We went into Scott Clark Toyota yesterday with the intention of trading in our 2019 Tacoma for a pre-owned TRD package. James was our salesman & DJ was the finance manager. When we arrived, James listened to our concerns about the price & interest rate for financing. He was super nice (not pushy at all like most car salesman) and we ended up getting a 2020 Tacoma with lower interest rate than we were expecting, a lower monthly payment than before (still the same amount of months), and an incredible trade in offer on our 2019 Tacoma.
