Great Hotel and good location to "hop on hop off" trolley for touring of the City. See the North Side for Great Italian Food!
It was a meet and end spot for my run group this past weekend. Great place, clean, nice staff who took our pictures, and a great coffee shop for after the run.
Great views if the harbor and airport on the harbor side. The bedding is real comfortable. The room was spacious but it could have more places to put clothes. The bathroom was big and the shower was the best part of it. Not a real bad location as it is an up and coming part of the city. A lot of things to do around it. Only bad thing about this place is the liquor law they abide by. Apparently you can't bring your own alcohol to this hotel. This is completely dumb and kind of ruined my whole trip. Beer was the whole reason I visited boston and I couldn't even enjoybthe stuff I bought in my own room.
Very nice hotel, rooms were quote nice, stocked with amenities, and modern.
This place is like another home. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and QUIET. Lots of shops and food within walking distance and close to public transportation.
Stayed there for PAX East. Charged a luxury price yet didn't include any amenities, ridiculous parking charges and even "service fees" per night even though they skipped cleaning the room one night for some reason. Wouldn't stay there again regardless of proximity to the BCEC.
Went for a Halloween event at the Trade Center. Per usual the staff was courteous and professional. Property is impeccably maintained.
I had a very good stay here, the gym facilities especially are excellent
Great service and was accommodated in every way possible
I always visit here for the boston ski and snowboard show. I love it. The parking is close and plentiful. The ski expo always has some great deals on gear and clothing. If you are just starting out pr an expert you can always find gear to fit your skill level. Also be read to purchase some ski trip or season tickets here. They have the beat deasl you will get all year.
The event was a ski and snowboard expo and it was great but needed more sinage there ended up being a group of 8 lost strangers and myself wandering around getting sent to diffet doors of different buildings trying to find the entrance
Nice hotel. Good staff. Love the fact that tips are always included.
Very clean hotel and right across from the world trade center.
Close to the conversation center. Great and friendly staff.
Views from the room are amazing! The hotel staff is very courteous.
Love the air filter in the room.
Helped my allergies more than anything.
I attended a day event. Did not stay at the hotel. There is a garage in the hotel for parking, as well as several nearby lots.
Parking was easy, rooms were nice. Service was friendly. Would stay there again
Great hotel, although the bed were quite small for us
Great place, with awesome rooms. Best service from hotel staff ever
My home away from home whenever I'm in Boston. Comfortable, attractive rooms, attentive staff, and a great view from the right rooms.
One of the loveliest hotels I've had the good fortune to visit. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and all around lovely.
This was the best hotel room I've stayed in yet. My husband and I were in town for a convention at BCEC and it was so easy to walk there and so easy to walk to a lot of places to eat. The bed was comfy, the room was gorgeous, I loved the shower and the fact that there were shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall ... I can't say enough good about this place!
The Seaport Hotel is convenient to downtown Boston and in a new vibrant seaport area. The staff was wonderful and the room clean and comfortable. Parking is expensive, but you can leave and return with no extra charge and the valet service is covered.
Hotel is very nice and has a pretty view of the harbor. The service was great. The room I was in was pretty small, but nice. The WiFi is actually decent which is more than I can say for a lot of hotels.
Well organized, been to multiple conventions there, always pretty fun
If you have a conference or event in the Seaport, the hotel is super convenient. Lively bar. Close to public transport.
Made a delivery here. Nice location, although the local police gave me a hard time about trucks being "not allowed "!!!! Hahahahaha, how was the venue going to get their truckload of products???? Oh well
Aura Brunch - Nice buffet brunch at a reasonable price in the Seaport. Nothing spectacular, although the fresh honeycomb was a rare treat. A good variety of food, not even the vegetarian walked away hungry.
Nice rooms and nice view. Bar was a little overpriced but it's downtown.
Beautiful venue overlooking the Bay, great for any professional event.
Layout is wide, Refeshment spots lean, Convention environment Good!
Absolutely love giving my 2yo a gift on arrival he was thrilled. Hotel has been great no complaints location is great. Only negative silicone in our bathroom needs redoing as it's mousy but. Otherwise it's amazing.
Great deals. The rooms are perfect. Staff that will go out of their way to help you. Can t go wrong.
Ps. Military/ law enforcement/ first responders gets a discount on massages! (my wife liked that part to much. I might get replaced lol)
got here by mistake following my gps. very nice security guard told me it happens all the time. the world trade center a pier on seaport boulevard, so don't think you can get there in world trade center ave
Had the breakfast buffet at the Aura restaurant and it is excellent. It's a pricier breakfast buffet but the food and service is excellent.
Had a wicked awesome time there for comic con.. If you haven't been go.. Why no?
Wonderful hotel. Beautiful rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again!
Very professional setup and smooth event management. Easy entry.
After driving 10 hours to the hotel, my family and I were next in line to check in and the concierge waved the well dressed lady behind me to check in with him so she wouldn't have to wait in line ... Are you kidding Me???
Stayed here on a trip to Boston over the labour day weekend and it is a great spot on the Seaport. We requested a high room and got one at the top on the 18th floor!
Great view and lively decor - possibly there only time I've ever thought 'I would have that at home' to a piece of hotel art, or a chair.
They even have a 10 option strong pillow library, and I tried the Swedish memory foam and water pillow.
Would recommend, and stay again.
The world trade center is in a great location near many restaurants. Great view of the river / ocean.
Love this hotel. It's very convenient to get here from Logan - just take the (free) Silver Line bus to the Seaport. It's comfortable and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are very nice - Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, plush towels and robes, a Keurig coffee maker, lots of USB ports.
And it's just around the corner from the ferry launch.
My only complaint about a stay here is that it's always too short!
I flew in for the day for meetings and only met in the lobby for meetings. The ambience was pleasant and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The lobby and associated sitting area were nicely decorated.
We attended the Boston Flower and Garden show. The parking in the hotel was easy to navigate, and great proximity to the event. The venue for the event was clean and organized well.
Nice event. Meeting rooms do not block outside sound well.
I stayed here for business and absolutely loved it! For me- the experience is all in the small details that really made this hotel shine above the rest.
- clean and simple design
- two complimentary bottles of water everyday
- gym and pool amenities available
- two USB charging outlets and plug outlets on the side table beside your bed so you can plug ALL your electronics within reach
- salon quality hairdryer
- provided comfy slippers and toothpaste if asked
- love the accessibility of light switch placements
- standing shower with glass sliding door
- dark face towel to remove make up
- adjustable side concave mirrors in bathroom with rim light
These are just some small things that I really enjoyed about my room. The only one thing I would suggest is to maybe have a more neutral scented soap, body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. I felt that theirs was too musky and strong for my taste. This is just my opinion of course. But other than that- its a great hotel!
