Glad to see Kim again. She does a thorough assessment and really takes time to see her patients holistically.

Dr Dunnan always takes time to listen to my issues, explains what he is doing and why, and takes a very logical approach to the diagnosis. He is very respectful, friendly, and empathetic. I am very fortunate to have him as my primary care doctor. -
I had my annual physical with Dr. Dunnan yesterday and as usual he was very efficient, caring, and professional. I have great confidence in this practice and especially with Dr. Dunnan. They have always been able to resolve any issues that I have and have been very kind and considerate. Just a fantastic medical practice!

I have met with each of the physicians in this office and they are all great. I met with Dr. Sun, today and she did a very thorough examination and I think resolved my issues with some prescriptions. I found her friendly and informative. Thank you Dr. Sun, and also thank you to my nurse, Shaya.

Dr Sun was very thorough in our tele-visit . I m a new patient and feel comfortable already with Dr Sun !!

Dr. Dunnan does a great job as a doc but almost a better job at making me feel comfortable. I always leave my visits feeling that he cares for me as person as much as patient

I have been a patient for at least 10 years. This practice has An amazing medical staff. If your doc can t squeeze you in for a same day appointment, another Doc or a PA will see you. They are all wonderful. I will never leave!

Dr. Sun is amazing. She is smart, a fantastic listener, with an easy sense of humor. Dr. Sun came highly recommended from a colleague, and I am glad I took her advice.
Dr. Sun makes you feel at ease. Nurse Shaya welcomed me is really wonderful too. Front desk is efficient and welcoming. I feel completely confident in bringing my whole family here for health care.

Everyone was super nice. I got in quickly. Everyone listened to my words and concerns. The doctor helped me come up with plans and appropriate treatments. I was very relieved when I walked out and truly felt served and supported.

Dr. Question and his nurse were very kind and knowledgeable. They went above normal to be sure that I had the best medicine for my issues. I am very happy. Several of my family members also go to Dr. Question.

Had a rough first couple of visits here dealing with a know it all, seemingly unapproachable npr, but we are now with a different npr and she is amazing! Nothing but good things to say about her. Thank you Kim! Nice receptionists too. I m not sure why other people have complained in the past but that is definitely not the case now.

What a great experience. She was so concerned for my health she spent the right enough time with me. Kim was excellent and I thank her for the above and beyond she did to get me an appointment with the AFib clinic.

This is a good primary care physician. I haven't had any issues yet.

Dr. Robinette Huston has been my primary care doctor for many years. I feel that I am in good hands with her because she is understanding, thorough, and compassionate. Her nurse and office staff are accessible and very patient and helpful.

My wife and I have been going to Dr Huston for years and we think she is the greatest! She listens to you, makes you feel like an important patient and treats you medically in a very personable and professional manner. She has our utmost confidence. The staff working with Dr Huston also has been extremely nice to work with. During our first telemedicine visit one of the staff was so patient and thorough with us during the set up and it was so appreciated. This physicians practice is the best!

Dr Dunnan and his nurse Michelle are fantastic! They are both very caring and take as much time as needed to help. Dr. Dunnan has been my primary physician for about ten years. Very accessible scheduling for appointments. The whole practice is top notch.

Am a patient of Dr. Robinette Huston and have been for quite some time. My very first visit to her she discovered an issue I had based on lab work from another Dr. She's a great listener, investigator, personable and she's professional. Everything you want in a physician. The entire staff is great. I've recommended her and Scioto Family Physicians often.

She is extremely professional, She listens to you and takes her time so you never feel like she is rushing you for the next patient.

Dr. Sun is on time and respectful of your time. Her staff is curtious competent and puts you at ease. She has always thoroughly assessed my needs and is very knowledgeable about current treatments. She also provides my GYN services. She is aware of cost savings and encourages the appropriate care. She listens and provides excellent feedback. My husband and neice now see her. I would highly recommend her as your MD.

Kimberly Jones is a thoughtful, caring Nurse Practitioner and would highly recommend her!

I am simply trying to find a family doctor, I am new to the area and do not have insurance. I am waiting on medicaid but also have found a job so by time medicaid finishes my application I will no longer be eligible. I am on several medications for bi polar disorder and most psychiatrists are booked out 6 months or so and my medications are 600$. As suggested by the pharmacist, finding a family doctor and going over my medication options is my best bet.

When I called this office, before I could even explain any thing, she asked if I had insurance, I said no I was waiting on medicaid but would do self pay, before I could say "because I will not be eligible for medicaid by time it comes through" she accused me of insurance fraud, kept interrupting me and after talking to me like I was a piece of garbage puts me on hold to get the manager. A few moments later she comes back and says there is nothing they can do for me and what I'm trying to do.

Thank you for the awesome customer service. Even more, thank you for offering me any sort of suggestions as to what I could do in my situation since I am simply TRYING TO FIND A FAMILY DOCTOR and this office apparently can't help some one in that situation.

I've been misdiagnosed twice here, and the nurse I had yesterday was just plain rude. People at the front desk are no better.

It sucks, docs are nice but people in front office are just the worst. THE WORST.

As always Dr. Dunnan took the time to answer my questions, is caring and very professional. He has been my primary care doctor for his entire time at Scioto Family Physicians. Actually, prior to, my husband and I followed him there! He has always gone over and above the call of duty. His nurse and the rest of the staff there are awesome!

My son (aged 3) goes here and his doctor, Dr. Akasaka, is wonderful. She is very good with him. They are extremely organized and communicative. I highly recommend them/her for kids.

I have been going here since I was 15 and love it. I drive 30 minutes to come to these amazing people!

Everyone is real friendly. They take time to get my reason to be there. Check my meds list to make sure I'm on they same meds. I've been seeing Dr. Dunnan for over ten years. I won't go anywhere else
