I was there for a meeting. The food was delicious and the service was good. I'm looking forward to going back.

I'm kicking myself for not trying this place sooner. Everything I tasted was delightful. Great waitress, very attentive but didn't hover. Great job at social distancing the patrons. We will definitely be back

A Wichita CLASSIC. Go for lunch and save a few bucks. Steak bites with gravy are an amazing appetizer. Can't lose with any of the beef selections. This is not a place where you go to eat chicken fingers

Excellent wine service, calamari breading was crisp & flavorful. The KC strip was so very good, if a little fatty on the end. Creme brulee was divine!

Bad service. Food not much better. It s a no for me dawg.

Huge steak got the bone in sirloin was good. Pretty expensive and the waitress was a bit overwhelmed with a large party but good service overall I just wouldn't say 5stars service.

It took over an hour and a half to bring out one cold appetizer.

I normally go to the scotch for special occasions and have for several years. This was by far the worst visit I have ever had and is making me question coming back. Wine glasses weren't clean. We had to ask for our server Devine several times. She added extra things to our check we were not aware of. When we confronted her she removed them. The French onion soup was wonderful. The prime rib didn't have much flavor to it. I was glad the au jus was flavorful and helped make the steak edible. Our creme brulee was thick and flavorful as well.

Nice thick steak cooked to perfection. We had a wonderfully helpful waitress. This is fine dining.

The food and service were both very good. I was particularly impressed with the Trio appetizer. I personally think the prices are a little on the high side, but if you're going to S&S, you know you're going to be spending some $$$.

I had the Ruben sandwich today and it was fantastic. It was a little noisy with the remodeling but very minor.

I don't want to give it ANY stars. The service was horrible. We had reservations even though it wasn't busy. We got seated. Not one server came to greet us or even offer us water! 3 tables got seated after us and they got greeted and served. We waited for 15 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us. We got up and walked out. I don't understand why this place is such a THING...we will not recommend this place to anyone.

Classy place, nice quiet atmosphere. The prices charged eleivate expectations....then let you down. The server recommended a glass of wine for my wife..$20 when we got the bill. Normal meals get a salad for a $2 up charge, my wife's Sea Bass was good but, $8 for a spinach salad was 4x the others. This experience would have been better if the server alerted us to the $28 charge for A glass of wine and spinach salad. $34 for a 2 bite flavor void filet mignon was also disappointing. You can get much better food for less in Wichita. The servers were polite.

This is not something my wife and I could afford to do very often, but since we decided to splurge we were not disappointed. Everything was absolutely on point. We highly suggest the dinner for two. It's the best deal and you get the whole experience.

Once again the Scotch & Sirloin disappoints. I went there for Mother's Day brunch because I had procrastinated and 2 other restaurants we're booked up. I got my food and the squash and scalloped potatoes were cold. I told management that the Sterno must be out and sure enough no heat under several of the chaffing dishes. This is pretty basic stuff and someone should have caught that. Management is pretty stoic and didn't apologize or seem concerned. The food choices for the luch part of the the brunch were very limited and there was nothing nothing that special. Prime rib and Atlantic Salmon served cold were the choices. I sure miss the old days when Sonny was there looking after things. If the Scotch continues to underperform they will start losing business. The brunch was supposed to be over at 3:00. However they had started tearing down at 2:30 pm. It teally was sad. They have fallen a long way from their former glory. I regret spending the money and wish that my Mother-in-Law would have had a better meal on Mother's Day.

Beautiful place. Great service. Prices too high. Food not seasoned well enough. Pork chop was dry and a little burnt. Dessert and claw chowder were great. Overall, I was let down. $100 ticket and only liked the soup and dessert.

Went there with a group for Xmas lunch and was disappointed as waitress was slow and must be having a bad day and meal was not that great and everyone agreed with me.and next year some where else would be fine.

I ate here 3 days last week and The food was amazingly good and worth the quality prices. Expected service to match but service for all three meals was below average.

My husband and I went here on a special lunch date and were very pleased with the quality of food presented! He got the BLT and I got the hot beef sandwich. Both were deliciously heavy on the meat and full of flavor. We will definitely be back!

Steak was not cooked how I wanted. Took forever to get an ice tea

This is one of the finest steak houses in Wichita. For non-beef eaters, there are other options as well. It is not cheap, but you will be well taken care of.

The tomahawk steak (Bone in Ribeye) does not always exist but it's awesome! Best ever!

This place is great. Found out the hard way they don't accommodate kids. Other than that, good food, great steak, average service, high price but it's fine dining, duh :-)

Love the house salad with chicken on it! Always great. Always fresh. Chicken is always cooked to perfection. Iced tea is always good. Not bitter. Coffee is equally as good! Love the coffee. The daily specials are super yummy too! Ample serving portions. Recommend #ScotchandSirloin. Newly remodeled. Restrooms always clean.

This has stayed one of the nicest steak, sirloin and Single malt Scotch restaurant to eat at for the last 20 years. Never disappoints.

Nice atmosphere! Large wine selection! Ordered the Ribeye, it was average, not great! Have had better for a lot less!

I love prime ribs from Scotch & Sirloin. I have invited 2 of my friends to join me for brunch today (9/4/2016). It's very disappointing, the plates were not cleaned. In fact, the plates are old and very very dirty. We have to search clean plates for our meals, that included the desert plates. I have passed 2 very dirty plates to the front desk. One customer has left over CAKE on his hand when picking up those 'clean' plates. Later the front desk service was flipping those plates to make sure they are cleaned. I'll not go back to the restaurant anymore if the situation is not improving, very disgusting. This restaurant supposed to be a nice restaurant, not a street food stalls!

Went to a presentation by Market group. Enjoyed a free meal. The food was very good.

I love the scotch! But I do think it is over priced. We only go here for special occasions. But I will say I absolutely love their Sunday brunch! I believe it's still $14.99 from 10-2???(something like that) Prime rib, so many salads, potatoes, chicken, fish, sides, and an amazing desert bar and omelette bar as well. We used to live really close and drink mimosas and coffee at home all morning and walk down for the buffet. The drinks are great at the scotch but again pricey! But it is definitely a Wichita staple.

Work dinner party, food was ok, a little pricey and took a long time to get. For the cost, would have expected better and more timely service.

I ve dined here several times and never had an issue, until now. I mean sure, the food and service is not always consistent, but I can get over that. However, I can t get over bluntly rude service. My issue is with the manager at the host stand wearing a blue JCPenney s suit and cheap cologne. He was extremely unnecessarily rude. As soon as we walked in, he asked if we had a reservation, in which we replied with no . It s 4pm and the restaurant is completely dead, we re talking literally 2 tables. Yet, he decides to make a nasty remark. I mean I guess I can get you in, you re cutting it really close . He s saying this as he s rolling his eyes. He had an extremely poor attitude and even slapped the menus down on the table when he sat us. I don t know who let this Applebee s manager in, but please send him back.

For the price we paid and the expectations we had for this place it was a total let down. Was a Monday evening around 19:30. Given a booth that was not made up with cutlery and napkins etc and had a slight bad odour to it, a definite deep clean is overdue. We got the sales pitch to buy a 'great deal' bottle of wine for $100, sort of expected that but we didn't want it. Starters arrived but no cutlery yet. We prompted a staff member who brought us 3 forks each then left. I began to eat my shrimps with my hands but was desperate for a napkin. Again we got the staff member to assist. We got 2 napkins from the store and one was taken from another table. My friend ordered a salad to have with his main meal this turned up as a stand alone extra course. We explained again that this salad was to arrive with the steaks it was taken back. Quite a while later our mains arrived, swiftly laid on the table and the staff disappeared. No knives or steak knives as yet have made an appearance at our table. Yet again we asked for cutlery and at last steak knives were robbed from another set table for us. My steak was nicely cooked rare but was at best tepid at the table as if it had been sat waiting to be served in the kitchen. My whole party felt disappointment with the expirience and will not be returning. Sort out the basics, in a town full of great steak restaurants you need to lead the field at those prices we paid over $300.

Personal atmosphere to carry a conversation, great wait staff, and top selection of steak and seafood in Wichita. Great special night out or get together with friends.

My husband surprised me with a fancy dinner, "Just Because". The waitress was wonderful and helpful with wine selection. Will go back.

Good old fashioned steak house. I have had the bone in ribeye both times which as very good and correctly cooked to medium rare. Could have been a bit more generous on the amount of asparagus as a side. Good service. Not cheap but when compared to other steak houses the prices seem reasonable

It's a sad day that I have to change my review from a 5 to a 2. The food is good and the atmosphere has always been great but a big part of the experience is the customer service. Today of all days...Mothers Day..my best friend who is a mother received at best terrible service. My plates were removed, my drinks were refilled, and my napkin was even folded everytime I got up to get another plate from the buffet. Unfortunately my guest did not receive the same service. She had to continually ask for her plates to be removed, her drinks refilled, and no one folded her napkin. She was not treated in the same manner. Especially this day of all days. We then left and she called the Manager a couple of hours later who did not offer an resolution. It's sad that a Wichita tradition has dropped in service and status. Don't think this review means anything? You have no idea how much local social media clout I have. Seriously...for $120.00 everyone should have been treated like kings and queens. Definitely will not be returning after an insulting experience. There are plenty of other dining alternatives in this town.

Scotch & Sirloin always has interesting food with beautiful presentation. Service is wonderful and they have a fine wine list. Great for lunch and dinner. when the weather is nice, the outside seating is delightful/

The Chateubriand for two is advertised on their online menu with no restrictions as to which days it is offered. In the restaurant, we were informed it is only offered Fridays and Saturdays. False advertising is not acceptable. Our waitress didn't even try to make it right by honoring it for us this one time, but instead let us walk out and go to the pub next door where I'm sipping a Guiness while writing this review.

I will say the food at S&S was really good when my wife and I visited about 6 years ago, when we lived in Wichita. We now live in KC and - excuse me *takes another swig of beer* - are visiting family in Dallas, so we thought we'd hit up S&S on the way, and made sure our favorite menu option was available beforehand. *Burp*. Does one really have to call and confirm the menu is what's stated? (can I get more beer?)

Excellent steak. Very good selection of scotch as well as wine. I had a unpleasant waitress initially but I will say that the management handled it swiftly and with expertise. So well in fact, not only will I return, but I have and will continue to reccomend this restaurant to all my friends and family... or anyone in the Wichita area in need of the perfectly cooked steak. I live 3 hours away and I will visit at least once a month!!

A classic, been coming here since I was a child. Food is top notch and the service and atmosphere are timeless.

Had the prime rib was super dry no flavor just a plain piece of dry meat even ordered med rare. Had the blueberry old fashioned came to me in the small glass which is right but the drink was half full almost all ice but gotta give it up for the bread and butter it was the best. 180 dollars for great bread I'm not a fan enough said..

Not impressed. Just finished an important business dinner. One of our guests ordered her steak well done and after cutting into it, it was medium rare. She returned it and waited most of the dinner for another steak. Finally steak arrived and it was exactly the same steak thrown on the grill again. No apologies.

Shame on you guys. For your prices that s not how you treat customers. Not going back.

Service kinda sucks, mashed potatoes were lukewarm. Drink service is hit or miss. Stingy wine and scotch pours. For the price I expect more. I enjoy Woodfire Grill or Redrock better.

Good place to get good food at reasonable prices or just grab a drink

Made a reservation for a nice Valentines dinner on Saturday. Came in and was sat right away. It was a good seat at least. The server was friendly. And that was where it started to go down hill. I ordered a drink, which was forgot till about half way through the meal. Then brought the incorrect drink and eventually got the right one. Any where else would have comped the drink but not here since it was $14 for a mixed drink. We were made to feel like they were doing us a favor by providing bread for the meal. My water was only filled up after asking twice. The food it's self was disappointing and for the price you would expect more on the plate. We ordered the lobster mac and cheese and decided to take it home. The waitress said that she would box it and bring it back. She never brought it back and I didn't think of it till I was home. We were looking forward to the meal since we only spend this much on a meal on special occasions. I won't make that $125 mistake again.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for our dinner event. The service for 45 people was AMAZING. My drink never went empty and everything went smoothly. Everyone in my group had nothing but wonderful things to says about this venue. Oh and the food....DELICIOUS! Definitely recommend the Scotch and Sirloin!!

An iconic Wichita establishment. Great food and service. Been going here for 20 years and will continue to eat here.

Quality Meals and the feeling at this location is super good. went there on a friday i think. there was quick, helpful, and friendly service. prices were appropriate.
