Cancellation of performances: reimbursement is unfortunately made without the "system fee" of 4 per ticket. With several tickets for several canceled performances, there is a lot of loss. Strictly speaking, you pay for a service that has not been performed.
If you reclaim your money using the online form, you will not receive any information on the website or by email that it has worked after submitting it.
Annoying, unprofessional and not customer friendly.
UPDATE: You refund did not work after 6 weeks. I was advised by phone to send my bank details by email. Extremely insecure and can not only repeat EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
Beautiful opera house, both outside and inside. Guided tours are very interesting. Tickets for performances can be afforded.
Very beutiful inside building !!! Hardly recommend it
I would like to rate here only the leadership for 10 euros. This is really very poor. You get in just 45 minutes only the foyer and the interior to face. Not a single look behind the scenes. Very disappointing.
As always worth the trip! Semi-staged performance of Abduction from the Seraglio. Good staging in Corona times. A lot of distance in the spectator area!
Great place and a very nice atmosphere. We have seen the opera Rusalka. The staging was modern and different than expected. The Semperoper is simply a stunning building.
Super house, great actor, great performance of the Magic Flute.
beautiful building, great tour that is definitely worth it
Beautiful place, but it is shown by an unbearable guide that makes a monologo tiring would not go back again
I took the tour through the opera ... Interesting building, many facts but you have to be interested :)
Super nice atmosphere. Great performances. A royal pleasure. Who does not love classical music should book at least for 10 euros a very interesting tour in the house.
Beautiful panorama and a building with multiple breathtaking history
Alone all the trimmings .... it is the incomparable evenings makes
A brilliant place ... every year. The Semperoper ball
An architectural gem, restored with great care. The acoustics are sensational. Unfortunately, I haven't had a performance yet and I was only allowed to take part in one tour, but that too was impressive.
Performances are extremely affordable for an opera (cheap ticket only 14 EUR). Anyone who is not necessarily an opera-goer can take a very good look here.
A wonderful building on the Theaterplatz in Dresden. The inside is plushy, as I love it in opera performances.
Very impressive structure. A visit that is always worthwhile!
Completely rebuilt, beautiful inside with lots of details difficult to see.
The tour lasts about 45 minutes - we had booked the combined tour with city tour. Highly recommended & our guide was great
If you do not have the chance or desire to participate in a performance here, then you should at least take a tour of this detail-loving house. Our guide Ms. Freudenberg was just great. She has an incredible knowledge of the Semperoper and she was clearly noted that she enjoyed giving it to us. With a photo license of 3 you can even take as many photos as the memory card gives.
Quite expensive (70 ) a simple place, considering that the state subsidizes the culture.
Otherwise it is nice.
Culture and elegance paired with level in one place.
It's totally beautiful in there. I can only recommend taking a tour!
The semperoper has its own charm and you have to see it sometimes.
Nevertheless, I find the rows of seats a bit cramped and also the aisles. Toilets are very spacious and you can get lost quickly.
Otherwise, very friendly and nice staff.
The building is beautiful and magnificent in its splendor. The proximity of the Elbe River makes it exposed to the grace and disgrace of the river ... the opportunity to visit is an additional advantage of this place. You cannot not be there.
I experienced the one of the best operas here. I was so amazed how they delpoyed seats just fit for opera viewers. Spectacular stage, fantastic singers with tremendous orchestra.
Only seen from the outside. Was degree ne sample for a theater piece which is performed in the forecourt
The exhibition has not really interested me but well bissl low what is there so issued
The building is worth a visit from outside as well as inside.
A demonstration can be expensive, but it can also be worthwhile. Depending on which idea you choose.
When booking, it should be noted that extensive renovations are taking place. We saw half a lounge and the scaffolded stage with auditorium. The rest of it all via video, which you could have watched at home. A cheek that the full entrance fee has to be paid anyway. In addition, the city festival was just taking place. The valet couldn't tell us the best way to get to a parking lot because everything in the area was closed to car traffic. This could also be pointed out when booking. Because we only managed to be at the entrance at the booked time with stress and luck. Tip: inquire about such circumstances before booking.
Everyone who is in Dresden should take a tour of the Semperoper! Class!
Very impressive building. Unfortunately, there was no time for a guided tour. At the next visit to Dresden firmly scheduled!
The opera house itself worth seeing, the presentation "Marriage of Figaro" of the staging unfortunately catastrophic. If I wanted to see sex, I would not go to the Semperoper!
Dresden is always worth a trip. Semperoper a highlight; you can only recommend it. The audience was excited. The rating had been submitted with four stars !! Possibly. Transmission error! ! Here again the rating with four stars
Imposing. In the evening, many people visit the opera
Only saw them from the outside as we were out with our 2 dogs. At the moment it is a little hidden by a construction site, but still nice.
A very miserable leadership. One did not even get a glimpse of the famous cylindroconical fermentation tanks. And then even 10 to pay for it is almost a joke, especially since not even a tasting was included. Unfortunately, this shortcoming could not make up for the beautiful interior design.
An absolute must for every music lover. Also suitable for friends of pop music.
As a perfect opera building then everything depends on what is done
Beautiful opera house. Was at Christmas time to Nutcracker performance. Is something for the whole family!
Just a beautiful place. Amazed by the architecture. Well worth a visit if you go to Dresden
We were not there for the show, but just joined a guided tour.
But also the leadership is worthwhile. You learn a lot about the history and the current building. An interesting fact is that almost no marble was used on the building, but the marble look as well as the wood look in the fake entrance area is.
Attempts have been made to make the reconstruction as good as possible according to the old plans after the building was destroyed in 1945.
In any case, a visit to a performance is planned for the future!
It was in the summer when the theater was not working, and only the interiors were taken there for excursions to see. Excursions in English or German. The inside is beautiful, of course. General baroque motifs. And, perhaps, the chip of Dresden: they love colored stone in decoration. Not as heavy marble-velvet as in our classical theaters. I could not appreciate the acoustics. General impression: not a royal scale, but rather bourgeois rationality and modest grace
To be honest, I would have imagined something bigger, but otherwise a pretty nice building, which is illuminated at night.
Also, the entrance fees are a bit high, but it is good to reach by public transport as there is almost a stop right outside the front door.
I heard and saw a tour of the opera house and the Tosca von Puccini performance. Both were a great experience. I would also recommend taking one of these really detailed and interesting tours in the opera house before visiting an opera for the first time. The opera experience is much more intense when you know the background history of the Semper Opera. Starting from the first opera house, through its Brandt, the reconstruction, the materials used, the artists who participated, the representation and meaning of the paintings. The sound experience itself should be excellent from every seat.
Always my pleasure!
Ballet was great, the old operas strange when it was staged, something is interpreted into it that Wagner and Co couldn't imagine, they would turn around in the grave. Should these people bring something of their own to the stage instead of destroying the old works.
Musically everything was very good, the actors too.
Looks great at night, great ti take pictures. But when there is a show you can't enter the opera to see it from the inside.
I'm always amazed how they manage that in the catering and wardrobe without long waiting times.
Always an experience, only supper during the break was much better! Otherwise very, very good in all levels!
Very interesting tour of the opera up to the 4th place
