On an urgent mission, they came to me when I had lost water pressure. It was described in the job description. This happened on the weekend and they promised to come within 1h ++ according to the message. After several hours, they arrived and debugged the facility. When they arrive, they lack tools and equipment, etc. They had also advertised that they had assignments in much of Norway, ergo then as a customer expect you ar they had partners in the district. Something they did not have. They had to transport both electricians and flushing cars over 100 km away. And this cost me a total of 31000 ++ and the pipes clogged a few hours after they were finished. Called a good local player on Monday morning which opened all the way up again, cost me 10,000 and the end result then gave me more than the 31,000 that were thrown out the window.

Do you also refer to the fact that I am just complaining about price. In the review, I probably complain more that I gave so much for something that did not last overnight.
So then one can ask the question of how good the quality of the work that was done in advance is? When I mention tools / equipment, it was mentioned in two contexts whether I had aids available that you had forgotten about.
You point out that you were available at night, so what should one seem surprised about here when you advertise that you are available 24/7?
After you had answered me on the review here, you send me a private SMS where you write that you are provoked by me. Professional pride is a good trait there, but to go to a customer by SMS afterwards only shows an enormous arrogance and shown I have to be ashamed of my opinions about price and quality of work, and that I did not take this directly by email / phone . Then I will live well with it when I see the hill arrogant attitudes you show when you yourself do not agree with the assessment.
