This office is excellent and would get 5 stars if not for them being part of copc. Trying to get your records from them is like pulling teeth.

Both Dr. Burnsides and Dr. Kumar are excellent doctors who are willing to listen to your health concerns and the ability to diagnose problems and ways to manage a treatment that works for the me. Additionally, the scheduling staff and nursing assistants have always been friendly and very helpful. That has been my experience in the 12 years of needing Dublin Internal Medicine for my healthcare needs.

The Doctors and staff at Dublin Internal Medicine are excellent. The staff makes sure we get in to see our doctors in a timely manner and the Doctors take all the time they need to address our concerns!

Dr. McAllister took the time to listen to what I had to say and was knowledgeable about my health concerns which made me feel comfortable as her patient. I'm not a fan of blood draws but Kim made it a positive experience.

Physician was insensitive and rude. He had no compassion and admitted at the beginning of the visit that he wouldn t be helpful. At the end of the visit he yelled an incredibly insensitive joke from the hallway.

My entire experience at Dublin Internal Medicine is as good as it could possibly get. When I first heard Dr. Burnsides is retiring my immediate feeling was shock and disbelief. Then I thought about it and realized I guess it has actually been about 15-16 years already . What can I say about Dr. Burnsides is that besides being incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent he s very personable, caring, full of advice, easy to talk to, great sense of humor, well rounded (knows his sports too), genuine, informative. I ve stayed healthy with no issues over all the years. As a family doctor I ll sum it up and say Dr. Burnsides is the g.o.a.t.

I ve gone to Dublin Internal Medicine for over 30 years and have been seeing Dr. Kloda since Dr. Apling retired, probably about five or six years ago. I can t speak highly enough about Dr. Kloda, beginning with the way he always enters the room with a big welcoming smile, immediately putting you at ease. He shows genuine interest in your reason for being there and asks lots of questions. And more, importantly, he listens to what you tell him and never makes you feel like you have to hurry because he has other patients waiting. And best of all, Dr. Kloda is completely non-judgemental, he doesn t use scare tactics, and he is sympathetic to whatever it is you re going through. You can openly tell him anything and know that he s going to do the best he can to get you well, without making you feel bad about whatever choices you ve made in life. At my last visit we discussed making some changes to my medications, and I know that in the coming weeks he ll make himself available if I need him. Dr. Kloda is a truly compassionate, caring, very knowledgeable, and kind person and physician, and I m grateful for him. Great doctor:)

The attention and treatment with the patient is excellent

It took a few weeks to get an appointment that worked with my schedule, but the appointment it self went very well. Dr. Kumar has great bedside manners and provided excellent care.

Dr. McAllister is an exceptionally personable doctor. She truly listens and does not miss the details; she values patient input. She treated me not as another patient to process but as person that she can help. Matter-of-fact, I love her friendly manner. I have every confidence in her medical expertise and am pleased that she has accepted me as her patient. She is straight-forward with information and explanations. The doctors at this office set the tone, and everyone is patient-centered. The office, itself, is efficient and staffed with truly caring, nice people. The nurses do their parts well and competently. Each is personable, and I have a favorite, Nurse Judy. Everyone takes all the appropriate precautions to protect all of us from covid. I am as comfortable with an office appointment as I am with a tele-appointment.

My husband and I have had Dr Burnsides as our family practitioner for 25 years. We loved him! Unfortunately he is retiring the end of this year as he has been transitioning to retirement, I have seen Dr Nevers on a couple of occasions. She is a compassionate person, listens great and provides solid advice. I am very happy to have someone I can can transition to with confidence.

A heart defect was discovered And eventually through Surgery was taken care of. The thoroughness of the an initial exam by my doctor is what led to the discovery of the heart defect. I am very comfortable having them take care of my medical needs. It's a very relaxed yet professional office. I would recommend to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

My experience with Dr. Johnson has been exceptional. It becomes obvious very quickly after meeting him that he is simply an outstanding physician. Truly cares and takes time to make you feel very comfortable and his ability to make you laugh, I don't think, can be beaten.

I am very unhappy about how Dr Neha Kumar in COPC in Dublin treats her patients. I had done my blood work for wellness visit, after 10 days received a bill of $ 70/ from my insurance company for Vitamin D testing which medical association considers as not required during wellness visits. Same thing happened with my son also which I ended up paying out of pocket.
I am suffering from severe shoulder pain, she referred to X-ray clinic not covered under my plan. I went to different facility which is in- network, immediately next day they sent my report to Dr Neha Kumar s office but it was not uploaded in my portal. When I called the office after waiting patiently for 3-4 days office representative (Pam) told me as it is not under the same group they did not bother to upload in my portal. No diagnosis was done by Dr Neha Kumar even after several days past when I am having sleepless nights in pain. Looks like her only focus is to make money by referrals only instead of offering care and help to her patients. I urge the COPC of Dublin to look into the matter how patients are taken care in the facility where money should not be the only focus.

This doctors office rocks. The staff is super nice, the wait time is very good and Doc Kloda is the best Primary Care Physician in the business. Friendly, attentive, detailed and through.

Dr. Johnson cares about his patients. When we had a problem with a hospital he called them and told them what to do. Problem resolved. The staff is very accommodating even if my doctor isn't available I can still get same day service when needed. I most appreciate that my time is as important as theirs. I've never waited very long to be seen. My appointment time is followed to the letter.

I was able to see Dr. Johnson after my fall and received concise information about my injuries and as important what I needed to do for full recovery.
