Clean organized store, you can find a good selection of barely used and new items.
Clean organized store, you can find a good selection of barely used and new items.
Nice selection of items that are overall in pretty good condition. Great for kids clothing. It's also my first stop for computer accessories.
Better than the Goodwills in the area. You do have to dig to find treasures and look around in every department because things do get misplaced. Prices (and quality) are reasonable compared to Goodwill. Can save up to 95% off from MSRP. One of my scores were a pair of timeless chocolate brown calfskin Ferragamo women's loafers for $7.99 that were newly re-heeled/re-soled.
There are several ways to get discounts: 1) Sign up to become a Savers card member. You will get emails about sales and pre-sale member sales days 2) Donate! You can earn up to a 30% discount for a future purchase 3) There is a color tag of the week sale - 50% off that particular color 4) For every $5 purchase you get a stamp which will eventually earn you 30% off a future purchase 5) Be a senior 55+ or be with a Senior who will purchase for you on Tuesdays and get 30% off total purchase, not including the weekly 50% color tag sale.
Parking is street meter, but if you park a couple blocks away in the residential areas, it's free with no time limits.
Staff is friendly. Has changing rooms. Two floors. Sometimes you do find stuff that has original tags, never been worn or used. Have to come in with an open mind and not have narrow or exact wish list. All the brands that you find at the mall are here. It's amazing what people will donate.
Had heard a lot of great things about these places... still keeping an open mind but i didn't find anything here... all the mens cloths were beat and more expensive then i could find at other thrift stores... the sraff was great and very helpful... the bathroom was out of order and we had to go to Cuty Hall to find one... the place was very dirty and dusty... I will try other Savers but it is doubtful i will go to this one again.
Consistent pricing, good sales, some sales can only be found out ahead of shopping to encourage repeat visits.
Some how this place is so much better than goodwill, I almost always come home with a new item or 4 from here
Lots of good stuff at o.k. prices. Really crowded when I was there. REALLY crowded.
Miguel Austin i Richard are great but richard is the best
awesome friendly service a little bit messy but it cool. good affordable prices for all their merchandise
I love this store. If you like thrift shops, this place is worth the stop. Something for everybody there. Better selection than Halloween headquaters! DreaM
It's a good place to get low price stuff, but it's not keep up cleaning wise, clothes r on the floor &the toys are spread all over the floor too.And most BAD thing is its on a corner and there's no place to park by the place. You have to park about a block away .
The clerk was very rude when I asked to see aome jewely. The prices are rediculas compaired to other thrift stores.
My favorite thrift shop on the peninsula!
My best cloths finds come from here. And if you shop here, maybe one day you can be a stylish as me. ;-)
Perfect place for reusable electronics, good place to find audio equipment and tools.
Nice thrift shop with a great variety of items. Clean, organized, prices are good.
Price is good, selection is huge, but the second floor, where they display the electronic stuff, is a messy place.
A must go to place every time we are in the area. Fantastic deals on just about anything you are looking for.
Great place to find that unusual and funky gem...that screams your name..here I am## #winning
It has some quality finds at 50% of original price! I got a few bowls for my kitchen. Will be back! Highly recommended.
Giant thrift store with great prices. A bit messy but worth sorting through the mess.
I always find a good deal at Savers. It's been my most favorite thrift store ever. I also donate here. I'd rather shop at Savers than Good Will or Salvation Army because their prices are so much higher. I bought my bedroom desk here. You can find good things if you give the store a chance.
I have fond memories of shopping with Mr hammer here
I love a good thrift store, but Savers is getting pricey! Caution- some brands can be bought new at the price that Saver's list used clothing.
Good coupons, donate and get incentives to shop-love that!
Everything is good in this second store but the bad thing is that no.consideran the client and the worker who spend all day here because they do not have airconsionado not because everything is fine that is my opinion thanks
Great variety of goods, lots of good books(sorted!)clothing and kitchen/glass/housewares. Worth the trip !
This place has a good selection of stuff but the prices are a little high. I prefer the thrift store in the San Carlos on El Camino.
One of the worst thrift stores I've ever been to. No parking and if you want to park you have to pay the meter. The place is very dirty with subpar merchandise. The kids area look like a hurricane had hit it. I was very disappointed. The Dublin store is much nicer and the layout is much better they should take a lesson from them.
All merchandise was well kept aisle clean and clear customer service was great.
I recommend it. I be to other like Savers and I really liked my shopping experience.
Popular place, fair prices, but parking is hard to come by.
Lots of stuff. cashier was polite and happy to work.
Used merchandise, mainly clothing, but great bargains
A great place to find children's books for a reasonable price.
Lack of cleaning a little more and improve kindness as costumer services
Purchased electrical items that did not work..returned with receipt but since I didn't bring back with original plastic bag with price tag,..they did not take items back.i told manager ( tamiko ) that clerk told me the night before ,that I only needed receipt and I can exchange for something else or get credit but manager refused anyway to help.
I told manager that policy is not clearly stated to all customers when buying items but also that they are packaging and selling items that don't work ...its like stealing from all consumers.
May I remind everyone that we donate items to places like this but their job it to make sure electrical items work and not mislead or defraud consumers.
Many variety of products at a good price! - If you want to find the best, go with time and relax to see everything and find beautiful things
Great selection. Can usually find good brands in good condition. Electronics and household items are hit or miss.
They closed at 600 tonight and they lock the dressing room doors at 530. I dont feel that is right. The dressing rooms should be open until 600pm.
Love the clothes, shoes, and accessories. And the books and household goods. Excellent!
Very disorganized and cluttered. The one in Dublin is better.
OMG my all time favorite second hand shop, located downtown Redwood City. Great variety of used items n the prices you will not believe especially for furniture n accessories! Recently updated their system and now you can become a loyal member just with your cell no n earn points which are converted to cash credits you redeem at checkout. Another great reason to shop here!!
I always get some cheap but amazing finds here. I should probably keep it a secret.
Another great Thrift Store... prices are a bit silly sometimes.
You always find something that you need at a great price, they also allow you to connect the electrical devices to check how you can find lots of interesting things!
Amzing prices with a great variety always changing though so it depends on luck somedays they have amaing things others not so much but always the best prices around
Awesome place to be very gratefully employed :-D
Honestly the best job I've ever had. And yeah sure it can be a bit messy at times and chaotic but what retail store isn't sometimes
Hit or miss in terms of what you find here. If you visit often you can snag a good piece of furniture or useful appliance. Electronics pricing is a bit insane most of the time, >.<.
Very quick at processing/accepting donations (around the back at the loading bay area). Provide you with a tax deduction form for your donation.
Always has big guy sizes, and other interesting things variety changes weekly!! Always good quality pre-owned cloths!!
It's a great store with 2 floors. Prices are usually reasonable. Nice staff too. It's hard to park in this area.
Costly for a thrift store. Decently arranged though.
Cuz they have really good deals and a lot of good items
A great place to find deals and starter home supplies, a great place for finding great Halloween costumes
Be careful of what you buy. No returns for cash here if electronics do not work. Store credit only and if within seven days.... treat this place as a garage sale.
Disclaimer: I am a fan of Savers. The clothing runs the gambit from trash to treasure. The prices are good. If you know what you want and shop wisely you can save money and the planet. Used clothing is one of the best environmental savings possible. In a world of consumerism, fast fashion, and political division try something old...shop at thrift stores!
I love this place. I always find something good recycling save the environment
Each store is not created equal! The store in Redwood City has a very poor selection, and bought a pair of pants that smell like urine when I got it home! There's a better store in Redwood City called Thrift Center which has much better quality of clothing and it's merchandised in a better way
