The waterpark has a great selection of water slides, but shame the queues are horrendous. Make sure to book tickets before hand or you'll wait an hour at the entrance. Even if you do though, you'll be greeted with 30mins queues at each slide.

great pool, lots of slides, very well organized during covid19 management. shame spa was closed while we visited. staff friendly and helpful. don't forget to charge up your locker band with some money for drinks etc during your visit. has its own tram stop, not cheap for a 3 hour visit but one of the best things to do in Blackpool.
Amazing the water is clean , warm the slides are high performance , yet the only dislike I have is the size they could have made it bigger for the price
Loved it! Even when busy it's so big still lots and space. You have to pay a little extra for the main 4 rides onto off normal entrance fee but still worth it!
Wonderful fun for all! Amazing slides fastest and most adrenaline pumping ones I've ever been one! Fantastic facilities in the main pools for non thrill seekers, fantastic facilities for the less able and toilets everywhere! Fantastic time whole family loved it! Must visit whole you are in Blackpool!
I love this place but I'm giving you a poor review. The woman at your till.area was so rude to me and.my girlfriend and others. She was shouting over saying 2 meter rule and, sure, I get that. First impressions were wow this place is strict. But having been coming here regularly for 15 years I have to say I have NEVER seen it so busy. The amount of people you've let in your doors during this pandemic is sickening. You couldn't.move for people. So to put up a pretense in the foyer like you care and are following the rules to completely disregard them inside is very sly. I think your business deserves fining for what you've dine. And how you've done it. Completely wrong.
We stayed for an hour and left because it was simply too busy. Not because.of.covid. I'm young and healthy so the virus doesn't bother me but because you couldn't go on anything or anywhere even in the pool. It was shoulder.to shoulder.
Complete con and all the precautions just for show.
I go to Blackpool every year and the reason is the sand castle. It's fun all around for every member of the family. Food is really expensive there so take your own food with you
The staff are SOOOOOOOOOOOO friendly, it's clean and most of all it's fun. The rides are great and the theming is spectacular (trust me I've been to Siam park) . The only thing to note you need to pay extra to get on some slides it's not much more but it should be included in the price
I visited today with my four children they absolutely loved it . I don't normally write reviews but today I felt I had to . My youngest son has severe learning disabilities amongst other things and the staff at the sandcastle couldn't have done more for us . Everyone was so helpful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left . Nothing was too much trouble I've never experienced such helpfulness in any of the attractions we've been to an we've been to quite a few so well done to all the staff you made our day and also thankyou all so much! your kindness an helpfulness means so much more than you probably know
Spent there nearly a whole Saturday. Awesome place, suitable for an entire family. Hyperzone pass is a must for older children/teenagers as well as adults if you're staying longer than about 3 or 4 hours. Other stuff would get rather boring I'd say. Sidewinder and Aztec Falls are definite highlights. Food is quite pricey for what you get (essentially McDonald's/KFC sort of meal for Burger King price), but at least the quality is alright. There's a Pizza Hut and other places within a 5 minute walk though. I would definitely recommend going at least once.
Even after all these years, the waterpark is clean, light airy and warm. Staff are very helpful, prices for entrance and food are reasonable. Only bugbear is the actions of selfish ignoramuses who wish to reserve a table all day by placing towels over all the dining area chairs. I suggest installing a towel shredder by the food area for members of the public to use on towels strewn over unoccupied but "reserved" tables. The management need to take action on this as its unfair on people who've bought food and have nowhere to sit despite there being empty tables everywhere. Otherwise I'd have given 5 stars.
Not clearly stated that non swimming parents have to pay full price to enter and supervise as there is no viewing area. So have to leave kids to own devices for whole day if they are old enough
Amazing definitely recommend its amazing so good for tourist and visitors one thing is that people who don t were swim suits are not aloud in the water witch is a bummer
Big slides should be included in the ticket price and not charged extra ( bought entry for my 9 years old son but he wasn't keen to have a go.Too many people at once makes pool overcrowded.
It's four stars with a but... It is a lot of fun, the staff were really good, smiley, and friendly, but the spa despite looking clean didn't smell so great. We left with smiles on our faces, but I did feel it's overpriced for what it is.
The facilities are great however the lady on the counter should not work in a customer facing role. My son ask her a question and she was dismissive and rude. This felt the same from the moment we arrived for the 4 of us. She may have had a bad day but we are paying customers.....................
My granchildren had a great time everything layed on for them food great no signe of yrouble rooms cleaned each day to a high standardstaff all friendly and helpfull nothing to much trouble
As one of only two people not to have my date of birth tattooed across my back I felt a bit left out. It's essentialy a very noisy and very busy indoor swimming pool with some slides. Obese women in primark swimming costumes and thier malnourished blokes with prison tattoos fill the pools. The changing rooms are swimming in urine. The food court is disgusting. Indeed, queuing for food with so many Scousers brings to mind tea time at starangeways. As attractions go in Blackpool it's slightly better than burying yourself on the beach when the tide is coming in.
Far too expensive. While it is good and lots to do you have to pay extra for different slides which should all be in 1 price. It got really overcrowded aswel which wasn't good when having small children.
This is a great fun place, particularly for the 8+ year olds that I have taken here, if you pay the extra for the wristband that includes them. Not cheap, but worth it. The main rides -- that you can only go on age 8+ -- I find fun as well. You can spend several hours here and still be enjoying yourselves.
A couple of tips. If you go early, near opening time, you are much more likely to get on the big rides quickly. At peak times you can be queueing for ages. Queues tend to shorten towards the end of the day, as well. There is no plain water drinking fountain (maybe they should provide one), but you can ask for tap water at the food places at no cost. There aren't really any good places just to sit down, so if you're not planning on being active you may want to buy access to the spa. You won't be able to supervise the children from the spa, however.
