My husband needed a sport coat. We found one & it was on sale at quite a nice price. Hubby was happy because he wears a sport coat maybe once every 10 years.

Old age staff needs to get retirement. Very rude customer service.

Didn t have or couldn t locate the item I was looking for that showed available in store on their website.
An employee asked if I had a Kohl s charge, I replied yes and she asked if I had it or did my spouse have it and had I thought about getting one of my own... First of all, huh?!? Second WE have the card already what difference does it make whose name it s in... rather than say that I said I m just here looking for this product... but before I could finish she said well if you change your mind... as she walked away. Providing ZERO assistance.

Great Kohls. Has lots of inventory and departments have more options of items in each department.

I purchased 8 shirts a pair of shorts and a skirt. Some of the clearance prices are as low as 80% off! I saved over $266
August is the best time to purchase summer clothes.

The store is very clean and great section. The staff are wonderful and great. This tend to be my favorite location.

It is a great place with a wonderful selection of quality merchandise. Great SALES, in every department, or so it seemed. I went there, to return miscue merchandise, from Amozon. I was presented with a 25% off coupon for my shopping at the store. I found some "Quality" sweaters for this fall and winter. It was so calm, clean, and relaxing, to shop without a list. Just trying to please myself. Great Store, and professional, caring staff. All and all it was a great time. I'll be back....

This store sells over priced clothing and other items. There is always someone walking around trying to get you to open a credit card too.

Not enough people working to assist the customers. I like shopping at Kohl's , they have good deals!

I have been 3 times in that store and clothes selection is terrible. It looks like a flee market and prices are outrageous! Quality of so-called "brands" like Columbia, North Face, etc is terrible, threading coming out, wiggly zipper for 90$ a piece I expect a well-made product... Staff is friendly though, it's a plus. I doubt I will be coming back. For a nicer and affordable outfit, better visit H&M or even Target!

Very bad customer service, this visit, the lady was not willing to help us.

Customer service is fantastic here. Manager Steve was able to help me salvage my online order that was cancelled and previously led to me spending nearly an hour on the phone with Kohl s corporate customer service.
Also shout out to Bryan from housewares for being super prompt in bringing the in stock item up to the front for me.
tl,dr: Don t order online via Kohl s app. Just come in to this store because they are wonderful.

They didn't have what I needed,but they directed me to another store that had it

It is exceptionally warm in there even though they have air conditioning every time I go in there. I've asked multiple staff and customers & everyone says it's hot muggy or humid in the store.

This store has a lot of staff. Most were unwilling to help. The people who did answer a question were extremely rude. I would never spend a penny at this store.

The aisles in the women's clothing department are not ADA compliant. It was impossible to navigate through the aisles in my mobility scooter.

Must be remodeling by kitchen appliances, missing pricing on items and price scanner in that area was nonfunctional

It's Kohls. Everything we expected and great sales as well as discounts and Kohls cash. The associates on the sales floor were very nice and not only answered our questions, but when we couldn't find something, they walked us all the way to things. It was a bit cluttered tho and there were places that really needed attention but we really didn't see any associates on the floor in those areas. But the store can only be faulted with putting clothes racks wherever they could making for narrow walkways to get around. The one thing I noticed tho was that this store was set up quite differently from the store near my old house which kind of disappointed me. Usually stores try to be uniform across the board so that when you go into a store in different areas, you should still be able to find things easily.

My experience at kohl's was great! I was looking for Nike gear, which were on sale.

Customer service is excellent, nicely arranged departments, clean and close by. What's not to love???

Kohl's always has nice stores, clothes, and customer service. And the way they trap you into coming back with all that Kohl's cash is obvious but you just can't help it!

I absolutely love shopping there,. Sandy is my favorite customer service person. Also everyone is always very helpful.

Always loved coming here. However, the aisles are more jammed packed. It is hard for me to drive my Godmother around in a wheelchair. Also, customer service stinks.

Love Kohl's bought something online and had problems with the shipping. Not at Kohl's end of it, they sent to Fedex then it went to the USPS. It took almost two weeks to receive my items, when Kohl's said that I would have it in 5 days. Not every happy, needed for a wedding. So it was returned.

Seems you can't pay regular price for anything here. Couponds upon coupons with no end of deals. Could this be an illusion? Large parking lot and great seletion.

It's gotten more expensive over the years but they still have good sales.

Why, oh why? Kohl s in West Allis has been my spot for years. Now I ve moved to Brookfield and I have deal with this confusing, disorganized mess.

Good men's selection plus my wife found some good cloths for her job interview.
