Great ensemble and even if it is not the brewery, there is of course the beer advertised with this house :-D

Beautiful to look at. Have experienced a lot in the leadership.
Fantastically restored, beautiful terrace and Rigoletto was wonderful!
Very impressive this pageantry. Thanks that she shines again in old beauty.
Saw the ballet and was very impressed with both the orchestra and the dancers
A very nice opera, very nice ambience and always good ideas. Top!
Culture at its finest. Such a nice performance. The orchestra was great. A woman was Tirigentin. Super. And the Semperoper itself. Beautiful. It is worth a trip. ,
Interesting tour, but at slightly overpriced prices. Annoying that you also have to squeeze three euros for a photo license.
A very beautiful and ancient architecture. It's worth the visit.
It is a sublime feeling to have been here to enjoy a wonderful performance! So beautiful and incredible this venue. Opera, for me the most emotional art form. I love her!
For me, Dresden has become one of the most beautiful cities in Germany.
Really nice, especially a small insider comes who is now always funny in our class, I only say GIPS
Corona slows down a lot, but with the shortened programs, the Semperoper has found a very good way to offer highlights to at least part of the audience.
We experienced 'Rossini for Gourmets' - a recital like in Rossini's Paris Salon 170 years ago. The Young Ensemble performed everything with a lot of passion and I really liked the moderation because it allowed the pieces to be placed in time. Highly recommended!
An absolute must! Beautiful opera, from the outside we also inside. The history and many details (especially in the common areas) are remarkable!
For families, it should be noted that no stroller can be taken - it must be parked inside the cloakroom and is in any case dry and reasonably guarded during the tour there.
A must for Dresden visitors! Definitely take a guided tour. It is worth it!
This rating does not apply to the performance, it was terrificly good. 5 stars for it.
Rather, it applies to the unspeakable and outrageous nature of employees when dealing with their guests.
I confused the 5 minute break with the big break and quickly left my place to go to the toilet.
Even in the corridor, about 2 meters behind the door, I was told that I shouldn't leave my place, otherwise I would not be allowed in.
Then I quickly wanted to get back to my seat, which was right next to the door. However, the door was closed in front of my nose. With the words that this would no longer be possible. I was very puzzled. It would have been easy to let me back in. Especially since the short renovation phase was not over yet.
It wouldn't have bothered anyone in the room. I could have understood if I had been sitting on the parquet in the middle. However, in 3rd place right at the door, this denied entry to a bad joke. So you can mess up your guests the evening.
An employee who jumped to the side of his colleague justified this with the approval of the terms and conditions.
Of course, you buy a ticket for the opera and first read the terms and conditions.
Stoic adherence to this rule is boring, arrogant and petty.
Instead, you offer your paying guests a place in front of the television. You have to imagine this. I thankfully refused because I was so angry. Especially about the way. So I missed 30 minutes of the performance.
Maybe you should make a short announcement at the beginning. Then this does not happen either.
A little tact on the part of the employees would also be up to date in the snobby Semperoper. Things are stiffer there than at a military parade. After all, you're there to have a nice evening and that's exactly how you should meet your guests.
I would like to rate the beautiful building, the Magic Flute that we visited, musically with five stars, but it was just a terrible, almost embarrassing staging.
Cool mix of neoclassical and socialist architecture.
A guided tour of the Semperoper is a must. The story of the opera, the built material and also the GDR past we got told very interesting. The 45 minutes went by way too fast.
Semper Opera is the concert hall of the Dresden State Company Orchestra.
Its designation is due to the name of the architect Gottfried Semper
that built it in the year 1841.
His style features a combination of Renaissance influences,
baroque and even Corinthian that can be seen in its columns.
The building suffered several very profound damages over its years.
years of existence.
After a violent fire, bombings in World War II, it was being rebuilt and the current version dating from 1981,
constitutes a good example of the Baroque architecture of the city of
Dresden.
The Semper Opera House, is a hall of reference among Opera theaters
in Europe, in particular, its excellent acoustics.
Its location in the historic center of Desdren, next to the river Elbe
it gives you a framework of great beauty.
It is possible and deserves to visit its interior which presents an exquisite
decoration !
I worked there and therefore special impressions. The Semperoper is something very special. The story is unique and its striking appearance. The pieces are a matter of taste, but created with great attention to detail. The staff as well as the artists and musicians are very, very nice people.
Just be careful with the black sellers in front of the Semperoper! They have always been a nuisance because they sell bad places at overpriced prices!
I highly recommend a tour of the opera to every visitor!
Wonderful! In the last 3 weeks, twice visited and nothing to complain about. A lush establishment with interesting and varied displays.
Had very good guidance and learned a lot of interesting facts. It is worth visiting the Semperoper
One should have visited not only for opera friends.
The building from Dresden, which is known from the Radebeg advertising on television. Very nice building near the Elbe.
A beautiful building, it is hard to believe that it has been rebuilt from scratch.
I have not visited another Opera but it is definitely great. Very good customer service and comfortable. The play I saw was masterfully executed by the actors and the orchestra.
When you are here you have to visit them, always take time with you to enter
Stunning building. Catch a show if you can. Top notch performers
Great experience and a real special atmosphere! Worth the price!
Just impressive and it is a must when visiting Dresden.
Very interesting tour of the opera and a breathtaking performance. You can only be amazed.
Beautiful and also very nice concerts or ballets, I can only recommend, something you see only very rarely.
Everything looks fantastic. But during a guided tour it was to be known that some things are not real. For example, are the marbles
pillars are not made of marble, but only painted accordingly. The acoustics were ok, but not spectacular.
A must in Dresden, great ambience, very friendly staff and excellent acoustics.
The construction is well done. The acoustics are beautiful. The decoration is very beautiful. The ceiling is great.
Beautiful scenery, unfortunately a visit is only possible with a guide.
You have to experience it. Worth a guided tour !!!!
A dream, beautiful ambience, did not regret being there.
The 14 Cellos in the Staatskapelle Dresden in concert.
Wonderful building! Great opera seen in first place. A guided tour is also worthwhile.
Be sure to take part in a guided tour. Very interesting information.
A beautiful building in a beautiful place, fascinating even in the rain, you must also have seen a performance, the acoustics ... to enjoy ...
Otello - great acoustics in a wonderfully restored building.
English speaking guided tour with a visit from New Zealand. I thought the German tour a few years ago was great, so I really wanted to do it. Unfortunately, this time we caught the travel guide Gabor K., who didn't seem very motivated, just rattled down the standard program, but explained the options for buying tickets with price categories to us in detail. We sometimes felt like he was talking to children. Pity! The building certainly has a lot more little anecdotes to tell.
Amazing place to go visit. I only have good this to say about Dresden!
Breathtaking ... Should you have seen it once in your life.
Proud as Dresdner on this opera and this great ensemble
