The shop seems to always be crowded - which is not necessarily a bad thing, but they don't seem to have the facilities to accommodate that (such as enough toilets). The service was really bad in the beauty department- getting no acknowledgement from staff even when standing there for 5 minutes and asking the sales assistant twice to come and help me with a product - the girls being busy arranging some stuff in a drawer. (all this happened on the Bobbi Brown counter)

A great beautiful magazine. Well worth a visit when in town

Clothes are a bit pricey and the offer is not very wide.

Large department store with countless designer clothes from many different brands. The department store would be in the upper price segment.

I bought a gift which was wrapped. When we were on our way out the alarm went off - PIMELY. A sweet employee opened my gift and peeled off the alarm - but returned it in the same package. Now I stand with a gift that obviously bears the impression of having been opened. Besides, it is really bad style to forget an alarm in a thin children's shirt.

Magasin is an apartment store and has a diverse selection of things to buy. In general, the staff is friendly and can be asked for help, however mostly about where to find things in Magasin.

Good selection of wares, currently with a special discount for foreigners.

Bad experience with the receptionist, I finished the Magazine

Calls and gets changed twice to lady fashion. No one answers. Runs a small hour to try what I've seen on the webshop. But, that brand they do not carry at all in the store ... Ih how would it be nice if they took the phone instead .. Then I had saved almost two hours in the car ...

Joo it was a great experience. Then I finally found a place to spend my pocket money! Sweet and helpful staff.

Poor Disabled doors did not work at the two entrances on the river and in the middle entrance and aired on the 4th floor when I requested handicap toilet

I thought that their staff is a bit "dull" it only gets 3 stars from here unfortunately.

Her in the speaker gets a little annoying after 2 hours of shopping

Generalist department store in the city center.
You can find everything there.

Oversized snobbish ladies who do not want to be served by.

It is a well stocked department store with long opening hours.

There is a lot of good in Magasin and there are so many lovely things, but you do not feel super welcome unless you have your best clothes on, but I usually do not care. Why is customer service on the top floor, a little weak.

Good selection of men's clothing, perfumes and home items. Friendly service, and good location in the heart of Aarhus.

It's a bit "upper-class" and the same items cost more than they do in other shops.

Sunday D.5 / 1-14 I was in the magazine to swap Christmas in lingerie, there was only me as a customer when I asked a clerk if I could get my gift swapped for a different color, I got the message try if you can find it it's right over there, right there was very messy so it was hard, I went back to the clerk who answered so we have enough black people, then I asked to get my money again went in Salling and was executed there. It may be thought-provoking that I will find another place to do my shopping in the future.
