Perfect service and really fast I would definitely use it again

It's wonderful place for work. People are so nice and 3 days weekend makes it unique

always delaying work without informing me. Now I got nothing for paying them.

Extremely bad service.
Absolutely disappointed. My order number is 624486.
The quaility of editing is very poor, also the customer service. I am not satisfied with the level of change, the editor doesn t know the requirements of dissertation, so she/he doesn t know how to correct the tense and her/his edited version has even made some meaning wrong and more vague.
If you provide the service of dissertation, you should know the basic requirements of the tense: abstract, main body and conclusion may have some differences. But, your editor commented that she/he is not sure, so why I ask help from you if you don t know? The edited version has made all the tense uniform and made more mistakes, I must re-correct the mistakes of tense you made. It s a waste of both time and money. What s more, the level of writing has never been improved at all. The editing just checked tiny grammar but never enhanced the total level.
And I requested for re-editing or full refund twice when I just received the draft, but the terrible customer service firstly replied that let me wait, couple of hours later replied that it meets their Quality and totally ignored the issues I put forward.

Never,never use SCRIBENDI, who provides the service of dissertation check but they even don t know the basic requirements of dissertation such as the tense.

First it took them the double amount of time. I have payed extra for fast editing. The customer service was useless and the translation was not professional.

I don't often leave reviews... but wow was I ever impressed!! I am a native English speaker and have many years of formal writing experience. I was blown away by the quality of grammar/punctuation and style/formatting edits.

I tried the free sample first and I and am now committed to being a regular customer!
