A fantastic place for playing together with children. Many interesting attractions for everyone of all ages. Great free slides, extra charge or spa. Artificial waves made for more fun. On the place changing rooms toilets restaurants. I recommend anyone who will be in Blackpool.

Lovely place for kids and adults. Can spend all day there. My wife dint want to go into the water park but just sit out inside the park, they charged full price. There is lot of things kids of all ages can do. There is a restaurant as well.

Excellent place for the family. Worth buying the Blackpool Resort Passes for this as it works out a lot cheaper. Huge waterpark, lots to do, entertaining with the hyperslides and hardly any queueing for them. Wave machine, two separate More

Do not recommend going in peak season, cannot move! 20-30 minute wait for slides and really cramped pools. If it wasn't for the friendly staff and the complimentary drinks and sweets for the children while we waited an hour and a half to get entry, this review would definitely be getting 1 star. Other than that from what I could see the slides looked great, will give it another go on a less busier day!

Left Glasgow at 5am to do a day trip here, absolutely worth it! Best Flume's in the UK and great pool with lazy river plus wave machine. Top up the band to have lunch and maybe a cheeky beer too.

Loved it here. Well laid out. Plenty of space to move around. A little expensive for a family of four. Book online before you go. Lots to do for young and old alike. Great changing facilities and safety is good. Plenty of life guards and cameras. Food available.

We really enjoyed our visit here, we all had so much fun on the water slides etc! There is a family changing room and lots of lockers There is a cafe area where you can order food and drinks, the food is a bit overpriced but that's to be expected. Can get quite busy but we would definitely come back again!

Wow! One of the best day out attractions in Blackpool irrespective of climate or season! Amazing thrill rides. Can spend whole day submerged in the pool! Loved it. Very crowded over the weekends so weekdays are better. No car park facility for the attraction however south car park is right next to it but a bit expensive!

We visited sandcastle water park today for the first time, my son is autistic and has soecial needs, the staff were FANTASTIC with him, i truely was overwelmed by how much the staff went out of the way to help and support him infact i was blown away by how kund and compassionate they were, specially Naidine and jamie. Our visit was so much more relaxed and enjoyable because of this.

Horrible! Avoid! There was no free space to move (don't think you can swim there). We were waiting in a queue over 1.5h to get there! We bought full package with spa and slides. There was broken - out of order jacuzzi and just one sauna More

Drove 2 hours with my daughter to get here but the place was not as I was expecting it. The toilets were extremely un-hygienic and the changing rooms were smelly. I really didn't know why the wait was for 15 minutes when less people can be let in the premises. My daughter was simply exhausted!

So much fun, lots of amazing rides and a good day for the family, you can also wear what ever you like the website said swimming costumes only but people were there without them too, for all age ranges and parents can get into

As first timers there was noone that explained what the facilities are and what one has paid for. I still don't know if I had what I paid for.

Don't get me wrong we had fun with what we experienced. It was a day well spent just a bit of guidance would have made the experience 5 star

Ok but you have to get there early if you want to take advantage of all the rides add it can get very busy and half hours time is spent queuing up. Changing facilities are OK and there's the free hair dryers - essential if you have kids with long hair really...

It was possibly the best water park we have gone to, it had the best and most thrilling rides! But I do have to say something, if you want to enjoy you have buy the hyperzone pass,it's a waste without it. Not for the Faint of Heart!

Always wanted to visit since it opened in 1986 as a kid. Finally got to visit and I have mixed feelings. When it opened it was one of a kind, now with the likes of big water parks like Alton Towers, Centre Parcs and Butlins, the Sandcastle seems a bit small. Blackpool Council keep the place in top condition. Surprisingly busy.

Absolutely love this indoor water park. My family has a blast, we stayed for four hours! We also ate lunch here for a responsible price. The water was warm, it was very humid but we quickly got used to it and it was comfortable. The slides were very fun, you had to pay extra for the big ones.. But worth it! My kids (12 and 3) really enjoyed it. Great day of fun

Great for the first session but when the 2nd session arrived the place seemed overcrowded and little social distancing was going on in the shallow end of the pool. Lifeguards were very good and maintained distancing in the slide queues

I thought this place was expensive when i first purchased the family ticket. However, this place is wicked! We all loved it! Yes, there are some quite big queues and its not a massive place but, there is loads to do and to keep the kids occupied. It was on a par with the pleasure beach in terms of how i rate it.

Best watermark I've been to in the UK was limited capacity for covid but meant there was less queueing for the slides which was good 3 hours is plenty of time but make sure you get the full 3 hours
