Stayed here a few years ago and was probably my favorite hotel I've been to so far
Very nice hotel...great pool, hot tub & sauna. Fabulous workout facility
This hotel is in a great location. The service was excellent and I had an overall good experience here.
Always a fantastic experience here. Every event we have been to is wonderful and the staff is awesome.
The most convenient location relative to the Seaport World Trade Center
Met a friend for drinks at the hotel's bar. Great ambiance and decor. Service was above average. A bit louder than I would have liked but I suppose that comes with a good crowd.
I recently stayed in a king bedroom suite at the Seaport. Everything was amazing. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in my stay. We were certainly cared for and enjoyed our whole Seaport experience.
Usually less expensive than it was last week, which is when it's really worth the price
Here for the beer fest! Awesome location and the google+ girl at the booth is amazing!
My family loves this hotel so much we have used it 5 years in a row!
The service here was amazing. Great location, too, if you're looking to spend time in the Seaport District, say for a conference at the BCEC.
Very clean, people were friendly and outgoing. Nice place to visit.
Great room, love the shampoo / conditioner dispensers instead of the little disposables. Very convenient location.
Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff from the front desk to the maitre de to the service staff. Best experience among any hotel we've been to!
Participated in a conference held here, the staff was great.
Nice location, lots of amenities. Room was spacious and modern, and the indoor pool was great, and the beds were comfortable.
Fantastic service. Room is perfect. If you work out at all, hit the hotel gym.
Dinner and drinks at Tamo were fantastic. Patron Margaritas on point and great sushi.
Brunch buffet was delectable. variety is the spice of life...well that defines the buffet.
Kelcee Moore from the Seaport Boston Hotel is the best wedding coordinator my husband and I have ever encountered. We wanted to plan a tasteful but financially responsible wedding for 200 guests and we only gave ourselves 6 months to plan the whole thing. Kelcee was the perfect person to help us. She was patient, open and honest, flexible, extremely organized, friendly and very knowledgeable. No wedding planning process is perfect but we honestly cannot think of a single thing Kelcee could not help with or anything she could not execute very well. The day of the wedding she was wonderful to work with -- she made sure everything worked according to plan but also that we enjoyed ourselves. If you're planning a wedding in Boston we recommend Kelcee with the greatest enthusiasm and zero hesitation.
Also, we think the Seaport Boston Hotel is a perfect place to have a Boston wedding. First of all, weddings there are very reasonably priced (our wedding was in March). Second, the hotel has everything any wedding couple could ask for -- great food for the wedding, it is beautiful; conveniently located; large and beautiful reception halls with large windows providing scenic views; side rooms where you can take professional photographs; cocktail-hour space right next to the reception space; beautiful rooms to spend the night; a nice restaurant (with great food); and, nearby restaurants where you can have an after-party (at Rosa Mexicano!). Most of our guests stayed at the Seaport Hotel and had a fabulous time.
Good location for parking, expensive for parking though
Nice hotel for meetings. Convenient to the Convention Center and the waterfront.
We visited the World Trade Center while my husband was attending a conference. It was a beautiful location, easily accessible by transit, and my husband reported the catering was excellent (especially the gluten-free, dairy free chocolate pudding, which he said was ridiculously good for being an allergen free dessert!).
Nice convention center, located right down the street from nice restaurants and close to public transportation.
Fine location. They can't seem to figure out the parking, that was aggravating. Our group received different instructions at the desk each time we asked. But the rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. It's right on the ocean, so a relaxing evening stroll or brisk morning walk along the harbor is just across the street. Great restaurants nearby.
I've attended dozens of events here over the years (conferences, Awards, seminars etcetera) and they're are neither overwhelming nor overlapping; on the contrary they're all well done.
Also, given that Boston's Seaport District is some of America's most expensive real-estate the prices are relatively reasonable.
Went to event in convention center. Great event, very packed, but worth it.
Nice hotel, surprised with the in room service menu.
Great location in a nice part of town to visit. Has a spacious event area with plenty of food and lodging nearby.
Excellent service, friendly staff, great food at the bar and restaurant, the only thing that wasn't perfect was there was someones room service tray and plate left on the floor in the hallway for almost 7 hours
We love everything from this Hotel. What can I say? Great people and food.
Went for PAX 2018, the hotel is a 5 min walk from the BCEC. My boyfriend and I agreed, we will be coming back. The rooms are very fresh and welcoming, all of the climate control and curtains work, and the view is pretty impressive.
Beautiful and luxurious amenities, very far the heart of Boston.
Very friendly staff. Large clean rooms. Very nice and green, little plastic waste
The hotel was clean and spacious. Signs were well displayed.
Best hotel option in seaport. All the amenities you want and great WiFi throughout the hotel.
I didn't think actually enter the Hotel . I just used their garage to head out across to the dinner cruise across the street
Rest easy with beautiful rooms, views and food. Attentive staff . TAMO food so good
Nice and EXCELLENT food. May be the best food I've ever had at a hotel.
Seaport has the best breakfast buffet in Boston. Wonderful location and fantastic staff!
Came for a cocktail, waiting for a ferry. Nice atmosphere, OK pricing. Staff not all that friendly, possibly wanting a lunch customer (at 2pm ???)
The Seaport Hotel is a fine hotel along the waterfront.
This is a fantastic hotel that prides itself on service first. The hotel is located just a quick 5 minute walk from the Boston Convention Center. The silver line train is just outside the door of the Plaza Level. I really couldn't ask for a more convenient location for my recent 6-day business trip. Food in Boston is expensive and the hotel restaurants are comparable to everything else. I found it hard to eat a meal for less than $25. However, the Aura restaurant inside the hotel has one of the best hamburgers I've tasted. It was delicious. The hotel has a wonderful gym that is included with your stay. It includes free weights, nautilus equipment, a lot of elliptical and treadmills. Also as a treat, there is a small pool and locker rooms with a very nice steam room. Perfect to wind down after a long day at work. Finally, the hotel is gratuity-inclusive. This means you cannot tip for any of the services, except for food, which 18% is included on the bill. That's a nice touch and the team members seem happier than other properties I've stayed at.
