I purchased my vehicle from SMP in April after I had danced around which vehicle and where I should buy it from. After narrowing it down I had figured out what car I wanted and where I was getting it from (which wasn't SMP...) Dean in finance and Greg in sales went above and beyond the call of duty because they didn't have the vehicle I wanted to buy.. so they found one for me, brought it in, matched the price from the other dealer, threw in some free gas and the car they found had more options then the one I was about to purchase.
They were the ones to contact me to tell me about finding me my vehicle, after I had already decided else where. It was nice to find out they were looking on how to accomodate me.
I am happy I bought a brand new car and look forward to taking back for its scheduled maintenance as well as the comfort of the warranty as well.
I recommend shopping at SMP, I will refer to all my friends and family. After purchasing my vehicle and telling my story I found out from a lot of other people that they wouldn't shop anywhere else than SMP.
