Hotel is the best wedding coordinator my husband and I have ever encountered. We wanted to plan a tasteful but financially responsible wedding for 200 guests and we only gave ourselves 6 months to plan the whole thing. Kelcee was the perfect person to help us. She was patient, open and honest, flexible, extremely organized, friendly and very knowledgeable. No wedding planning process is perfect but we honestly cannot think of a single thing Kelcee could not help with or anything she could not execute very well. The day of the wedding she was wonderful to work with -- she made sure everything worked according to plan but also that we enjoyed ourselves. If you're planning a wedding in Boston we recommend Kelcee with the greatest enthusiasm and zero hesitation.

Also, we think the Seaport Boston Hotel is a perfect place to have a Boston wedding. First of all, weddings there are very reasonably priced (our wedding was in March). Second, the hotel has everything any wedding couple could ask for -- great food for the wedding, it is beautiful; conveniently located; large and beautiful reception halls with large windows providing scenic views; side rooms where you can take professional photographs; cocktail-hour space right next to the reception space; beautiful rooms to spend the night; a nice restaurant (with great food); and, nearby restaurants where you can have an after-party (at Rosa Mexicano!). Most of our guests stayed at the Seaport Hotel and had a fabulous time.

We visited the World Trade Center while my husband was attending a conference. It was a beautiful location, easily accessible by transit, and my husband reported the catering was excellent (especially the gluten-free, dairy free chocolate pudding, which he said was ridiculously good for being an allergen free dessert!).

Fine location. They can't seem to figure out the parking, that was aggravating. Our group received different instructions at the desk each time we asked. But the rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. It's right on the ocean, so a relaxing evening stroll or brisk morning walk along the harbor is just across the street. Great restaurants nearby.

I've attended dozens of events here over the years (conferences, Awards, seminars etcetera) and they're are neither overwhelming nor overlapping; on the contrary they're all well done.

Also, given that Boston's Seaport District is some of America's most expensive real-estate the prices are relatively reasonable.

Excellent service, friendly staff, great food at the bar and restaurant, the only thing that wasn't perfect was there was someones room service tray and plate left on the floor in the hallway for almost 7 hours

Went for PAX 2018, the hotel is a 5 min walk from the BCEC. My boyfriend and I agreed, we will be coming back. The rooms are very fresh and welcoming, all of the climate control and curtains work, and the view is pretty impressive.

This is a fantastic hotel that prides itself on service first. The hotel is located just a quick 5 minute walk from the Boston Convention Center. The silver line train is just outside the door of the Plaza Level. I really couldn't ask for a more convenient location for my recent 6-day business trip. Food in Boston is expensive and the hotel restaurants are comparable to everything else. I found it hard to eat a meal for less than $25. However, the Aura restaurant inside the hotel has one of the best hamburgers I've tasted. It was delicious. The hotel has a wonderful gym that is included with your stay. It includes free weights, nautilus equipment, a lot of elliptical and treadmills. Also as a treat, there is a small pool and locker rooms with a very nice steam room. Perfect to wind down after a long day at work. Finally, the hotel is gratuity-inclusive. This means you cannot tip for any of the services, except for food, which 18% is included on the bill. That's a nice touch and the team members seem happier than other properties I've stayed at.
