I didn't see one person collect their order without an issue. There weren't that many customers in the store either. When I collected my prepaid order I wasn't given one of the more expensive items until I pointed out it wasn't in the bag.

I know that SCAN Malta receives frequent positive reviews and is recommended by many, but I still felt the need to post another review.

Been to the shop around four times in the last month.

Once was on the lookout for a monitor so was wondering around. All staff members continuously asked me whether I needed any help, and whenever I asked something which they were not sure about, they were quick in checking for a proper reply.

Another time I needed a custom length of network cable. Ordered it by email and within a couple of hrs got a call that it was ready. Was informed that Servicing closed earlier than the showroom. Asked whether I could collect it from showroom, and was served.

Ordered a network switch which was not yet in stock. Was told it should be in two wks. Received a msg after a couple of days that it had actually arrived and to collect it within 3 working days. Went almost a wk after and it was still reserved.

And the cherry on the cake was last Saturday. They actually had a parker managing traffic in and out of their car park!

Extremely poor and slow service provided after PAID! Not even a single component was delivered under the promise of 3-4days free delivery .
After all the things had been said and done, 6 days of waiting with very poor feed back, even after the call from your company. NOT A THING was received with the money I paid. How disrespectful is ur company towards a customer s basic right? Is it too much to ask for the product I bought after paid?
Update All I want is the product to be delivered to the right place by today s(5 Dec) 12 o clock in the noon

No matter what Black Scan ... they asked me for a Malta ID and I own a real estate here in Malta just for a phone that was to be purchased in installments and not more than 400s ... shame alive ... Intercop gave them a soul ... don't go to Scan

Fair amount of computer, audio and household electrics in one place, but always worth checking if goods can be bought and shipped in online first as it may be cheaper.

The best shop on the island for all tech supplies. Service is good, albeit very slow, even when it's not as busy. Avoid going on Saturdays.

Good choice of different brands. You receive a number when you enter the store. Thereafter a monitor counts down the numbers, once your number is up the staff will help you. Friendly and helpful. Don't forget to ask for a discount.

Good selection of electronics. However beware that if you get a faulty product delivered they will try to give you store credit and not refund the delivery cost

Good and Modern place with underground parking. A little bit out of the way for the southern part of the country. Has a variety of good electronic items and is renowned for its seriousness as a firm. Highly Recommended for electronic goods.

Lost 3 stars as I tems were out of stock, they don't do free delivery, the service was slow.

If it is not the best, definitely is one of the best computer shops in Malta.

Most of my experiences with Scan have been quite good. However, my experience today was what prompted the review.

I will say this first. Their products are good, the parking is great (for Malta), their prices are reasonable, and their staff are generally very knowledgeable and friendly.

However, that being the case, I will say I believe they are relatively understaffed. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and what to ask for. But I walked/stood around for roughly 40 minutes looking for someone to help me get what I needed before one of the managers was finally able to help me. Every time I asked an employee for help, they were already doing something, or helping someone else.

This isn't the first time I've struggled to get help in the store, but today was the worst experience so far - and I wouldn't give a low rating at all, we're it not for the fact that I have a past injury which makes it painful for me to stand still for that length of time, and there was nowhere to sit.

Basically, you'll get what you need tech-wise from this store, but how quickly you get it is roughly 50/50 depending on your luck.

As xiaomi client i am extremely disappointed, because this IS NOT an official seller, so they do not take care of warranties (although they sell it and do a huge merchandising based on this brand).
Apart from that the shop was a normal shop
