I called the 24/7 plumber guard because I had a leak in the sink. They asked me to send a picture and I explained where it leaked. During the conversation, I stated several times that they should not come if they could not fix it. The man on the phone just meant that it was changing packs and that they could fix this. I could hear in the background that the colleague said no, but I chose to rely on the guy. I repeated again that they should not come if they could not fix it, but again he repeated that they could. When they got to the place it took 1 min before he confirmed that he could not fix it when the water trap had to be replaced. Then he also said it was difficult to see this through the picture and I then asked for an explanation as to why they said they could. The guy also pretended to be the general manager even though it didn't vote, the general manager was present too, but mostly shut up. They were with me 5 min to fool me for 4500 kr. I see the reviews they've got here and that's why I contacted them, but I can safely say that I've never encountered such an unethical and dirty company as them. I sent the same picture to two other companies: the plumber central in Oslo and Hagen VVS without saying what had happened, and they clearly stated that I had to switch parts / water trap and that this had to order before they arrived on the spot. This they could look at the same picture they didn't see from 24/7 (chose to fool me). I was fooled and therefore I say so that others do not use this company. Also, contact serious companies such as: plumber central and Hagen plumbing. 24/7 is a frivolous company that I will never recommend to anyone.

Water leak in the evening, found plumber by applying for plumbing guard 24 hours. Nice plumber came later than promised, did not find the fault, cut a hose unnecessarily, was more damaged and increased repair costs. Gave up troubleshooting, said the hourly rate was high in the evening, and promised to call at. 09 almost day, never called. Tok kr. 8100 for a half-hour visit, had with payment terminal. The company has not responded to 2 emails.
Called another and local company the next day who found the error immediately and fixed it. They were very critical of the visit the night before and that a snake was cut, and said that I must pursue this matter. Since the company does not take responsibility, I will contact the consumer council.

Hopeless - steer away. I needed emergency help in my apartment one Sunday and called them. They said they should have a plumber in my place within an hour. After two hours I purred. Then they said it would take 40 minutes extra. After three hours I called again and they said they should check it up and call me back after three minutes. Then I never heard from them again. I called them many times, but without answer. This is a service that writes on their websites that they provide attendance guarantee - they guarantee in writing both that they should be easily obtained and that they should be able to be there within an hour. So after waiting half the day I finally had to contact another plumber. I have rarely experienced poorer service and more unprofessionalism.

We had them in for an urgent assignment where the nature of the assignment was well described.
They were quickly in place with a nice fitter (he deserves praise).
He did not have the parts needed to carry out the assignment (from previous experience we expected that it was a matter of course that the fitter had the right parts for a described assignment), so the fitter had to go to the wholesaler.
Price estimates and invoices that deviated by 50%, unlawful additions that do not hang on. A rude and junky daily manager who responds very arrogantly to email.
I searched for the company on proff.no, the result shows why they take the prices they do and add like no other serious companies. This is confirmed by other plumbing companies I have contacted afterwards. Leave the money elsewhere, warn friends, colleagues and others who talk about needing plumbing services.

Started a project with me with 2 bathrooms November 1, 2019, efficient, tidy and talented workers and a project manager who held the threads and has been available to almost the entire project and been out in the field even often to see that things are on track.
They mainly met up to the agreed time and told me if there were any delays or errors / shortcomings. :) very pleased with my completed job

Highly recommend this company I called far out in the evening / night when I discovered that I had a lot of water in the basement. The plumber was at my place after a short time and helped. Great service and he explained to me what needed to be done. He was incredibly helpful and jotted down so I understood what was wrong.

On an urgent mission, they came to me when I had lost water pressure. It was described in the job description. This happened on the weekend and they promised to come within 1h ++ according to the message. After several hours, they arrived and debugged the facility. When they arrive, they lack tools and equipment, etc. They had also advertised that they had assignments in much of Norway, ergo then as a customer expect you ar they had partners in the district. Something they did not have. They had to transport both electricians and flushing cars over 100 km away. And this cost me a total of 31000 ++ and the pipes clogged a few hours after they were finished. Called a good local player on Monday morning which opened all the way up again, cost me 10,000 and the end result then gave me more than the 31,000 that were thrown out the window.

You point out that you were available at night, so what should one seem surprised about here when you advertise that you are available 24/7?
After you had answered me on the review here, you send me a private SMS where you write that you are provoked by me. Professional pride is a good trait there, but to go to a customer by SMS afterwards only shows an enormous arrogance and shown I have to be ashamed of my opinions about price and quality of work, and that I did not take this directly by email / phone . Then I will live well with it when I see the hill arrogant attitudes you show when you yourself do not agree with the assessment.

Never came as promised, several errors and omissions at work, have not submitted approval papers, repeated lies and explanations. Ended up changing plumbers as they never arrived on time or fixed things here deal. Dishonest and incompetent. Steer away!

Got a water leak over the water meter, was not at home himself but the tenant in the basement who discovered this. She turned off the main tap, and we called the plumber. They took 4500, - for the first hour incl the drive to where we live. This was adjusted up to 6935, - after they were with us.
They were quick on the spot, so that was positive. What was negative was that
they did not have pipes so that they could replace the short stump that was needed, explained the problem before they arrived, but in that case they had to call and get someone to open a shop to pick up parts, this cost an additional 4500, - + then driving, hours att and forward etc. and came to over 20,000, - Then for a maximum of 30cm with pipes. No special pipes or couplings needed here.
Then refused no further assistance and got hold of a local plumber who came 1 hour after these were here and arranged this at a fraction of the price. And these parts had them lying in the car ....

A giant plumber quickly came into place after a water line had broken.
Can really recommend this company!

Had used them a couple of times in 2019. Had leakage and emergency came quickly. Was happy but of course prices are sky expensive since one has to pay for "emergency / service". Use them again recently in February.
We had the problem with the pump, and caused a leak. It happened tonight around 20:00, they could not come within 2 hours as they are so busy they said. The next day came them, but can not fix then the missing equipment. It was agreed that they would return. When it ended up that they had to replace the small pump. They therefore came back again. So the problem was not solved on the day, it was fixed after 3 days. But on the bill we have to pay all hours as "supplement for expression during the day, expression beyond 2 hours" blah blah. It also cost double the price of the pump they bought for us.
Just stay away. A small job cost 5 times the costs of the other plumber.

They were quick on the thread when I submitted tenders, and came quickly. Then I heard little or nothing. The only thing that came was an invoice and a reminder from Lindorff. Took six months before they completed the assignment and deleted the invoice. Highly recommend not to hire them for any work. Think maybe this has been my fresh customer experience.

Got super help on the phone Friday night by Suad Hot when newly installed hot water tank earlier in the day did not deliver hot water. The installer (another company) had made a mistake. The problem was fixed over the phone. Suad saved the weekend! Thank you.

Called for water damage in the bathroom one Saturday, appeared within 2 hours and minimized the damage. The plumber turned out to be nice and helpful.

Had clogged sewer Sunday afternoon and they arrived quickly. The plumber had two suction cups and 2 bottles of drain opener for NOK 450 each. He had to call in a car wash when he could not do the job. He paid almost NOK 6,000 for bad work and also received a bill from the company with the washing car - understandably enough. Do not use this company !! Skinny you!

Not recommended, so steer clear !!

Quick and good help! I came home to a full flood in the bathroom, wastewater pumped out from the drain in the shower. I contacted 24/7 because it was afternoon / evening, and soon after came a knowledgeable and efficient plumber who quickly got control. Very professional!

Junk company. The plumber was 1.5 hours late (they forgot the appointment and I had to urge), and when he arrived he stated that this type of problem (backlash in the drain) they usually fail to fix. Had to call car wash and wait 1 hour until the middle of the night. A total of 4500 for plumber + 4500 for flushing car.

A serious company would refer to the car washer on the phone instead of taking the job and billing roughly for a problem they know is probably not going to fix.

Water splashed out of the cistern in the toilet and I needed quick help so I called these on February 15th. Waited and waited and got several turnaround times while I had to be home from work and they showed up in the evening. They put a valve on the water inlet to the toilet and ordered a part for the cistern. Complete lack of contact and impossible to get hold of the site. Just new times and days they did not come on. It took 3 weeks to get a working toilet and I have now received bills of almost 9,000 kroner. Inserting the part that was missing in the tank took 10 minutes and they have written a bill of 4250 kroner for it (incl. Part) and calculated 2 hours of work. Stay away!

Used 24/7 Plumbing Service in connection with the renovation of my kitchen. Are very pleased with the execution of the job and accurate attendance.

I had a setback in the sink and called the plumbing ward to get this fixed. They solved this okay, but used so strong solvents that the sink got bad etching damage. Upon contact they repeatedly said this should they look at, but they never contacted. Fortunately, the insurance company arranged everything.

Steer away! If they hurt something with you then you are dependent on good insurance.
