I'm sorry to say that the brunch has change. The shrimp had no flavor and nothing else was that great. Oh except the prime rib. My husband and I invited our mother in law out as last time we were there it was good. Guess we will need to find a new place for Sunday brunch. :(

Worst dining experience I've had in a long time. For an "upscale" steakhouse, the food was mediocre at best; the salad had dried carrot slices, and the baked potatoe was not completely baked. It took over 20 minutes to just get a piece of carrot cake! Service from waitress was miserable; she never came back to the table to check if everything was all right after the entrees were served, and I had to chase her down just to get steak knives. When the bill came, it was wrong. What was suppose to be a dinner for 2 people for $75, the food alone was over $90, plus our drinks! All this, plus a few other issues explains why they are not very busy.

We had a work function there. I hadn't been in quite a few years, and WOW! It is beautiful in there! The staff is genuinely so nice, and make you feel welcomed. They were all wearing masks, and The food was impeccable! I can't wait to go back. I just could not get over how beautiful it is in there!

Atmosphere and food was phenomenal. I suggest this place. Pricey but worth it. Staff was AMAZING. Bianca and Caitlyn were also AMAZING thank you girls.

Cozy dining, with a wine list to die for! The Scotch, has been great for decades. The dining room feels slightly dated, but the excellent food makes up for it. It's a nice place to have a drink with friends.

I received a $50 gift card for Scotch & Sirloin from my boss, an attorney. My husband and I went there for romantic date. I asked for a table and was promptly seated in the "lounge". We had visited this place before a couple of times and I always sat in the restaurant area. I would have rather waited for a bit for a table in the restaurant.
In the lounge area the bartender was in a foul mood and threw something to a server. She cursed while preparing someone's drink. There was a party of patrons there that were more than slightly inebriated, but it is a bar. They were so loud however, that we could barely carry on a conversation.
Our waitress, while very sweet and pleasant, made a grave error. We asked for more bread...so she brought it to us without a plate or even a napkin...yep, she was holding it with her fingers and the knife. Prior to that, she had mentioned to us that they had a"special" on an appetizer which consisted of 3 scallops wrapped in bacon, topped with guacamole. The "special" rang up as $19! ($6.33 per scallop! Some SPECIAL!).
Our meals arrived and the portions did not disappoint. The food itself was good. We both had prime rib and a stuffed potatoe. I had a glass of wine and my husband had a rum and coke. No desserts. Our total bill for the night was $150+. We paid our bill and left. Not even a "thank you; good night".
Not at all what we expected. Disappointed.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. The prime rib is incredible and Mike (the owner) is so passionate about the food and wine served in his restaurant. He and his staff will take the time to explain the importance of wine decanting, and selecting the right glass for the specific wine you are drinking. My favorites are the prime rim (chef recommended med rare with fresh horseradish) shrimp cocktail, fried chicken livers (you got to try them), carrots cake and tumbleweed. One of my favorite restaurants in Wichita.

Best prime rib in town according to my husband. They have lovely holiday buffets.

I can't even remember how many times I've been to the "Scotch" but more than I can drag up from my brain. It's wonderful - atmosphere, service and the very best food. If you can afford it - eat here often! I love it. :D

How do you call a restaurant Scotch and Sirloin and you don't serve a Sirloin. It should be called Scotch and No Sirloin.

I know this place since 1993 and really eat the best meat in the area, almost as tasty as meat from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We like this place in our migration north for the summer. Delicious steaks, cozy booths but this time the wine pour was pitiful. Hardly reached the wide part of the glass. Waitress was average. Place was not busy on a Saturday night and it's starting to look alittle ratty.

Great prime rib they have done a great job on the remodel.

The service was terrible. We must have had a new server because we got another server mud way through dinner. Took :45 minutes to get salad. We had to ask for bread. Since it was busy was and we were expensing separately between two of us....they split the bill instead of separate checks. 2 hours later we got out of there and all we ordered was Steak and salad. Monday night.

Food was excellent and service was great and resposive.

Excellent service, delicious food. Our waitress, Angela(?), was amazing; very knowledgeable about their food in terms of cuts, where it was sourced from and ingredients used.

It was average not what it used to be back in the day

I took my family to the Scotch this past Saturday to celebrate a few things with the family. The food was excellent as usual, but the service was atrocious (our table was a disaster the entire evening). I would not recommend going there on a Saturday as they must have their "B" or "C" team there serving.

Wowza! I heard this was one of the fanciest places in town and I'm disappointed I didn't go before today. The carrot cake...I almost wish it was my meal. The first bite was amazing and I was committed to eating the whole thing but it's soooo over the top amazing and rich...got a to go box. The steak and grilled veggies were also great.

Great food, great time, great wine and Bianca made the evening perfect as our server!

LANA our server was EXCELLENT!!! We had a party of about 20 women. Salmon was cooked perfectly

Not once did the staff ask me how I liked the meal and I would have told them it was not a very good Prime at all . I have had a lot better cut and better flavor at other places .

We love the food at The Scotch. The wind selection cant be beat, and the decanters are unlike any I've ever seen.

Food was food but took about 1.5 hrs to get the food. The wait time was ridiculous.

I haven't eaten Chester's. But, Scotch & Sirloin never disappoints!!!! Food is phenomenal! Extensive wine list! Service and Staff are great! In the simplest of words and In my opinion respectively it is the best restaurant in Wichta

Excellent food! Great service. I've said it many times, 'best steak in Wichita'. The prime rib is wicked amazingly tasty. This place is one of our favorite places to eat within 500 miles

What can I say this was a delightful experience. Great atmosphe excellent service and the food was amazing. Also had the most delicious dessert. Thank you for a nice experience. I will be back.

Plentiful parking. Don't be deceived by construction on exterior. Dining was wonderful. Food was excellent. Wait staff attentive and knowledgeable. Disappointed the live piano music is gone and we stuck listening to piped in music....Little River Band. (Which I like not for fine dining).

This place is fancy, but prices seem higher than the quality.

The only bad thing is the noise from the remodeling and the people that work there talking very loud and laughing The food was wonderful though
