Amazing place! Beach is incredible. Especially loved Randolph and Leslie is Il Cielo bar. Most beautiful voices ever! Could have heard a lot more from them! Will definitely come back!

Never a want or a need. The service was great. Even if something is not what you would expect, the staff will do everything they can the make the experience on to remember. The staff is warm and welcoming. Everyone says good morning, good afternoon and good evening. The restaurant and bar staff will offer suggests that will allow you to try new things and they are always having fun. The activities on and off resort are too many to list or do in one week.

I have never seen so many warm people in one place! The hotel was classy and we felt immediately at home there. We are very sad that the time went by so quickly and look forward to the next vacation there.

Awesome place with the greatest staff I have ever encountered all very happy and accommodating, the food is great with a good selection of places to eat, from the Italian, Indian, Jerk Shack, buffet, English Pub etc.
Accommodations very nice but starting to get a little tired, the property is immaculate.
One of the nicest beaches you'll ever see. Unfortunately the world is catching up with Exuma and plastic is starting to wash up on their beach, but it's cleaned up every night and that's that.
I've been there 4 times now and will be back.

Everyone at Sandals was wonderful. The accommodations seemed kind of dated for the money you have to spend. The power went out a few times while we were there. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend the trip to see the swimming pigs! The history tour not so much... definitely get off the resort and go to Santanna s Bar & Grill. Have the fried lobster tail. You won t be disappointed.

Very nice place with awesome views . Pools are great beach was spectacular. Food available was very good. Excursions are another story. The resort is just beautiful and very hospitable. Wonderful time

I recently wrote a review of Sandals Emerald Bay... and please read the response from them. They obviously do not even read their reviews carefully. They say that I was in contact with the resort team....true- several times for several hours.... and NO they NEVER EVER resolved our issues.... EVER... they do not handle things on a case by case basis- we always got the same answer..."Its not our policy to do so....." Re-booking with this company and asking for any promotion is a dead end. We most likely wont return even though we are part of the "members club" since we have gone so many times.
Very disappointed in their ability to work with customers.. our ask was simple....- can we have the same promotion you are advertising on TV right now for our booked trip in the future...( we had no special rates or discounts applied when we re-booked). They dont seem to care. Sandals- you have my phone number... If you want to discuss again.. feel free to reach out.

So we have been blessed to be able to go to this Sandals twice. Once in 2018 and recently this year to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Our first stay in 2018 was fantastic. Great service, good food, relaxing time, great drinks, outstanding Butler service and a great golf course. It made us not think twice about coming back again for the same experience especially with the Butler service that we were blessed to be able to afford.

But unfortunately, it just wasn't the same. While the golf course, sun, beach, pools, food and drinks were good, the Butler service was simply awful. On day 2, our lunch was 1 hour late and we had another resort experience to get to so we werent able to eat half of it. On Day 3 our breakfast was 45 minutes late and cold and we had a tee time to get to. So we couldn't even eat it. Then the next day our breakfast didn't even come and our Butler didn't even bother to check or answer the phone when we tried to find out where it was. A couple of times they stopped to bring my wife something and said they would be back but never returned. Many times they didn't even answer the phone or return text messages. There are so many other things to mention ... but we basically stopped trying ... all along talking to management about our issues with promises that it would get better. And that they would also continue to check on us to make sure that it did ..... well it never did.

Now we understand that we are more than capable of getting our own drinks and own food. But the promises and expectations of what you get when you pay an extra $3k for a little bit bigger room and World Class Butler service is not what we received. We had it in 2018 but not in 2020. Simply put, we could have booked a Club Level room and received better service.

When we continued to bring up the issues we were met on our last full day with an offer of 20k point credit to our Sandals account .. or basically $500 along with a 3 page letter written by the legal team at Sandals that they wanted us to sign as a settlement. My wife and I were stunned and extremely put off. Of course we would not sign.

So as we were leaving the resort, they again asked us our thoughts on signing and we said no, not only because we were offended by the legal document but also because the offer was low given the extra $3k we spent. We stated that, at which time management offered to make it up to us the next time, took down my email and said that they would reach out within a week. Really .... Next time?

Well it has been 2 full weeks and not a peep.

So the bottom line ... it's a really nice resort but not the 5 star experience we bought. We simply didn't receive the value we paid extra for nor the attention from management needed to fix the shortcomings of the Butler staff. It was 2 star service, hence the rating.

It gets a 1 because food isn't too bad & most staff are nice.

If you're looking for a true luxury style vacation for a special celebration- don't go here.

First day we got here, they didn't have our room ready until 3 hours later. My husband called to have beer and drinks delivered to our room- 24hrs later and they still haven't brought it to us. The room didn't even seem cleaned... shower was dirty, floor had food remains and dead flower petals left on it. Ugh.......

Today is our secondary day here & we just want to go home. Our room smells like mildew, the door to the ground level balcony doesn't lock-- we called 5 times to have someone come fix it and no one ever came. At 5am we heard water draining from levels above, 6am sprinklers came on full throttle, 7 am drainage back on...oh and sprinklers also went on at 8pm while we were going on a nice walk- ruined.

We're so disappointed that we have to deal with this since we paid so much money to be here. We both wish we knew more in advance this way we could've avoided a horrible honeymoon.

Def not a 5 star property! Loyalty Travel anything BUT loyal. Horrific flights they make for you and they are set in stone. Tried to change them as more flights became available. They are downright nasty. Front desk nasty. They try to sell you on your next vacation with Sandals the minute you walk through the doors. WONDERFUL butlers. Corey, Sheldon and Arielle - the best!!! Saved our trip. Booked expensive suite on the beach. Old furnishings and they don't dust! Sink backed up for 3 days and then finally fixed and then toilet backed up. They need some real maintenance here. View gorgeous. Beach beautiful. Pool could use a refurbish and maybe heat the main pool? Thank God again for butlers as we got reservations wherever we wanted while others could not get in and it was a very light week. These folks also own Celebrity Cruises and Beaches so stay away and go cheaper and still have a great time. Sat for 12 hours in airports due to their greed (they get a cut from Silver Airways - the worst!! and Jet Blue on certain flights) All their money is spent on advertising. Again a shout out to our great butler staff but we won't be revisiting any other Sandals properties.

As an addendum to the answer received from Sandals about the review I would now put my rating down to 2 stars as the only redeeming factor is the butler service. NO beef choices at the restaurants. No high end seafood. As I said the the room was dusty, old and dirty and the plumbing was in such disrepair that we were without sinks during the day for 3 days and a toilet during the day for a day. This is certainly NOT a 5 star resort. Their idea of a stupendous chocolate buffet were rice crispie treats covered in chocolate and chocolate coverered cheerios with some chocolate dipped strawberries and a few random cakes (tops of eclairs without the filling.) Your staff is NOT trained either on site, phone or "chat." That you don't notice this and that no one has complained is a mystery to me as everyone we encountered had some sort of issue. This facility was to have closed in 2016 but the corporation promised to make the upgrades to continue its use. It is a fine place for endless drinks (watered down) and nachos with no meat as snacks/lunch poolside or at the beach and an absolute fabulous butler staff. It truly doesn't matter what other properties you own but I was there to vacation and to scope out a place for a medical meeting. We will be returning to the Bahamas just not to your facility.

The service was excellent, the people were friendly. And the beach was fine sand. The food was great. The only bad part was when the week ended.

Great service and great staff. Couldn't ask for a more relaxing and quiet location. The food is wonderful and there's so many varieties. Only thing bad was the people were disrespectful accusing my wife of being underage and making a scene about it. This is why I wanted to go to a more mature location to avoid unpleasant children but I guess some people never grow up. Thank you so much for the sandals staff. They have been there for us the entire time even if some patrons were rude. Would definitely go back for the great food and service.

Stayed here for a week last summer. Amazing resort. The people are great, good food and drinks, amazing beach, and fun excursions to go on. The golf course is pretty fun too. Would definitely return in the future.

Second Sandals I've been to and St. Lucia was better kept and better service.

We went to renew our 5oth anniversary vows. The marriage center did a perfect job to help us celebrate such a memorable occasion.

Great resort, beautiful landscaping with multi flowering plants and trees. Spacious rooms! Two pools, one for those interested in a more lively setting and another aptly named the "Quiet Pool". Eleven dining opportunities. We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Bahama Bay serves breakfast and lunch buffet style and dinners made to order from the menu.

Not the best resort we've been to, but the good generally outweighed the negatives. First the good: Weather, beach and grounds were spectacular. Staff was almost always accommodating and eager to please. Meals varied from okay to great especially enjoyed the French and Indian restaurants. Would have enjoyed more live music, but the artists they had were very good. Need to improve maitainance/repair of mechanicals. There were two whirlpools and a bathroom which didn't work for the entire week we were there. The men's steam room was also out of order and it was obvious it had been non functional for quite a while. Our friends' shower broke and we were also without hot water for half a day. We heard "I'll let engineering know" quite a few times with mixed results. The setting is AMAZING and the resort is really chill, just not keeping up with some of the issues that are important to some people.

The bay has the prettiest blue water that we have ever seen. The Sandals employees are amazing. The food and atmosphere was awesome. The golf coursr is my all time favorite with terrific greens and fairways. The views from the back 9 are just beautiful. This was our 4th vacation at the resort and will definitely not be our last.

5 star resort for a reason. The only thing we didnt like, was the bugs

My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon at the Sandals Emerald Bay. We had an overall positive experience. You can't beat the location. Can't really leave the resort cause the surrounding area is shady but the resort itself is gorgeous. Beautifully maintained beaches and pools. Clean rooms; bed is pretty comfortable. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The only bad thing is the food is sub par and that statement is being generous. They have a lot of options. All of which my husband and I tried. The only decent restaurant is the Italian. But they definitely need new chef staff. However, you don't really go to a resort like that for the food. There are no kids around and the romantic setting makes it perfect for a honeymoon.

First impression is that the property is beautiful, but it took forever to check in to our room, and once we finally got in, the view was pretty but the room itself was in need of a refresh. There was some mildew in the tile in the shower and the furniture was worn and outdated, there were holes in the dresser where old TV equipment used to be mounted. The chair was worn from extended use and shadowbox art on the walls was that looks like it fell apart from age. When we went to turn on the floor lamp, we noticed the lightbulb was hanging down, even though it still worked, it didn't feel safe to have it turned on. Service in the hotel runs at a slow pace, it took 2 hours to get room service. The casual dining locations were very slow, even though they weren't busy. The pool towel station was oftentimes empty. We had a horrible time trying to book watersports activities they highlight on their website, we tried 10 times to book a sailboat, but was told it was too windy or not windy enough. We tried to snorkel twice, the first time they said the water was too cloudy to see anything and the other time they cancelled without telling us, leaving us sitting outside the concierge lounge for 20 minutes. The staff always is happy to say hello, however if you ask them to do something for you or ask for information, they always pass the buck to someone else who often does the same thing, sending you on a wild goose chase, or take an extremely long time, like taking three hours to send up bottled water and some sodas to our room. We are on day 2 of our trip and absolutely love the location, the beach, the fine dining (Soy & Kimono's), the fruity drinks at the pool, we will update our post once we finish the trip with more pictures and a summary of our experience.

Too much food, not enough activities, eating all week long is depressing

The Best Hotel that I've been in my life. All things were perfect.

This place is amazing. We will be back. The service and staff were excellent and the food choices were amazing. Absolutely had the best 11 days ever.

Still a visitors favorite. Especially if you can afford it. This is an adult centeted resort. Great for couples. They have lovely pools, resturants, entertainment and Staff.

By far one of the best shorelines and beach areaa within the Sandals portfolio Be prepared however, for very limited watersports availability on property. This cove region lends itself to strong undertow and winds...
The dining is incredible and the golf course is to die for!
Rooms are huge, but some are awaiting renovations, as are the corridors. But the exterior of buildings remains refreshed and the wifi has recently been updated.
We stayed here September 2019.

Could not possibly have asked for more!!! The Staff is beyond top-notch!!! Every meal was a delight. This truly is Paradise!!!!

All inclusive, beautiful rooms, friendly staff and amazing views. Lots of resort activities on property. If you want to relax and forget about the world, this is the place to do it!

Just booked our honemoon in May, 2019. We looked at the resort a month ago and saw that it was $775 a night. We held off until today, when we saw their 4th of July Sale that is offering $1000 instant credit . I booked 7 nights and was expecting an instant credit SINCE THE NIGHTLY PRICE WAS THE SAME AS IT WAS A MONTH AGO. I never saw a credit so I inquired about it and they claimed that the $1000 is already applied to the price. How is that possible when the price is the SAME as one month ago? Their sale is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I think we will just take out honemoon elsewhere since they are making a scam of their claimed sale. Don t let it fool you.

Very relaxing resort. Rooms are a little out dated. WiFi coverage is not very good. Beach and the bay are beautiful. White sand and crystal clear water. Great food and friendly staff. Not much for nightlife but very relaxing and refreshing vacation.

We have heard raving reviews of Sandals resorts and decided to give it a try. Now we have stayed in many all inclusive resorts in the past, so had high expectations of not only the resort but the Sandals name.
We were sadly pretty disappointed. The resort was pretty quiet as it is not the busy season, so we enjoyed that it wasn t too crowded but also expected that with staff members standing around our service would be exceptional. Not the case. First... they had someone outside our room between 7-8am either leave blowing, weed walking or some other sort of maintainance so sleeping in was impossible. When we asked if they could move him away from the rooms so early he waited an extra ten minutes. Most of the staff was friendly and showed great service, however in a few bars and restaurants the staff continued to carry on conversations and acted as if the guests were interrupting them when looking for a drink. Requests were met with rude comments or hostile attitude.
In one evening they had two restaurants closed, and when part of our group showed up 3 mins late for a reservation at a restaurant that was not booked they were turned away!
Our room was beautiful, the grounds were amazing.
This was our first Sandals experience and this may possibly be the case only at Emerald Bay, again we have heard raving reviews, but we were certainly said we can t say we are looking to book with Sandals again. This particular resorts needs better management, better guest entertainment, staff coaching or rebuilding and some attention to the needs and expections of the guests.

I've been there twice and I will visit their a third time later this year! It absolutely beautiful! The staff are wonderful! Take the tour where you're swimming with the pigs!! Enjoy yourself!

Our wedding at Sandals

We chose this property after extensive research for our dream wedding, and we must say that it could only be a better choice.
We were really enthusiastic about everything, even if it was our first time at Sandals, starting with the pre-trip organization for our wedding, where we always kept in touch with the wedding planner (Niquet) where everything was organized perfectly and in the minimum. detail, truly fantastic and professional! Compliments!! Very very good!
Landed at the small airport of Great Exuma we were greeted by the staff of the resort where they accompanied us to the structure, where friendliness, friendliness, availability and professionalism are part of everyday life for everyone, without exception, large structure and super-manicured gardens. We stayed in one of the beachfront villa suites with butler, large, comfortable rooms and heavenly views.
If an "Italian" really wants to find a fault, the rooms are not brand new .. but who is in the room with swimming pools everywhere and a dream sea right in front of you!?!? The all inclusive offer is wonderful, with restaurants (albeit not excellent) offering every variety of food, French was our favorite after the lunch buffet at "Cielo" where the quality is the variety is really high. For drink and drink lovers there is a great choice.
The prices for extra services and shops are low and affordable for everyone. Our Butlers Kevin, Cory and Lemon were great! A hug..
Two words for the organization of the wedding, where they are truly prepared for every need, from the color of the flowers, to the choice of music, to the various types of cakes (VERY GOOD !!), to the timing of the ceremony and finally, to the wonderful photos that only such a location can give! A SPECIAL THANKS and a hug go to our wedding planners and witnesses Shalise and Marie and to all the wedding lounge staff.
We also made excursions to the island that must be visited .. Both by renting a car and going out by boat .. The island is to be seen all over, from the wonderful beaches to the characteristic places to eat and drink.
The inhabitants of this island are truly fantastic people! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic beaches! The best I've seen. Clean with crystal blue we. Food was great with plenty of variety to choose. Drinks are delicious. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The only drawback were the same fleas. Be sure to plan ahead for them and buy the spray specially formulated for them at the gift shop.

We love Sandals and generally this is everything you expect from one. Friendly service and good food. However, the bugs are ridiculous.We have travelled all over the Carribean, Central, and South America and never had an issue with biting insects. For us, it's a deal breaker. There are too many other beautiful destinations where we are not eaten alive. The bites are worse than mosquitos and cause swelling and serious discomfort. May not bite everyone, and I am NOT a whiner so when I say these bites are awful, I mean it. If you do decide to brave the bugs, the swimming with the pigs tour is a must-do!

Fabulous resort. The staff is amazing and they definitely aim to please. The golf course insane. Never seen anything like it. The food is 5 star gourmet with many options. The main pool is always live with fantastic pool bartenders. But if you like quiet they have quiet pools on property too that dont have music and entertainment. It is a more quiet and less of a party vibe at Emerald Bay but if that's what you are looking for than it's perfect!

Absolutely an amazing experience! This was my first time out of the states and I couldn't have had a more delightful experience. Being able to plan our excursions through the concierge, to having the ability to pick out all of the wonderful restaurants we are at was just perfect. The swim up bar, pool, ocean, and the scuba diving was so much fun. One of the most memorable moments was swimming with the pigs in the Bahamas and touring the islands around Emerald Bay. The staff was very delightful. I can't wait to book another trip with Sandals!

This is an amazing location.it is well kept and manicured. Most people spend their day at the pool due to the actual beach being sand flea infested. I'm not talking about a few, I'm talking about your legs covered in bites after just a few hours. There's a reason the pit insect repellent in the rooms.

Excellent! The hotel conveys a lot of peace. It has beautiful corners with hammocks and sofas to sit and enjoy the tranquility, the sound of the birds, the vegetation, many flowers! And best of all, the turquoise sea in the background! I would return without a doubt! The jacuzzi are with hot water. It has two sectors one area are music, water bar and another in a quiet area where you can not make noise. Spacious and clean rooms. As there is a lot of vegetation there are mosquitoes, carry repellent! Very good employee attention!

Excellent meal and beverages. A lot of wind and sun. Beautiful gardens. Two big pools and a beach with extremely fine grains of sand and blue and transparent water.

Unbelievable service from the entire staff, they went above and beyond to make our honeymoon extra special and they were especially accommodating to our needs. Definitely will return!

We got the butler service and it was terrible. The restaurants were over booked and could not get in! Service was terrible! This was a trip from 6 months ago. We had another Sandals trip and canceled it due to this experience and will never go on another Sandals!

The Emerald Bay resort is a very relaxing place. We opted for a butler suite and the staff has been great to us. They actively ask us to call them for any request, from getting breakfast for us on our porch to swapping out furniture in our suite. The food is pretty good and there's a large variety of restaurants to choose from. As soon as you get through customs the staff takes your baggage at the airport and gets you into a Town car or an SUV and you're at the lobby in about 15 minutes. They get your bags into your room and give you a quick tour. Our room was still being set up so we were taken to a restaurant for lunch. All in all it's a great place. My biggest issue is that personally, it's hard for me to relax.

We went to sandals with seven couples and had a great time. The food was great, the golf course was in great shape and the beach and pool were amazing. One of the couples in our group had a butler who was very attentive bringing us drinks, food as well as saving chairs every morning at the pool and Beach. Overall everybody had a great time the reasons for four stars was that the air conditioning was out in the French restaurant the night we dined several of the bars and it up out of limes and other drink mixes for the day. And some of the servers were very short-staffed causing long weights between Drink orders and getting our meals.

Beautiful place but maintenance and restaurant personnel need more training and supervision.

Disappointed. Sure, the beach & sunshine were amazing considering the gray days of IN. But this resort is not as advertised. And certainly does not compare to Royal Bahamian or La Toc. Spoke to front desk about mold in our room & shower, refrigerator not being restocked, room A/C issues, room hot water not working, room service order issues. Eventually each item was addressed, but is this really how 5 star vacations work? One of the pool bathrooms was out of order our entire stay. Food was hit or miss. Some staff was great. Most seemed annoyed by our presence. Waiting 15 minutes to order a drink/food in a bar that's not busy?! Best service we received was at departure, once the taxi finally arrived 15 minutes after departure was scheduled. This property needs help. An unannounced secret visitor from corporate would certainly help.

Beautiful grounds, good (not great) food, location to die for......dreadful housekeeping. Had to request washcloths & glasses 3 times (3 diff days) before we received them. The complimentary "Welcome" champagne was a bottle of white wine from the stocked frig.
The champagne arrived on the 4th day. I don't know why. Our room itself was superb - looked out over the bar and pool. Overall, I'd love to go back but with lower expectations.

Beautifully clear turquoise water, lush vegetation. Sandals staff very friendly and helpful, best food and spotless room. It did rain often (it is the tropics) so didn't sail but had fun snorkeling, kayaking and swimming with the pigs. Looking forward to returning next year.

The property was impeccable! Unfortunately, the food was not great.

Excellent service and golf course! It's a more quiet resort with a bunch of dining options. Book your dinner reservations as soon as you arrive because they fill up quick. We enjoyed the pigs excursion as well. They were preparing for Christmas when we went and the decor was beautiful. Watching the sunrise is also a must.

If you want to chill on the beach,drink and eat this is the place

Once again, we were BLOWN away by the Sandals Emerald Bay resort and I don't mean by the wind. The resort is immaculate, the staff is exceptional, and the food and drinks phenomenal. A special shoutout to our butlers who made it extra special: Theon/Treco/Andreeka

Loved it so much we bought this year while we were still there last year. Ate a different restaurant each night, snorkeling, tennis, golf, and pool relaxing. Perfect vacation! The most friendly people in the world.

The resort is beautiful. Loved watching the sunrise every morning. Everyone is very friendly and everyone is very professional. Our butlers are amazing. Our butler Jamier takes care of everything for us. The food and drinks are plentiful and the restaurants are fabulous. Bombay, the Indian restaurant is amazing! Emerald Bay is a true paradise!

My wife and I just returned recently from our 6th Sandals Emerald Bay holiday and I must say it was the best trip yet!
In the past we had a couple of disappointments with various parts of our holiday but SEB has really picked up their game.
We golf everyday and the course is in superb shape. There were more golfers than we have experienced in the past but it did not affect our play time. Tonya of course always starts our round off with a smile!

This year our butlers Donovan, Roy and Camiel were outstanding. They were attentive but not intrusive,
And carried out all our requests quickly and efficiently.

Other notable staff members were Elvis, Cleso and Big Kevin in the Drunkin Duck, Ovenique and Theresa in Kimonos Bar, Randolph in Barefoot, Chavado and Sarkar at Bombay restaurant and Lavancia at Soy.
In general the service was pleasant in all areas of the resort but the aforementioned were exceptional.
It's nice to be treated as a valued customer when you are in the resort and these people did exactly that.

One of the highlights every year is the piano bar and Heston who entertains a large group of regulars there. We enjoy all the entertainment provided at SEB but Heston is a big part of why we choose this resort!

The restaurants were wonderful. Bombay is our favorite for dinner, Soy, Barefoot , The Jerk Shack and The Drunken Duck are also great! We had a very pleasant dinner in the French restaurant but avoided the Italian as we have had several poor experiences in the past, and from the conversations we had with other guests there has been no improvement.

In short I would recommend Sandals Emerald Bay to anyone who asks, I think it's good value for the money and offers a wide choice of activities, restaurants , and bars.

Been to different Sandals 14 times. Emerald Bay happens to be 1 of our favorites now. The General Manager Mr Mutton was fantastic!! Also, the operations manager Shawn Thompson was great! I certainly can't forget about Chiquita Knowles. You were amazing..4 days after we met on arrival, you remembered me and thanks for all that you did for us!! Also Althea at the front desk, Tinika at the loyalty desk and Marvin the life guard. all in their own right were great.

I can't forget to mention Emma who will be the new Loyalty manager at Emerald Bay. You've helped us so many times and our group of 8 for years. Miss you and can't wait to see you!!!!

The experience was awesome! The service quality and friendliness of the staff are sencond to none. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, the grounds well kept and the food was great. All around wonderful place to get away

Great staff members, beautiful weather, pig & iguana bonding, and fun beach.

We are returning guests to Sandals Emerald Bay because of the golf course, beach and bay but especially because of the friendly, attentive and great staff. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurants are excellent. It is our "go to" Sandals resort.

This was our second trip to Sandals. First trip was to Sandals Montego Bay.

Pros: Beautiful Unmatched Property. Fantastic beach/pool. Good assortment of restaurants.

Cons: Most staff members were at a constant state of neutral, never smiling. Despite the beach being gorgeous, you had to be up by 7 to get a spot on the beach as everyone would reserve their spots. I spent entire days on the beach where the reserved sports got little to no use. Pool seating was the same way at the larger pool.

This resort has a lot to offer but the customer service is lacking and the room we stayed in felt like a basement, the windows were fogged up and we could not see outside. I loved the pool area, the beaches, all the beach activities but if it involved a hotel employee the experience was less than desirable almost every single time. The Indian restaurant had the best service of the entire place and we visited every restaurant during our 7 day stay. We had to beg for refills. We had to beg for wash cloths and towels. We had to beg to get our toilet unclogged for 5 hours after reporting the issue. It was a disaster! After this experience I would never return, I have stayed at other sandal resorts and really enjoyed them. I am not one to give negative reviews, I can find something great about any place and as long as I stayed outside this place was amazing but I just feel like I expressed my concerns for 7 days and not one manager ever offered to help correct these issues. Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this resort.

We had the best wedding we could've wished for at Sandals Emerald Bay! Niquet Ashman was an awesome pre-wedding planner to work with over the phone. She really helped us get everything all set up before we headed down to Emerald Bay. Once on the property at Emerald Bay, Bradnicka Rolle and Shalise Nelson took the best care of us! As a wedding team, they were incredibly on top of everything, so helpful with every single one of the final details and made sure our rehearsal dinner and wedding were perfect & went off without a hitch! Every one of our 29 guests had the best trip imaginable! We were all so impressed with the service, care, restaurants and activities! And my husband and I cant wait to return for our anniversary stay next year!
