I joined their wine of the month club and received...

I joined their wine of the month club and received my first few with no problem. The wine was very good and I had no problems. Then on the last shipment they delivered it only at around 6 in the morning when I was not awake yet. Since I was not there to receive it they shipped it back. I called customer service and they took a week to get back to me and told me it was my fault for not being around when the order was shipped. I then asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. They shipped it out again with the same problem. I called again, there is never anyone that answers the customer service line and they never got back to me. I'm out 70 dollars and never received my wine and was treated very poorly.
