You get what you pay for, and that's exactly why you should come here. I can't sing enough praise for their wait staff. I don't eat expensively often, but this place is a treat and an example for all other restaurants to aspire to become. While they recite a new specialty menu every day, they also remain knowledgeable over the existing menu items. My girlfriend is gluten free, and introduced herself as such when the appetizer bread arrived. Our waiters have repeatedly remembered this fact throughout the night, including correcting dishes that had bread in them, or substitution items that we didn't know had wheat in it.

Everyone there has a strong working knowledge of the bar and their offerings, and have even replaced drinks that just weren't tasty enough when clearly we were indecisive about the choices.

Steaks are cooked and seasoned to perfection every time. The side dishes are carefully prepared. Not a single detail of your night will go missed if you dine here.

Had an incredible dinner with an incredible Man. This is now one of my favorite places to dine. We were treated like royalty! And the food was amazing, best I've had so far. Will be drinking quite often.

Chamberlains Steakhouse is a Dallas tradition - a welcome addition to any family celebration. We recently held my father in laws 80th Birthday celebration in the wine room where the restaurant catered to the family with a custom menu. The room was beautiful and food from steaks to seafood - perfectly prepared. The service was five star that evening.

I sat at the bar with a couple of pals. I ordered the Salmon Tacos. I was pleasantly surprised by an overstuffed burrito cut in half. I was totally not expecting that. The food was okay. The taste was mostly bland. Their liquor selection is mediocre. Not my cup of tea. The atmosphere seemed pretty dull.

Terrific steak and chop house. Perfect for business dinner. Excellent attentive service, awesome quality steak, good wine list. I had the ribeye - excellent. Colleague asked for a 12 oz filet and they made it happen (excellent as well).

Exceptional food and service. I was recently at a competitor steakhouse for mother's day. Chamberlains outshines them in every dimension. The courses were impeccably timed. The drinks were kept full. The service was omnipresent and effective, yet unobtrusive. I can't say enough. Go here to celebrate for yourself or to impress your guests.

My husband and I went to dinner here for our anniversary a few days ago and it was a good experience but not the great experience we expected. The staff was lovely and the restaurant was beautiful. The dry aged bone in ribeye wasn t as tender as we would have liked, we re wondering if it was because it came out rare instead of medium rare. It was a good steak but for the price we expected it to melt in your mouth. The lamb chops were good and the truffle grits were to die for. Overall it was good but for the price we wish we were blown away.

I've been going here for 20 years. Sadly, I won't go back again. The last few times I've felt very pressured to buy their cigars when i usually bring my own and buy drinks there. The ladies working the cigar bar are clearly getting a commission on cigar sales and it shows by their aggressiveness to sell. When I did not buy one, i received a bad attitude and bad service. My business social activities have now moved to another more welcoming place.

Steaks are available dry aged, if you prefer and the portions are generous. Perfectly cooked to order and seasoned just right, this is what I live for when I travel to Dallas.

Local craft beers and a well stocked bar complement an incredible wine list from around the world. The waitstaff are well informed, patient, and entertaining.

Handcrafted cigars and single malt scotches finish off a great evening with friends. The cigar lounge includes multiple TVs for game viewing pleasure.

The atmosphere, the staff and the food. All equally amazing! Our waiter, Keith Adams, was fantastic and a great joy to talk to why he waited on us. We always enjoy coming here for our special occasion meals, we look forward to it every time. Chamberlain's does not disappoint anytime we go.

This was my first time here. Attending a company party. The food is wonderful. Its more then I can eat. Great Staff all around to the Valet.

Service was great. I ordered crab cakes and I guess they forgot to put the crab meat in them because I could not find any.

Not impressed. Steaks ok but place is stuffy and staff not so friendly, unless your a regular.

Last week was our first time we went to this place. But It is absolutely not the last. We had great time with the good service, with the high quality dishes and booze and with the decent price. We will no doubt come back in a short time.

My friend and I selected Chamberlains on a whim. I was dressed extremely casual (t-shirt, cap, tennis shoes) and wasn t sure how that would go over. Yet we were welcomed with such sincerity and warm smiles that I was very comfortable.

Daisy was fabulous. She was attentive throughout, made excellent recommendations, and even freshened our coffee as we sat and talked after dessert. Our main entrees were superb. We ordered fish. Didn t have to add salt to nothing.

I loved their lemon pie, which I typically find too tart at other places. I ordered their chocolate cake yet traded it for the lemon pie. The chocolate cake was like a microwave mushy cake texture. I m certain many people like it yet I did not.

It s pricy yet we found it worth it. We are definitely going back. While I m certain the other servers were great, you will not go wrong with Daisy.

Excellent, personalized service when checking in. Perfect timing for the different courses of the meal. The first time we ate there was 21 years ago and it is definitely on the top of our list (still). Delicious food, generous portions and excellent desert selection.

I go here with my wife all the time. They make you feel like you are the only one being waited on. The food is always fantastic!

I had the NY strip and it was perfect. The other people in my group ordered different things I got to taste and was perfect as well. Brandy Alexander was out dessert and no complaints there either. Service is impeccable.

Started off with the wagyu potstickers, which were okay. There was some type of sauce on it I wasnt a fan of. We also had the lobster deviled eggs which was magnificent and each egg had a big chunk of delicious lobster. Husband ordered the bone-in aged ribeye and absolutely loved it. I had the surf and turf with a center cut that was covered in an apricot red wine reduction. I'm not usually a fan of having my steaks slathered in anything, but the sauce was absolutely amazing. I cleaned off my plate. We finished off with a delightful creme brulee. Will definitely be back here!

The service and food were amazing. Our server Todd was excellent. I had the lobster thermidor and my wife had the peppercorn filet mignon both were cooked to perfection. I also recommend the deviled eggs they were great as well.

I would have to say this is one of the best experiences dining out I've ever had. Chamberlain's took exceptional care of our dinner party of 14 in every aspect. The food was wonderful. We had the pleasure of meeting Richard Chamberlain and he was a delight as well. Carl was a professional in every sense of the word and added humor and joy to our dinner. Took my husband to dinner here for his birthday. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. I like it when servers do not introduce themselves by name and don't linger to chat, reserved and professional. That is exactly what we got here. We will come here again for a special occasion.

The peppercorn filet is one of the best streaks I have had in Dallas. Always a nice place to go for a special occasion.

Great service, the 16 oz. Prime ribeye seemed a tad small, but the cut of meat was extraordinary and cooked medium rare to perfection!

Made a reservation for 11 people on a Wednesday night. The place was unexpectedly busy. The service started out o.k. When the food arrived, the two kid's prime ribs were completely cold as if it was out of the frig. Send them back and it came back a bit warmer. Overall, our steaks were relatively cold which indicated that there were sitting on the chef's counter for a while (poor service). The waiter did not ask if we wanted deserts so the checks were on the table right after dinner. We complained after dinner but the manger never came to us.
With so many great steak houses in Dallas area, Chamberlain may want to look into their management and wait staff. Next time, Del Frisco.

It was good. But for these prices, too many in my party of 10 said their steak was cold or fish was avg. I liked mine. But its not in my top 10 in DFW.

The food was well seasoned and delicious. I recommend the brussel sprouts cos they tasted amazing. The staff were professional, patient, and made sure everyone in our party was satisfied. Loved the atmosphere especially the cigar lounge after dinner.

Our GO TO steakhouse in Dallas. If you are looking for the big chain steakhouses - this is different! Always top notch; great specials, expansive wine & bourbon list and the service is amazing! If you want something special, this is the place- you can t go wrong. Great bar, great restaurant

Chamberlains is absolutely wonderful. The food, service, and the way they treat their guests has always been top notch. Would definitely recommend one of their Wagyu steaks. 5/5 stars, hands down.

Excellent food and service. I had visited here 3 times seven years ago. I was in the Dallas area for a conference and was able to go again with 3 coworkers. Fantastic as before. One of the best steaks I have ever eaten.

Hands down the best service I have ever had! Our server Jason was incredible, the steak was cooked beautifully, and the atmosphere was perfect. Everyone was very friendly and greeted us with sincerity. If I was able to rate 6 stars I would!

Expensive but worth it. My ribeye was very good but a bit under-cooked. The lobster deviled eggs were cool.

Nothing short of amazing! My husband and I don t have the opportunity to get out much (new parents to twins!) and Chamberlain s made our experience incredible. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and both our waiter and waitress were highly attentive, and allowed us to take our time between each entree. Will most certainly return!
