Great service! I went in last week to have my new watch resized and he did it quickly, on the spot and the price was completely reasonable. Highly recommended. I will be returning for future watch needs.

I bought a watch here on Monday after visiting once before. And I was skeptical, as its in a sort of bizarre location. Kazu was very nice and told me how I can get it verified. I took it to the the Authorized Rolex store in Westfield and they verified the legitimacy. Then asking where I bought, they exclaimed "Jacek?! He has the best vintage collection in the country!"

I had replaced the battery for my Cartier watch at Fast-fix in the Westside Pavillion mall. Not only that those people overcharged me but my watch did not work. When I asked for a refund, they told me the watch was broken and wouldn't give me a refund on the battery. At the advice of a girlfriend, I took my watch to Eastern Watch Co. They figured out that the wrong battery was put in and that the watch was not properly cleaned. They were very nice, honest and helpful. Their prices were incredible! I even got another watch adjusted and battery replaced for a third watch. I'm so happy to have taken my girlfriend's suggestion and come in to see these lovely people! Service was great and fast! I will be coming back here from now on!

I've been coming here for 20 years to see Penny for repairs, new bands, nice watches, and batteries. I won't go any where else. Nothing high end, but a good selection of Hamilton, Wenger, Swiss Army, Victorinox, Luminox, even Casio for the knock around watch you won't mind losing because it's so cheap. When I came in for a new band and battery, I got a free polish without even asking! Talk to Penny, she'll help you out.
