Had my vehicle serviced. Very kind and professional staff. My service advisors name was Ryan Duffy. He was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about everything. Would recommend anyone come here for service on their vehicles

Pete is a gem! He was willing and able to help me when my transmission went out on the way to a family funeral. I had my car back in less than a week and runs great! Thank you!
Great service although be familiar with your service history, a scheduled maintenance service recommended had already been performed within the recommended period during recent visit. Highly recommend and will continue to service my vehicles at Scott Clark.
Bought many cars from many dealerships hands down ... this was by far my best buying experience ! I bought a car for my wife which she ended up not liking 100% (she wanted more power). So we walked straight back and keeping it short I knew this will be a tough deal for Scott Clark Toyota. They worked truly hard, played open cards and with a lot of effort they were able to get this done. Key to all this was our sales person, Jimmy Nguyen !! He was absolutely brilliant and I never thought I would say this about a car sales person when it comes to selling me a car I trust him! He truly knew everything about the different cars / trims and never rushed us. So if you go and check out a car at Scott Clark ... ask for him and you will see/feel what I mean. This is by the way our third car from them and also their service station is great. Beside the clean waiting area with all you need, they know what they are doing and we never had a problem. My favorite service rep is Jeremy Holt ... good honest guy !! My next Toyota will be again from Scott Clark. They earned my trust and business...
My wife and I had a very good sales experience at this dealership so we thought, and am very happy with are car. I am disgusted at how management allow the sales men to treat the customer. So long story short, we had purchased the car on a Saturday and as we were leaving the sales man told us to make sure we fill out the survey that will be emailed and we ensured him that we would. Well comes Tuesday and my wife had to go back at the dealership for a few things and again tells her to fill out the survey. By the end of the week the sales man had hounded my wife 3 more times between text messages and calls to complete this survey. We finally had time and was able to fill out the survey. Two days later she received a text message from the sales man stating " You are a very mean person, you penalized me for doing my job you should have never filled out the survey you smiled in my face like you were happy God Bless You!!". Just so you know the only thing remotely close to bad she said was the sales men should not be hounding the customer to fill out the survey. She has reached out the management with no response but sorry. Do not expect to be treated with respect at this dealership! Still havent heard anything from anyone...
I had a wonderful experience with Bobby! He helped me find my new beauty and even took me to lunch! Thanks you guys and thank you Bobby if definitely recommend
Both Dennis Lee sales manager & Jimmy Nguyen were attentive & professional and the entire process was seamless. My husband & I will definitely be back for future services. I am so in love with my new SR5 4Runner!!
Johnnie and James were so nice to me and talked me through the whole process and kept in touch even after the purchase of my vehicle to make sure everything went smoothly.
Go to dealer when looking for a car, Travis Wilson is the man in there, he gives you the best of him, great service, straight forward, no run around games with him. Go see him!!!
Very friendly people was at this dealership for a new battery. My warranty got expired just a day before coming to this dealership. I happen to address this issue with a service manager inspite of that he gave me 50% off on a brand new top of the line battery.
I had a great car buying experience with Scott Clark Toyota. Paul Powell went above and beyond to help me with me decision. A Toyota Tacoma could sell itself, but he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have never been so happy to go through a buying process. I would absolutely recommend this being a first stop when searching for a new car!
Purchased a new to us vehicle. Sales person Nick was easy to work with, not pushy, able to negotiate somewhat, although we knew there was more wiggle room, people have to make a living. Over all a good experience for spending our hard earned money.
I went to this dealership for a airbag recall. Everyone was helpful and nice from start to finish! I even was able to rent a car for free other than gas that I didn t know I could do! It was a Toyota Corolla and unfortunately was really low to the ground and very difficult for my 6 2 body to get in and out but other than that it was a great experience!
I was there yesterday, Feb, 11, 2020. Pleased with the courtesy & service I received-- and with the help & advice of my advisor William Carroll who made calls for me to check with warranty company to see if any of that work could possibly be covered to save me any money
was told it was going to take 1.5 hrs for oil change & tire rotation. After 2 hrs I checked on the status- nothing has been done yet. Nobody gave me an update. Manager Wesley didn't care at all, didn't even say sorry for wasting my time. Definitely not coming back.
Billy Carroll is my go to Service Leader because he consistently provides excellent customer service. Billy is a trustworthy guy who I've grown to rely on for all of my car service needs!
Chris gave me great advice and provided me with detailed information on the options available for me to make an informed decision. I was very happy with the service that was provided.
My friend wanted to get a Camry on a lease. He always raved about the red Camry that he wanted and he picked one from the dealership more than a month ago. He was driving around the place in his vehicle and we knew his lease was not approved yet. He called the guy from the dealership who handed him the keys and the guy from the financing department frequently and never received attention on the phone. After the first few times they did not respond to his calls, he started visiting the dealership. He was made to wait for a few hours and then asked to leave since his approval would be in the next week. It went on for so long, his temporary license plates had to be renewed for another month so he could continue to drive the Camry.
The approvals never went through after more than 4 weeks. The guy who handed him the keys texted my friend to give the car back. Even then, when my friend called him up to discuss details, his calls went unanswered. So, right after work, we drove to the dealership to hand the car back if we could not purchase the car at a decent price - my buddy had gotten fond of the car.
We met with rudeness in a suit that accused us of being unethical. He claimed that we cannot drive in a car that we drove around for a month and return it and expect to not pay anything. When he was told that the guy who handed the key and the finance guy had not responded despite repeated attempts to reach them over the phone and even directly, he said he was their boss and he would not return the $2,500 deposit made for the car because we had depreciated its value by even more than that amount. He just would not admit that there had been an error on the dealership's side. When my friend let him know that he had been told every time he visited to check on the finance, the dealership folks had told him that the processing would be completed and he should take the car and that the deposit amount would be credited back to him once he returned the car should the finance approval not go through, he was threatened with litigation for being unethical about the car purchase.
The guys who made the promises about letting my friend keep the car if his lease did not approve just looked away. The guy who handed the keys tried to discuss a ridiculous deal with my friend. We were disgusted. He would not apologize for the inconvenience he was putting us through.
The boss tried to make us pick between a deal or a lawsuit. The deal was ridiculous again. In the end, we did not want to stoop as low as them and picked one so we could put an end to the ordeal. Nobody was happy about the deal, it was just the means to an end. The finance guy did not try to apologize either. He took a long time to put the paperwork together and was trying to be all business. It took longer than 2 hours to get to this conclusion.
And the ride back home in the car that was thrust on us was not a pleasant one either. I wish my friend can find some fondness for his Camry in the time he owns it. It is the worst experience anyone could have had.
My first time going to Scott Clark Toyota and I was impressed. It's a new and clean facility even with all the construction going on around them. I had a recall on my minivan and I have to say they were fast, courteous and very professional. Mr. Kelly F. was my service technician and with his help I was able to drop off my car the same day. I was shuttled home and picked up once the work was done. Everything was handled in a timely and efficient manner. I'll be back for future maintenance needs!!
Mike Miller and Rashid Gregory worked with me and made me feel like I was their most important client. They found a car that absolutely works for me and got me in an affordable payment. I would definitely recommend my friends to come and buy a car from them. Scott Clark you have a winning team with Mike Miller and Rashid Gregory
Recently I purchased a 2016 Tacoma form Scott Clark Toyota and the experience was very good. Michael Miller, my sales representative, made sure that all aspects of the sale were perfect. This is the second Toyota that I purchased from Scott Clark and Michael. Michael was very helpful with both transactions. He was able to answer all of my questions and maintained communications with me after I drive the cars off the lot. He does great follow-up. I highly recommend Scott Clark Toyota and Michael Miller and will purchase my next Toyota from them.
I just leased a 2020 Corolla. I love it. DJ Hurst was amazing and gave me above and beyond customer service. I would recommend asking for him if anyone wants to buy or lease a car. Thank you so much for everything!!!
I took my car in recently to have the oil changed and to get two new tires. Several other problems were brought to my attention. Fred Caspary thoroughly and patiently explained each problem and the cost. Because I decided to have everything fix, I was there quite a while, but periodically Fred would check back with me to update me on the progress of the work.
Worst experience ever had. Spoke to a representative, he is not at all interested in showing car to the customer. I said I will compare the price with other showroom and he mentioned it's not fare at my part. Does customers don't even have right to compare? He keep on saying me things and left the place with anger.
As a loyal customer I came in for a 30,000 mile service and after 85 minutes from my appointment time (which I was arrived early) left with only an oil change! Very unhappy with information that service technician communicated to me and I talked to service manager(?) and he gave me an I don t care attitude! The service department did not seem to be busy that afternoon!
After looking at several dealerships for my very first new vehicle, Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews had all I was looking for and more on the lot ! Not only more features, but the exact color too. Jimmy Nguyen did an awesome job catering to my wish list for a brand new truck. Thanks for making my 1st new vehicle purchase go smoothly !
First service on my new Camry. Was told by a friend to ask for Billy Carroll. Friend was right. He was so attentive, friendly, and professional. So happy to have my own personal service professional for my future visits to Scott Clark.
Zero stars if I could. Be very careful with this place, every single cliche you can think of when it comes to a slimy dealership, every single one of them apply here. Do not give them any of your information, online, in person, or over the phone unless you want credit run without your permission. Just check out their rating with the BBB. Read Yelp reviews on financing nightmares, bait and switch experiences, and being spoken down to during the buying process. Horrible, unethical people and customer service that makes you feel like you signed up to be made to feel less than. I've never been spoken down to like that in my life in any transaction as a consumer. Again, please read their BBB complaints before going anywhere near this place.
I had visited the Scott Clark's Toyota dealership before and was upset by the price that was offered for my existing truck. After persuasion from my neighbor, I was instructed to go talk with Travis Wilson. I knew what I wanted and instructed Travis of this up front. Although the color I wanted wasn't available, there was one that matched all the other features that I had described. After test driving the vehicle, I told him I'd take it as long as he could get the right color. Travis went out of his way to make it happen. The truck was shipped from Florida within a week. All the accessories that I wanted that weren't on the truck initially were installed. I received great service and never felt harassed. The overall experience thus far has been great. I would recommend purchasing from here and would highly recommend talking with Travis. Just tell him what you want. He'll help you get it.
Thanks Travis.
I hope my experience with service is just as rewarding.
We went into Scott Clark Toyota yesterday with the intention of trading in our 2019 Tacoma for a pre-owned TRD package. James was our salesman & DJ was the finance manager. When we arrived, James listened to our concerns about the price & interest rate for financing. He was super nice (not pushy at all like most car salesman) and we ended up getting a 2020 Tacoma with lower interest rate than we were expecting, a lower monthly payment than before (still the same amount of months), and an incredible trade in offer on our 2019 Tacoma. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience we ever had. I trust these guys and they will get you a good deal. Thanks again, James & DJ!
Wasted 4 hours there. I told them i wanted to pay 200/m they said it wont work so i was gonna leave and they brought me a car that i didnt want and said u can do this one for 200. And im just thinking in my head really.
Ps. One of their employee called me and cursed me out bc i gave them a bad review. Never going their ever again.
After talking with the salesman, we drove for an hour to look at the car he said he had for sale, only to see a SOLD sign on it. The car was cleaned and according to the sign was to be delivered the next day to it's new owner. The car had been sold days ago. So they tried to sell us something else. They will tell you anything just to get you in the door. It's a bait and switch game they are playing.
Jamie took excellent care of me during my service visit with my Highlander. The service was performed on time, and in a timely manner. Jamie was knowledgeable, professional, and treated me as a valued customer.
I had such a great experience with Raysi Cruz and Glenn Gardner! Raysi helped me pick out my 4runner and made me feel like a VIP! He did not pressure me and instead asked questions to understand what I was looking for and any hesitations I had. We had a genuine conversation, and he showed me nothing but kindness and respect throughout the process. Give this man a raise! He should be teaching all sales people how to interact with customers. I was so impressed by him. And, Glenn in Finance explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed. It was getting late and past time to go, but you would never know it. He was upbeat, efficient, and knowledgeable and acted like we were the only customers in the building. They both exceeded my expectations. I walked out feeling like I made 2 new friends in Raysi and Glenn. Thank you guys so much for all of the time you spent with me to make sure I made the right decisions. These guys are the best!
While the service associate was very professional & proactive, he was not aware of current service coupon when quoting cost of service. I had to bring it to his attention after searching their site.
An alignment issue was uncovered and repaired. All I went in for was oil change & new wipers.
I have bought several toyota from Scott clarks and enjoyed my service and sales. I was even more surprised when I was looking for a luxury car online ....I saw exactly what I wanted and it was at a "drop the mic price". Colton had it ready to test drive and was grate explaining my free lifetime powertrain warranty..check out the Internet and ask for colton
My husband and I began car shopping today and had no intention of buying yet since we were still in the research phase. When we got here, we met Mike Miller and told him we wanted to test drive only. He understood and took us to the 4runners to look at. At no point did he apply pressure to buy and was just so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He ended up telling us about some Black Friday offers they had and we decided to pull the trigger and buy! They have an awesome LIFETIME warranty that is included in the purchase, and I doubt I will ever buy from another dealership. SMOOTH AND SEAMLESS PROCESS. Do yourself a favor and go to Scott Clark Toyota. You won t be disappointed.
This time Scott Clark has gone to an online appointment system which did not properly log in the appointment, nor apply the $10 discount for making an appointment on line. AND, if you specify say, an oil change, there's no assurance to the customer on line that the normal general check of the car and engine will happen, nor can you tell them on line to generally check things over. It turned out that a general check of the car did happen once it got to the dealership, but when certain things like "the air cleaner is dirty but won't need changing until next time" were found, the service representative did not notify us of the potential problem to give us the option of correcting it early. That's a big change from their heretofore excellent level of customer service. The work was done well and the wait was relatively short, so I will be back. But next time I would prefer to make an appointment by phone and talk with a service representative in advance while Toyota fixes their online signup process.
Do you want to purchase used car from Scott Clark Toyota???. Than read this if you are planning to buy used car from them. In this year 2017 end of April, I Purchased Toyota FJ cruiser. The car had 3 big chip on windshield. I told them to replace windshield than I will purchase the car; that they told me no problem, no need to replace windshield after the purchase in one year if windshield get crack we will replaced free. After 4 months windshield get cracked. 4 times I called, 2 times I left messages to finance manager the one I deal. Nothing I get back. I stopped by today. They said they can't help. Guess what I tried to find that promise in the sales paper and couldn't find any where. By the time they also sold me $2000 value power train warranty. If can't get any help with that much small issue, I wouldn't get help anything happened big. Why would I have to pay them $2000 extra. I cancelled and get $1400 credits back. I purchased 2 cars from Scott Clarks Toyota. Now I know they were big mistakes. Till next year May 2018, every month I renew my review, I will warn all potential customers who wants to buy used cars. Sales people are on the sales paper Micheal Dale Black/Kyle Louis Aidala and their sales manager NASIR. I don't remember finance manager name. They were all told me with their own word that "they will replace the windshield if something happened in one year after purchased" Today I could only able discussed issue at Scott Clark Toyota with sales Manager NASIR. He denied what he said. If he denies that easyl as their sales manager, sales people denies much easier. I have windshield insurance. All I need to do, pay $100 to replace my windshield, that's all. That's what I am going to do. $100 is Scott Clarks Toyota's promises value. I told sales manager NASIR that too. What a great valuable company, right? Just $100... CHEAP Thank you for reading my Scott Clarks Toyota experience. I had experience with their service too with my 1. Purchased Toyota Venza. While in their service they had an accident and destroyed my back bumper. Guess what happened. I will tell on an other review. RED BARON
I was dealing with Dennis Mahone. We went on a test drive in a 2016 Tundra SR5. Everything was going well until we started talking money. I felt the truck was overpriced, in part, because I had just left another dealership where the 2016 Tundra Limited w/TRD was less than the SR5 at Scott Clark. We spoke about lowering the price and Dennis left to go talk to the manager.
As soon as the manager sat down, he was very condescending. He didn't really listen to what I saying, in part, because I had to repeat myself about three times that I wanted to at least "sleep on it" before finalizing my decision. Once I said it for the fourth time, the manager became frustrated and decided to leave the table.
I believe his name was Nasir and I'm sure he is good at something but he's definitely not a people person. I will not return to Scott Clark solely because of him.
Always have problems when coming for service with our vehicle. Focus on quality rather than how many vehicles you service. Also customer service goes a long way.
Recently helped my daughter purchased a vehicle from Scott Clark Toyota and in the agreement was four new tires upon the day of delivery discovered that they had put for USED tires from another vehicle on hers. The sales manager said he did not authorize it but obviously somebody in the dealership did. The vehicle had oil dripping from the bottom of the engine and the air filter duct was disconnected The vehicle was not detailed it s still had dead bugs on the windshield and bumper I just want to warn everyone that is trying to purchase a vehicle there to double check everything before you take delivery of the vehicle because they are not honest at all.
Okay yesterday Thursday the 16th I brought my 2016 FRS in for a state inspection and for my 30000 mile warranty which entails a lot stuff..
So Greg the assistant service manager who checked me in is very efficient very and petsonable.I was in and out in about an hour and 5 minutes and the wash was so well done I thought my car had been waxed.
We had a very positive experience with our recent purchase of the new Prius. We have been dealing with Scott Clark and his predecessor for 30 plus years. We are a Toyota Family and plan to stay that way.
We sincerity appreciate the time and effort that Mike Black and his folks spent with us.
Do absolutely NOT recommend!! Made an APPOINTMENT to look at a car, drove 1.5 hours one way to look at it and once we got there we were told that they just sold it what a waste of time and gas! Would give 0 stars is possible!
I have bought 5 cars in the last 4 years and 4 of them have been from Scott Clark Toyota, i reached out to a couple days ago and spoke with Leo Rojas, he worked the numbers and got me exactly where i wanted to be! Jimmy Cline, the General manager was amazing during the negotiating process and was super nice and respectful this time buying a car has been top notch, today's experience was the best by far, from the minute i got to the dealership to the time i left i felt i was the most taken care of person in the building, starting with Leo Rojas, whom is hands down the best salesman ive ever had, and his manager Matt Cady who helped the process as well. George in finance department knew the answer to every question i asked and was extremely efficient in finalizing my paperwork. at the end of the process was Dayana, whom helped me transfer all of my belongings from my old vehicle to my new one and paired the bluetooth, along with transferring my plate, definitely was a perfect ending to a car buying experience that's as good as it gets. Let's face it buying a car is usually a grueling process and stinks, i did not feel that way at all today! i have referred numerous customers to Scott Clark Toyota, and after my experience today, i know that anyone i refer is in amazing hands!! im loving my Tundra, and cant wait for the first service visit to be able to go back to scott clark!
I purchased my 4th vehicle from Travis Wilson at Scott Clarks Toyota recently. The same awesome service the 4th time just like the first time!!! I appreciate the professionalism and exceptional level of service I receive every visit.
Archie offered great service and answered all my questions! Didn t push me to do more than I needed, but gave me a heads up of future repairs I might need so I can plan and save up! I will definitely be back for my future service needs!
Pete Acree is the best guy I have ever delt with in the service department. Pete Acree is friendly, polite, professional, and everything else I could ask for as a customer. I plan to continue to get my car serviced at Toyota and make appointment with Pete Acree. Thank you Pete Acree for everything you do man, you're the best!!!
Truly an amazing group of people! Travis Wilson and Marcos really made sure that I got into exactly what i was looking for and Jim Cline the GM made sure i was 100% satisfied with everything before leaving. Experience was stress free and enjoyable!
Scott Clark Toyota was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Just straight up salesmen and the best team we have ever bought a car from. Travis Wilson and Steven Carrasquillo were unbelievable. Treated my family and me with respect and a caring attitude. Came close to my price but more importantly delivered great service and were honest about what they could do. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car
Our experience was extremely pleasurable thanks to Alex Alegria . who listened to what are requirements was for a new car where. He Showed us several options.and assisted in our decision making it a excellent experience. The fiance part handled by Jay Sandler was also dealt with very professionally .This experience of buying a car has been by far the best . .we have previously bought five times from your dealership.
I went there to look at 07 Tundra and to see what the payments would be after my down payment. Instead the salesman tried to sell me a 2010 Silverado .At one point I went outside to smoke a cigarette while the salesman was running my credit, he came outside practically chasing me down and telling me they have free hot dogs and not to leave. He wouldn't take me to see the 07 Tundra because he said it was too old to financ so he took me to see a 2010 Silverado. He didn't have the key so I couldn't even open the door or look inside. When we went back into the dealership to get the key he figured up my payments and tried to fast talk me into signing it .I thought he was just breaking down the payments to me so I had to slow him down and ask him if my signature was authorizing these payments. He said "Yea just sign right there and you're good to go" I couldn't believe it considering I haven't driven the truck or even gotten inside of it. I ended up leaving and the salesman called me almost every day for the following couple months. I would never go back or ever recommend any Scott Clark dealership
We purchased from and continue with our ongoing maintenance of our vehicle. Purchase was great!
Maintenance has been pretty good overall. The only issue, and it is minor, is that we are into the maintenance extended warranty phase of our ownership, and have to argue that every time we go in for maintenance. It takes some convincing to get the staff to look into our account each time. Maybe they could look that up or make it part of the scheduling script, Do you have a maintenance warranty?
Other than that, we have enjoyed our experience and will buy our next car there as well!!
Pete Acree always helps me to receive great service. He is professional, considerate and helpful. He helps to make Scott Clark Toyota the best place to go for service.
Just bought a 4Runner Limited from Scott Clark. Very nice people and was a good experience overall. Really enjoyed working with Francesco Bertuglia to make the purchase!
Working with Ophagoe was a real pleasure and on behalf of my entire family thank you very much. I will be spreading the word how wonderful Scott Toyota is to work with. Customer for life, Matt Gruner.
Problem was check engine light and trac off error light. Computer said to replace gas cap. Took in for this on Saturday. 8 hours later, got same error. Called service mgr on Monday. Still no call back. Will take it back on Saturday for same problem.
I recently took my vehicle in for factory scheduled maintenance. Booking my appointment online was simple; they completed everything in under an hour, provided me with a detailed maintenance report via email and my advisor made sure I left with all of my questions answered. He even walked me to my vehicle when everything was done.
My husband, Reggie and I recently bought a car at Scott Clark and wanted to mention the guys that we dealt with. Rashid, Mike, and Leudy gave us excellent attention, service, satisfaction, and courtesies. They definitely made an impression on us. Scott Clark is fortunate to have them as employees. Thank you!
Everyone at this dealership was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The sales team addressed all of my questions and concerns quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Could not have been a more pleasant experience. Arrived early and was immediately greeted. My service was completed faster than promised. I highly recommend Scott Clarke Toyota and their service department
