Fabulous changing rooms clean, great slides and very friendly lifeguards and staff. Only downside car park fee is a rip off.

Visited when it was fairly quiet so no queue. Was quite surprised at price though quite expensive and extra if you wanted to go on large slides. My 7 year old grandson enjoyed it but limited slides for younger kids and smaller then I thought it would be. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food available but can't comment on quality as thought it was quite pricey so went elsewhere to eat.

A great play park, despite the large population there is a lot of space for fun and swimming. Very nice slides, and also a place conducive to a family outing.

Where to begin well nearly passed out when they told me the price didn't want to walk away cause my kids would be upset my mother wanted to see her grand children having fun and she was charged full admission price for the pleasure I actually think your staff are embarrassed charging people that oh and locals get 50% discount eh well I'm on holiday and staying in a local b and b and if it wasn't for us tourists u would probably not have any customers and extra for your slides that had to wait an hour to get on cause your clearly a very greedy company and don't limit people there should be a point u stop admitting people especially for safety reasons it not all it made out to be the changing room stank and I mean stank of nappies poopy ones at that people were wearing leggings and vests in the pool not higenic at all and women wearing thongs I'm sure there a time and place to show off he place is full of children draw the line somewhere and I'm Scottish not from outer space so tell me why your staff couldn't understand stand me and just proceeded to nod oh well I feel robbed x

Worth the money..especially if booked before going as it's cheaper. Kids can spend as long as they want as there is no time limit once you go in.

Only reason for a drop in star is showers kept going cold

Excellent day out - if a little pricey. Well thought out ideas such as pre loaded bands to buy much so no need to traipse back to locker to get cash. Family changing rooms were great. Of course the slides were brilliant!

Really professionally run, friendly family day out.

Not much for under 3s but very good for kids aged 3 upwards.

Could easily spend the whole day here went with my family (3 children) everything we needed throughout day. In hindsight if going on a weekend or kids holidays book in advance online !

Poor value for money. Can be overcrowded with long cues. Upselling for premier rides leaves little joy for standard ticket holders. Waves were too small. Save your money.

Kids stayed in.the water for over 5 hours ! Lots of fun . Did take 2 hours of queuing to get in tho ! ..but it was August .

A must visit for family especially for children. Lots of fun. You can hire swimming outfits or buy yours at the store within the facility. All children are to be accompanied by adults on a one child to one adult basis

really good fun better off peak because when it's busy the queues for inflated rings that you need to go on slides takes 25min then another 20min to the slide I been twice loved it but really didn't want to spend 2hrs of 4 hrs in there queuing up

Better than expected. Good facilities including for disabled persons. Staff where polite and helpful. Water features were great, kids had a great time including the adults. Place was clean and tidy. Good valve for the money, there are places to eat and drink and a nice cafe bar, once you are in there is no time limit. Definitely will be visiting again.

It's expensive for small kids that won't be allowed on most of the slides and it's usually very busy.

Let me start with wow, wow, wow!
I fell out of love Blackpool and for years have avoided it. Thought I d take my 3 year old and 7 month old to a water park but Rhyl was closed so though I d give the sandcastle a chance. Well firstly reasonably priced, very well staff with exceptional service. Their fast, no lightning speed to an incident is definitely to be commended!!
The resort offers activities for all ages and the food is great quality, I had an issue with my food order where I was given the wrong pizza so they re-did the whole meal deal fresh. Looking for somewhere to spend the day, definitely go to Blackpool Sandcastle. The lockers are great and the changing rooms very clean and well maintained as was everywhere in the resort. However I would say having to get changed then come back out of the changing rooms to access the lift so we could keep our pram handy was a little silly. But a minor issue considering the fun we all had.

I Loved The Aztec Falls and Master Blaster Spent 4 hours there In my opinion this is the best waterpark in the UK.

Today,Friday 4th September, I took my family down for our 11 30am session and considering I've never been before,I did have an amazing time except,just one problem. Considering corona virus rules of social distancing,I was extremely disappointed that there was far to many people in. At least 200 was in there n there should of been at least half of that. Also there was no temperature checking when you enter. Please be aware people

Great place, but incredibly busy. You can queue for up to half an hour for each slide.

Over priced and over crowded with no sense of quantity control. Waste of money buying Spa passes when kids get in there for free anyway by sneaking in and staff doing absolutely nothing even tho they can see them doing it

Excellent water park. Had a great day but would advise getting there early to beat the queues. Clean, well staffed and we'll maintained. Whilst the kids went on the slides we enjoyed the spa, over 18s. Great way to relax and get away from it but could do with a jacuzzi. Downside is; it gets extremely busy by midday, and queues for slides become very long. Pool ended up like soup, too many people.

Amazing water park. Would denifnately recommend to people on holiday to Blackpool or just looking for something to do.
