I bought a new vehicle from this dealership in about 5 months ago .after driving the vehicle for 4 months a had an issue with the heating system during the cold days not producing enough heat unless I drove
it in a higher speed and also the temperature gauge is not in the middle I.went back and told them the issue. They told me i should bring the vehicle so that they can check it plus they told me there's a safety inspection 150 points that they need to check the vehicle as GM wanted them to do.today I took the vehicle in .. After few hours laiter they told me that my cabin filter is bad and therefore I must change it.it Become a suprising for me a new vehicle , never droved it outside the city or gravel road and also didn't drove it during the summer , how comes
the cabin filter can be bad in a short period of time and how comes that they didn't check it when they were doing
oil change few days ago ????? That made me suspicious of the level of accuracy of the previous
oil changes. ( honesty is the best policy) While laiter they called me and told me my vehicle is ready for pick up. I went there and talked to the guy that I was a singed with , but the guy took a cabin filter which was under his table and told me that this is your cabin filter which was super dirty and I'm very positive 100% that was not my cabin filter no matter what.Finally I had to pay the cabin filter , the labour plus the 150 point inspection which I thought it was covered by the warranty since I had the vehicle in a short period and no one explained to me. Today I have seen the real face of this dealership which made me shocked, and therefore I will not trust them anymore..
